Mirraw is a fraud and they don't want people to know Ordered twice, first time two months ago. Ended up with no money and no product. Complained via email, website forum, but received only automatic messages about somebody getting back to me and issue being forwarded higher... Still no result. Then complained to their Facebook page and they removed my complaint and blocked me off!!! You can't even voice your honest opinion with these scammers, they only kept the few good reviews and removed all the bad ones. People cannot find out the true picture of their shameful practices. They have also blocked my emails so I can't correspond with them at all. What is so difficult about refunding money to a customer who is entitled to it?

    As I have been scammed by this face company, I complained on their Facebook page. Calling, emailing or forums on their website was all ignored. Facebook is the only place they replied. Unfortunately I have noticed they remove all the negative feedback posts and keep only the positive ones (not that many of them though). They even blocked me from posting there as I started a conversation with another scammed customer. Online business depends on online reputation. Do you want your money back? Complain on their Facebook page. They can remove my complaint everytime, but can't remove all the complaints all the time. Silence is the fraud's best friend. The more people know the less money they'll lose.
    I have posted on my own timeline.

    This company is a shame on online mraket.

      This company is a joke. I place my order on June 27 and got it on the 17th of July. I had to literally email every single day for them to finally reply to me and keep me updated about my order. Upon placing my order, I was informed that I should give in my sizing which I went on to do, but one of the links they gave me didn't work and so I sent them a email. I tried calling them too, since I live in the states I have to buy one of those internationally cards to call them. But calling them was also difficult because they never picked up. It took them literally 2 weeks to reply to that email and on top of that they were suppose to call me to confirm my sizing but they never did that either. When they finally responded to my email, I gave in the sizing for my order. After much waiting I finally got my order and opening the package was a surprise. The clothing were in horrible condition. The material used was cheap, the embroidery was hastily stitched, threads were hanging out of the dress, and one of them was even ripped! Along with this the dress wasn't even stitched according to the measurements I had given. The dresses in general looked nothing like the picture. I expected the dresses to come out nicer given that time that it took to deliver but boy was I in for a surprise. I immediately emailed Ravi, prajakta, and Ekta, whom I been emailing back and forth to know the process for a refund and return but they kept saying, "we would kindly inform you that the return of stitched products are customized according to your measurements, and cannot be resold/reused and hence will not be eligible for returns/refunds." That was one of the problems from the beginning my order wasn't customized according to the measurements. Now I can't even give the dresses back or get a refund. Their website should have written no refunds, otherwise I would have never placed an order to begin with. This experience with mirraw was just awful, their customer service, clothing, everything was just horrible.

        I have ordered a blouse on 17/05 in value of £20 (M[protected] It was too big, returned it via Royal Mail (international tracking LB[protected]GB). It was received 01.06. Demanded refund but communication was cut for two months. After several complaint on their Facebook and website they returned the money and blocked me from posting in the future. Ordered second time on 29/06 (M[protected] in value £77. Parcel has not arrived. Demanded refund. Keep hearing is in process, then that it was sent, then again still in process. Complained again, no response except automatic template messages and ticket numbers. I believe they send the first order and never again so that people trust them and buy again. 70% of their reviews on Internet are negative regarding never returning to money. This website is a fraud and should be taken down.
        Website is a fraud. They cheat customs too, the value of goods sent are £20 but they declare only £4!! Cheat both people and Indian government.

          I placed an order which has not been confirmed by Mirraw however they have deducted the amount for 1085/- against Transaction number - 75136945180000005638942 on 28/06/2015. I called several times to you guys & you deny it now i am also sending my Statement Attachment from Standard Chartered. Either response on below or be ready for the consequences. Please find the attached JPEG image for the statement with Transaction number claimed by Mirraw to my Bank for the money. And mirraw is saying we did not get payment for the placed order

            Sir, This is to bring to your kind notice the unfortunate episode I had with Mirraw.com. From the reviews that I read from the facebook page of Mirraw I am pretty sure you might have already received multiple complaints against this e-commerce website. Please help me getting the refund amount from Mirraw for the unfulfilled order. I strongly believe that I should also be entitled for a compensation for all the trouble that I have went through with them. Please see below for details regarding the transactions that I had with Mirraw. 1) I place an order for some clothing worth $167. Order number : M[protected] on date : 07-Jun-2015. Expected Delivery for the order was notified as 30-Jun-2015. 2) I start calling Mirraw customer service from 28-June-2015 for an update on my order. Since then I have called, emailed the customer service 'n'( 10) number of times till 03-Jul-2015, when I was communicated that my Order was cancelled. Before cancelling my order the people at mirraw gave me false updates and assured me that the Order will arrive by 06-June-2015. 3) Only 04-Jul-2015 Mirraw processed the refund to my CitiBank account but unfortunately the account was not functional by then. 4) I have called customer service On 14-Jul-2015, 15-July-2015 asking them to refund the amount to an alternate account. I also send then an email reg. this on 17-Jul-2015. 5) After multiple reminders, Mirraw replies back on 22-Jul-2015 saying that they can only refund to an Indian Bank account. On the same day I provide them with the Indian Bank account details. 6) I am yet to receive the refund as on 28-Jul-2015. The whole episode highlights unwillingness of Mirraw.com to refund the amount to user. Please file the complaint against this unfriendly behaviour of Mirraw towards its customers.               I ordered for a peach color anarkali, but i got shipment of another color & dress and paid 1150 / - after that i returned back that product by doing courier address that mirraw provided but still amount not refunded from them. So many times contacted to their customer care, even though no answer. So please help us regarding this.

                Hi, Did they refund your money? Because the same case is with me...product quality is very poor and not worth the money i paid that's why I want refund...                   mirraw is completly fake side. i ordered a saree of rs 1500. i got saree after 1 week and its stuff is like sit. i called to customer care to return that saree. they told me that they will send me source to revieve saree.. today 2 month have been completed. no one came here to recieve saree... and i gave that saree to my maid. plz plz plz this is my humble request. do't turst on mirraw.com. this is fake side.

                    I ordered 2 lehenga son, 1 pair of anklets, Saree belt, bridal set. I decided to return 1 lehenga back, emailed team mirraw - it been almost 1 week no reply...I received damaged lehenga with black stain marks all over and broken anklet, emailed them - no reply. I have emailed them twice and have not heard anything as of yet. HELP!!

                      i placed an order during khamaal dhamaal, up to date, i dont have my order. yogita sakpal makes empty promises to call me, sent over 100 emails to this pathetic organisation, no respect, or common decency to respond to emails, why advertise, when you cannot deliver?? l totally disapointed, i advised on the urgency as well, and they just dont bother to respond..

                        Hi, Order number : M[protected] I am really disappointed with online ordering site Mirraw I ordered one anarkali salwar and Saree on 08-Jun-2015 and Expected Delivery Date was[protected]. I called to customer care on 09-Jun-15 to tell them to expedite the order as it was important for me and they ensured that I will be receiving the items by 28-Jun-15. But i did not receive the item till now. Today (01-July-15, 4.30PM) when i called to customer care, they told me that they are having some issues with my order and i will be receiving my order only on July 8th. I was not informed earlier regarding the delay in delivery so that i can plan for another option. My issue was not even properly taken care by customer care executive. (Executive Name was Sooraj). I told the cust care executive that I want to talk to anyone from top management. I didnot receive any call till my 1AM EST (02-July-15) I again called to customer care and was able to talk to a HR. They told me that site was down and they will not be able to do anything until site is up. The worst part is they donot even have an ETA, when they can give me an update. I have made a payment of $167.00 USD for the order. I had a function on 5th Jul and I want the items atleast by 5th Jul morning. I am really disappointed by taking a wrong decision to order through Mirraw. I did not receive items on time. More than that i did not receive a proper communication from Mirraw team that it will be getting delayed. Also I did not get proper response from the customer care. I am not sure what to do now. Can anyone of you check on the same and try to resolve. I didnot receive any call back till now for the support ticket I raised on 10-Jun-2015. Thanks, Sruthi [protected]

                          Hi, I have placed an order of two sarees yesterday night from France at around 1.00Am to be delivered to an address in a chennai, and after the payment I have received two automated generated mails from Mirraw stating that the order was cancelled and I had to retry placing them again which redirected me again to the PayPal website...after once again paying for the same 2 sarees (Nitay Fashion)...it was in the course of being processed I guess and today morning on checking the status and my mails I have again two mails but this time the same saree (kindly check the attached file pictures screen shots of my orders) has been dispatched twice and the other saree white and yellow from Fabdeal is still pending...its the order numbers M[protected] and M[protected] it clearly looks like a bug during the payment process...I hence want you to stop the delivery in any case on one of the sarees wrongly placed orders from Nitay Fashions at the scheduled address in chennai and cancel any one of the ongoing orders and refund me they amount of 2210Rs. at the earliest. Please note that this a birthday gift to someone in chennai and I don't want them to be surprised to receive same sarees twice. one more advice I have placed several online orders internationally and have never had this issue like I had with yours for the first time...do kindly improve your technical support on the website as receiving several mails from your team stating that they have to retry placing their order since it was cancelled the first attempt would confuse any customers and make them viable to double pay for the same order thereby risking to receive the orders twice.                             Hi Team, Order number - M[protected], I made a online order of 2 sareer (below email), yesterday received one sareer (White sareer - Bikaw) in cash on delivery. When opened the courier, found that the sareer is damaged.See below a) There is two piece of sareer and both doesnt match the same colour. b)The blouse was white and golden in your website but the received one one is black blouse (material) c)I am sure its not new materialsareer, as I could visibly see strains in the sareer. d)I clearly mentioned while ordering that I want same colour, same texture, everything same as I see in your website. Moreover if I made call to the number on the shipment (from) where the sareer was send, the number is out of service. I AM HIGHLY DISAPPOINTMENT AND FRUSTRATED BY THIS.I WANT TO RETURN THIS SAREER AND NEED MY MONEY BACK ASAP.                               I have ordered AMBAJI SAREEE which cost Rs.215/- on 25th June 2015. I dont know why the order has gets cancelled but at the same time my amount has been deducted in the specified account.. Neither revert me back my money or deliver my product in a good condition to the given shipping address

                                    I paid for my two items for amount of $188 on 5/1/15 and just got an email saying they cannot do the order because of defective material. In the meantime, they send me numerous emails about payment not received (where paypal showed payment in my account), having problem with stitching etc. I have spoken to them numerous times, asked for a return call, speak to a manager but got nothing but emails and the emails didn't seem consistent, such as one email says one thing the other is completely conflicting. I think this company is trying scam customers. I am not sure I will get my money refunded.

                                        Order no. M[protected] placed on[protected] and material despatched by DTDC under ref no. A31674285. This was never recd and after many follow ups they say it has been delivered DTDC status also shows material delivered. There is no check whether the material is delivered on correct address or not this is the way DTDC works and Mirraw also does not check the delivery status we have to follow up for non receipt and they keep saying it has been delivered. This is what happens when you pay in advance request all to purchase items only on COD basis and not from Mirraw which collects money beforehand and deliver the material any where and people here are not trustworthy they accept somebody elses packet also it is free for them PLEASE SEE THAT U DO NOT SHOP WITH MIRRAW ANY LONGER U WILL ALSO HAVE A BITTER EXPERIENCE AND NOT TO DEAL WITH DTDC AS WELL

                                        this are arguing and arguing...they just don't know how to handle customer, how to SATISFY customer, how to make HAPPY to customer...
                                        I am regular buyer from mirraw. I never faced any problem with mirraw, very good product quality at cheaper rate. I love mirraw to buy products i also recommended my friends and they also very satisfied.

                                        @rianka and @Msharma001 if you faced any problem with mirraw, called the customer care they definitely help to solve your problem.
