I am Rianka Deb Biswas. from mirraw.com I have ordered seven items. Those were gifts to my in laws. Two of the sarees came to be such a bad material that my relatives told me how can I order something. They don't know how to do courier. I told mirraw.com to arrange some reverse pick up as I am disappointed and not satisfied with it. I am in USA for 27 years and never faced these kind of problems as I have so many websites to order gifts. This is my first time that mirraw.com has attracted me and ordered so many items. These sarees were so bad so bad. I have told several times my relatives they cannot courier and they are keep saying me tell them send the items. 3 seniors have promised me on April 30th that reverse pick up will be on May2nd and May 4th. I was expecting and told my relatives that courier guy will be there. I have called them on May1st, May 2nd May 3rd, Mary 4th, May 5th what happened about the reverse pick up. They didn't bother to updated me anything. Everytime I had to make all the phone calls from USA. They didn't email me with any details. Nobody bothered to update me that they cannot do it. They never let me talk to the mirraw.com owner.

    I have communicated to Mirraw customer service. Good response from customer service, they provided all the options they can do. I have asked difference amount for the dress I got bcz the dress I have ordered was out of stock. But please going forward please take care of it otherwise all your products are great, we love to shop with mirrow.

      I ordered and paid for clothing online from Mirraw.com on 25 January 2015, expected date of delivery was 06 February 2015. To date nothing has been received. Customer service keeps replying to my emails saying that my query has been acknowledged and that they will email tracking details within the next 48 hours. The last reply to my email was on 16 April 2015, I was asked to give them 72 hours to investigate. All I received two days ago was a survey asking to rate their service!

As we understand that you have still not received the product and you're chasing for the product for a long time we will offer you a refund for the amount that you have paid for the product. Sorry, to inform you that we will not be able to ship the products due to some technical reasons.

      Since, there was a inconvienece caused to our end we are also checking with the backend team if the product is available we will send you the product and request you to pay only for the product and we will not charge you the shipping charges.

Every time they reply my order has been escalated their team will contact me within 72 hrs. They never called me.         I ordered a carpet priced 100+ $, they did not have the color so they emailed me saying that, do you want another color to which I agreed but a week passes still no response so I requested a refund. I got a mail saying they will do a refund, another week passed but no response. I am from Chicago and this was a gift for my sister. I did not get the product which put me in an embarrassing situation and above all they are not giving me a refund. I have never experienced such a unprofessional company ever before. All that they are good at is opening tickets.

            Hello Sir/Madam, With reference to the above I order a Salwar Suit on 25.3.15 for Blue embroidered (#M361893) Order Number M[protected] I received the material on 30.3.15. It is totally different what I saw in online and after receiving the Material quality is very poor I was not expecting that this Mirraw company will be cheat the customers. Actually half of the bottom dress is Georgette and the top fabric is so odd I can expect this kind of product its like a floor cleaning cloth. So I suggest the future customer not go online purchase with mirraw u will lose the money for a dirty dress. regards shobha [protected]@gmail.com

              SIr, This is to state that the eCommerce site Mirraw.com is dodging on giving me back the refund of reverse courier after sending me a dirty saree. I ordered a saree online from Mirraw.com on 30th Dec 2014. They delivered the saree, and it was soiled, it was dirty and i called them to ask for a refund. They said the product can be refunded if I courier the saree to them, they will refund me the courier cost. After more than a month, they refunded the saree cost, but they are yet to refund me the courier cost of Rs 350. They always say, we had a technical problem, or they say it has been refunded last week, but the money has not come to me. When asked for the transaction Id, they do not give that information. Two months over in following up. They are just dodging in giving me the refund. please help. Order number with Mirraw: M[protected]

                  I have spent over 10, 000 RS. Ordered on Feb. 04-2015. They have been sending me emails back and forth regarding how my order is delayed.. At first it was one of the product not being available, then they asked me to add another item instead of that one. Once i picked a different product i told them that changes have been made. Then they emailed me back confirming that one of the product was added and never confirmed the second one. After that they stopped responding to my emails. I am still waiting to hear back, i have been emailing them every day. I dont know if they are just too "busy" or if its just a fraud website who just wanted to take my money.

The number provided by you is the same number reported in many similar fraud cases reported online. Please refrain from providing your personal details/ contact details on consumercomplaints.in. The call was not made by anyone at Mirraw.com. As for your order, the goods are being dispatched at the earliest and delivery will be done shortly.
                    Madam If you have made any compliant on this site with your personal details then no doubt he took it from here so be careful I too a victim of this guy.

                        Order got cancelled but without money refund

                        I bought a saree on 27th Jan, when I saw the delivery status it shows "Vendor Cancelled". I called the customer care number quite few times, but every time disconneted of telling that they will get back to us.                           I placed my order on 14th this month, the transaction was successful . But next day when i tracked my order it showed 'cancelled'.                             i ordered a sarree from mirraw on 6th december 2014. The product they sent was defective and had few cuts on the corner side..i immediately reverted back to them with the pictures of the sarree. They asked to courier back the product and they will reimburse me with the courier charges . I did that and the sarree was successfully received by them but till date ie, even after 15 days they have not refunded the amount of Rs 1270 ( Rs 999+270 courier charges) .                               I've purchased 4 items online costs MYR437 from Mirraw. I like they products. I bought it last 4/11/14 and received it on 26/11/14.The 2 item receive is in order. But only this 2 item which is : 1. Ganesha Idol missing (left behind-only i when i question (email) them and it take more than 3 day to confirm it!and the customer service mention that going to be refund back) 2. Wall Deco (diyas), I order 2 sets in black color (confirmation email with the customer service on 13/11/14 ), which only received it 1 set in green color together inside with 2 pc of chicken sticker! No idea why include together, no comments! It is cheating or mistake? Attach the picture as proof. First of all I didn't ask for Green color.I have proof that I only receive 1 set of it.The mistake is from Mirraw why should us customer need to admit and bear it.Hundred emails had sent to Mirraw customer service till today nobody replies it. Mirraw customer service is very bad.They won't reply request or complaint!. This will be my last purchase there. I request to be refunded back MYR171 or re-delivery back this 2 items. Mirraw are welcome to collect back this Green wall deco. I don't like it and don't want it.The color didn't match my house interior at all. Please be fair to customers, we pays full payments and we have rights to fight! Please refund me back MYR171.

                              They only give broken promises every time I email to them.
                              Mirraw not concern customers priorities be sincere. I am fed-up corresponding with them!

                                Hello, Ordered jewellery on their website which i never received. On contacting them, i'm being told that 'somebody' signed and took the package. They are not able to produce any evidence on who signed and i live in a gated community where the security is fairly tight. I think they are either committing fraud or this is negligence. It's been a month since they charged me and there hasn't been resolution.

                                  I had ordered a stone adjustable nose ring and mirraw delivered a wrong product. But I was patient and returned the product giving my money for the courier. And eye didn't have the courtesy to inform me that they have received the product or not. And moreover it's been 10 days that I have been sending them mails to remind them about my refund. But still my money is not refunded.

                                    I have made an international (UK) order by Oct 10th and didn get mail confirmation for 4days. Got a mail saying that it will be received before 24th Oct, which didnt happen so. In addition got a damaged item by Oct 27th. The main reason for damaged item must be the courier they choose (SKYNET). They charged INR1800 for all the items (which is less than 500gms total weight) for international shipping charges but they couldnt afford FEDEX OR someother reputed courier service. The parcel was opened, the seal was opened and checked in courier service company and didnt pack well, which resulted in damaged product to the customer. I have made calls and mails regarding this to send a replacement to my India address( thinking they will not send replacement to UK, for a single item) from Oct 29th. Initially they told they will consider my case (shipping to UK) and reply but didn reply anything. I have called in a couple of days and asked to send to my India address, They agreed for that satisfactorily and asked for my contact address details. Details were also given by Oct 30th itself. Still no response from them. To MIRRAW CUST CARE : I need the damaged MAHI JEWELERS FASHION KADA replacement to be sent to my Indian address asap. It would have been better to send International orders through other reputed courier service company which didn break your (MIRRAW) products.

                                      Order No.# M[protected]. I returned this product and got refund after sending so many mails to Mirraw.com But as they promised They have not refunded my Return shipping cost which is Rs. 160 till yet. They asked for my bank details for refund on 1st November. Five days have passed and they have not refunded my return shipping cost till now. Why should we bear all this pain and they are at fault. Mirraw is a liar. Their services are poor. Customer representatives are sleeping everytime. They Don't involve in the conversation. Even disconnect calls and take calls. They ignore customers. Please never buy from Mirraw. They display good products but deliver different and bad quality products. they even put fake reviews on their website. Beware. Mental Torture. Waste of money, time and Peace.
