I placed this order on March 27, 2016 and haven't received my entire order yet. My order is not received in full and 2 of the items are damaged.
1. Petticoat still missing/not delivered
2. Jewelry is damaged
3. Blouse is stitched incorrectly (4 size under)
I have been following up with Mirraw's customer service (on phone and email) and have also contacted [protected]@mirraw.com and [protected]@mirraw.com as well as spoke to some Manager from their customer service multiple times. Every time they always say will get back to you with possible resolution but nothing has happened yet. This is really pathetic and cheating. I am really loosing my patience now.

    Request for return of products

    Good day.

    I have purchased products from mirraw. When i received the package i was saddened by the quality of the garments. The website enhances false advertising as the garments received was not the same . Their website states that we should email [protected]@mirraw.co.za and they will email us and address to return the goods to and to date i have not received an email from them. Please can you assist me with getting this products...

    Have not refunded my money back.

    M[protected] i ordered a saree and i have sent it back and its been well over two weeks now. I've been waiting for my refund but none of these customer services attend their calls or reply back to emails as soon as you say you want a refund. I'm starting to question whether this is a fraud company and will be reporting if you do not refund my money back!...

    The complaint is about the e commerce company mirraw

    I ordered an anarkali dress from mirraw on june 6 2016
    Payment was made through netbanking as ther was no cod option for my purchase. The expected date was june 14 2016. Today is june 26 2016. I did not recieved my order. I tried to contact the customer service but in vain.

      I am very disappointed with the service I had place 3 separate orders first al of none of thm arrived on time my 2rd order had damaged products 3rd order all 7 items wrong size have sent emails for a ful refund as very unhappy no response very bad customer service called thm several just put u on hold & no one answers ur cal complete waste of money ordering from this company

        I ordered a yellow n red colour saree product i'd #608205 which was completely different what mirraw sent to me # stva (Sku su2108b) blue coloured saree it is really making upset after paying, we receive a bad and wrong product. On the other hand i m tierd calling mirraw even they don't pick up phone calls also. Whether i will be refunded my money back or not this i don't know.

            I have purchased a product from mirraw.com, order number is M[protected], on 27th of april, 2016, received product on 30th of April, 2016 and paid cash on delivery. I didn't like the product so I have returned on the same day through courier. I was told that I'll receive refund within 30 days. Instead of repeated calls, they are extending date at the time of each call. I have complained once. They were told me that I'll receive refund till Monday. But today is Tuesday I have not received refund.

              Jewels are broken and Rusted. The quality of the jewels is nowhere closer to the description in the website . As per the website, the jewels are gold plated and American diamond set. But the jewels are not at all gold plated.. Gold plated are supposed to be glittering and shining. These products are neither shining nor glittering. The surface of the jewels are coarse and rough, not smooth and shiny. And the products are rusted in the edges and not fit to wear

              When we asked the seller to return the product they said we need to return in a week but they took more than a couple of weeks send the product. How they expect to return a product in a week time when they took more than a couple of weeks to send the product?

                  I had placed an order on 20th may 2016, the estimated arrival date of parcel was 28th may 2016. As of today ie 3rd june 2016 i havent received my goods. I called up the number given [protected] several times but someone answers the call and hangs up. They even send me sms to get feedback about the call. Despite of making online payment my parcel is not yet received.In reply to my email i got an answer saying that i should follow up with courier service fedex ; however they have despatched my goods via dtdc maruti couriers. I spoke to dtdc, fedex, maruti couriers. None of them is holding my consignment. They have provided me wrong tracking number. This behaviour is highly irresponsible and i think the company norms are not genuine. The kind of answers i got on emails are very evasive. I am still waiting for some firm and valid reply though

That means the blouse piece inside the saree is too small to make a blouse..i have creatwd many tickets to resilve the issue but the custoner carebis too bad to follow uo the issue.i have send pics too to the customer care but there is no appropriate response.                       I ordered a saree at 10pm on 23rd may. Since my wife did not like that i wanted to cancel the order. I tried their two numbers +[protected] and +[protected]. Those two are totally fake numbers, only plays some music and some bull voice. No one ever responses. Then i sent an cancellation request email to [protected]@mirraw.com and someone named pratik zanke from mirraw.com support team responded and told that they are going to cancel the order. I sent the cancellation request within about 2 hours of placing the order and according to their website anyone can cancel orders within 24 hours. But after 3 days i received another email that the order is shipped instead of cancellation and refund. They are not honest business if not totally fraud.

                      I ordered a suit my order no is M[protected] plz cancel my order
                      I cancelled my 2 order within 1 jour and I receive mail who confirmed that order number M[protected]
                      M[protected] are cancelled. 4 days later I look my bank account and there is 105€ On my two account taken by mirraw so 210! i send mail to ask a refund and they said me that order are already cancelled!
                      Really bad service
                      I need to cancel my order but there is no option for cancellation.

                          I made a purchase worth 200$ from USA and asked Mirraw to change the address as I had moved suddenly. They created two tkts saying they will get back to me In 24 hrs not only did they not respond to the ticket they won't answer my emails either the tracking number which was valid now shows invalid on the site. Mirraw seems to be totally unreliable. I always have problems with them this is my third purchase and will be last.

                              I have ordered two sarees on 12th march, 2016 and order no is : m[protected], out of two one got delivered to my address but the second one not delivered to my address. So made a call to mirraw customer care and said that the saree was out of stock and will refund the amount to my account. But after more than one week i checked my account there is no amount got credited, from the day onwards till now i called and mailed to mirraw support team but i'm not getting any refund status or any response from them. Everytime these people are saying refund status got cancelled so i shared my another account number to transfer the amount eventhough there is progress of my issue. And whenever im calling to customer care they are making me to wait on call but not connecting to customer person. This is the worst behaviour of the mirraw support people. Next time i never purchase any products from this site and will advice everyone not purchase any products from this site.

                                I ordered online on www.mirraw.com, and was expecting to receive my item. I have my order number, it is : M[protected], But i never received it. And now they have stopped all communication.
                                I was told by the resource manager that she would get back to me in 24 hours, it has now been over 48 hours and she never got back to me, as well as they are now not replying to emails or messages on facebook or any phone calls, they only reply with auto generated messages.
                                I am not the only one that they have done this to, on their facebook page there are a lot of costumers that have been cheated like this.

                                    I purchased a stitched saree blouse from Mirraw.com ( order no. M[protected] Amount Rs.1445/-) on 20th March 2016. But i returned it as the size was not okay for me. They mailed me that my refund would take 15 working days. So i waited. Even now, after a month they have not given my money back. Each time they mail me that they ll refund it soon. But nothing has happened yet. They close the ticket just like that. Now they are not even responding for the mails. Its just a fraudulent site. Never trust them. Once your return the product its finished. They don't even care. Sites like mirraw.com should be brought down by the government. So i suggest people who are reading this not to go after Mirraw.com for anything.
