I've placed an order and I don't like that product so I returned it to the given address.And I am waiting for my refund almost a month. I've called them and informed about my issue but there is no response from them.Initially they were replied my emails and now they are stopped that and also they are not picking calls.Really disappointing. My Order ID : M[protected] Amount :2099 Placed Order : Oct 25 Received : Nov 2 Returned the product : Nov 4 They informed me on Nov 7, that they have initiated the refund But Still am waiting for the refund

I've given my citi bank details to them for refund but they have refund to my another account which i used for shopping..So i checked that account and came to know that money was credited.so please ignore this

Today I called Mirraw customer care and asked to refund my money.. They have cut my call after I asked the details about ARN number and bank details of mine. I am sure they didn't initiate refund yet.They have a plan to cheat me...Really worst service.

          I bought two dresses but Very bad and low quality material.Dresses are not same as shown in the pictures on website.In the details they wrote semi stitched dresses but all things are unstitched. Shalwar, qameez, lining, every thing.On blue dress they showed cut work and embroidery on whole frock but it's only on front side and nothing on back side. This is total wastage of my money.Refund my money.I don't need these stuff.This is not according to that money which I gave you. very hopeless situation.I am very disappointed.This is an open cheating with Foreign people.All these types of fake websites should be banned.Who will solve my problem?

            Hi, I am complaining about Mirraw.com. I ordered some products on November 6 th, order# MM[protected], for $132.02. I received an invoice that, Mirraw charged $132.02. Then when I checked the status, which is on the 17 th ( 11 days later) it was misleading, says NEW, which means the order not processed yet, so I emailed twice to get an the status information about my order. Then there is no response. I called paypal and paypal blocked the payment, until Mirraw should respond to me or paypal to release the information. Then Mirraw cancelled my order, and send me a link, stating that RETRY the order, and the total is 60 dollars more than, when I ordered on Nov 6 th.Instead of explaining what happend to the order, they cancelled the order, and sent me the link again. I just don't understand why some one could respond to my email, promptly in manner, none of this will happend. So I would like to get my order processed at the same rate, and Mirraw has to respond paypal, and resolve this issue quickly.
            Communication is a big problem with Mirraw.

              I had placed an order for the Cyan embroidere...- 11012 Salwar Semistiched, the Order Number was M[protected] on 4 Nov 2015. The Estimated Date of Delivery was on 12 Nov 2015. When i go to track your order i see that the Order status is Completed. BUT I HAVE NOT RECEIVED MY ORDER TILL DATE on 20 NOV 2015, When i try to track on DTDC Courier website the tracking number is wrong which provided A3353 Which is not a complete tracking number.(Ref Screen shot below) I was awaiting for the parcel- But havent received yet. I am continuously trying from past 3 days on your customer care number +[protected] but it says as a wrong number to check the number. Kindly ensure you have right and correct vendors who send the orders as per the request and donot interchange the color which will lead to not so good name for the website. Repeated emails to Mirraw customer care email id. But no response. Mirraw customer care dont even bother to respond to the emails Their customer care number which is displayed on the website is a WRONG NUMBER. Really disappointed with the Mirraw service.. I think i lost my Money INR 839.00. :-(

                Mirraw team, It is heights of irresponsibility fro your end. I suppose this season you have tried to gobble up more than you could. I have been a steady customer who actually received goods right in time. But with my order M[protected] the story is very very different. I had ordered a designer lahenga which i really loved and requested for availability. On receiving your mail that the product is back on racks, i immediately purchased it. The order confirmation mail stated delivery time as 15th november but till date the tracker shows it to be pending. The problem is i have made the payment (unlike other time when i generally go for COD). I guess had been blinded by my faith on you and my love for the dress. Now am without any information regarding my order. Your customer service is always busy and nobody calls me back though it promises to do so.                     I received my necklace in India and brought to US and found it broken when opened on Karwa Chauth It is total waste of my time and money, they refused the return or refund due to their 7 day policy. In my situation there was no way to revert with in 7 days, I trusted and opened the packet when I wanted to use. I explained my situation but customer support did not understand. Therefore, be cautious when buying anything from this web site

                      I made a purchase of ladies suit from mirraw.com. the order No. is M[protected].
                      i didn't like that product just bcoz that was not look like on picture so i returned that and that was deliver there on 5th october 2015 that was within 7 days of purchase. even i provided them recipt also. and when i ask them about refund money they told me that they already transact money. then i told that there are no any credit in my accout .after that they ask me for bank statement. i provided that also but still i am waiting for that money. whenever i put a mail they only replying me tht this this is transaction ID... and we transact money... but what about my side??? here no credit in my account and i asked for bank also they saying that there are no any transctiin.

                          I had ordered for four items on 22/9/15 under the order # M[protected] .Out of four I have received the necklace Sukkhi Stunning Hearts Gold Plated CZ Three String Rodo Light Necklace Set Marshall Arts (Sukkhi) set which is awesome . The second product I have received is Design no. 16.706...Rs. 700 chaahat fashion jewellery which is defective. I was told to return that through courier. I don't want to go through the unnecessary botheration and courier it. I think this is the prime reason due to which people go for online products. In my opinion to compete with others you should get the product to be replaced from your end and make the replacement procedure simple. The third product Set of Two plain bangles its custom made is still to reach me. The fourth product was Adjustable Bridal Pearl Flower Polki Dazzling Bangles Bracelets ADIVA. The status of the product is now showing as "VENDOR_CANCELLED".There was no intimation regarding this.I would like to go for the particular product. If at all the same is not available then I would like to go for the complete refund. I would also request you to send me a notification in case the product is available in future. I would also suggest you to first scrutinize your stock and then post the item on your website for sale which would avoid unnecessary harassment to the customers. Overall I would say that it was a very bad experience for me.This is also for sure after going through this harrowing experience I would never shop from your website in future. But would request you to take my feedback seriously and work upon it to improve your customer service.

                            Mirraw.com is a scam when it comes to item quality and refund of money. Dont buy anything from mirraw. mirraw dot com is a complete fraud online shopping site. I had purchased a saree woth rs. 899 (photo attached in this mail) . the saree doesnt look the same. Colour is very dull, material is worst and looks like an old saree. They show you something else online and will send our some other stuff that will really not match with the real one. I feel very cheated and let down. When i asked for the refund of money, there is no response. It seems like if I return the product, they wont refund the money Aren't you ashamed, fooling people, our reason behind buying products from your online store was that we relied upon your service. Trusted you. For me it was my first online shopping experience which you have turned into a nightmare. Shopping with Mirraw has been my worst shopping experience ever. I regret not having investigated these reviews earlier. I AM DISGUSTED WITH BAD SERVICES OF MIRRAW AND SHALL NEVER EVER BUY A THING FROM HERE, NEITHER WILL I RECOMMEND SUCH A FRAUD SITE TO ANYONE.

                                MIRRAW is a fraud company ...AWFUL Experience shopping with Mirraw, MIRRAW is a cheating website...please don't shop here, They are big time cheaters. MIRRAW is a cheating website, Please don't shop here. They cheated me. I bought an item and cancelled in 24 hours, they did not refund the whole amount. They cheated me. I am writing this so no more people get cheated by them. Tried to reach them about this through email and phone but not response. They are very prompt while placing an order and charging the credit card, but when it comes to disputing an issue, they are avoiding and not being responsive. I am terribly mad at Mirraw for the way they are treating the customers and cheating to make money. This is not at all a reliable site to shop.

Finally i went to collect it from courier office in my city. the quality of saree is so poor, even my maid will refuse to take it. your company is big fraud. on the site, it seems the product is so superior but the things your company deliver is something else.                                       I placed this order on July 2nd. This order has exceeded the time limit stipulated by the contract. I am now in a state where i have not received the order and cannot even cancel it. The response from the Mirraw team has been pathetic and all i hear is "We are looking into your issue and will get back shortly" I am shocked that the number of attempts to contact me were numerous when I had some items in the cart. After placing the order there has been no information on any follow up process. Some one was supposed to contact me via phone towards end of July and no one has contacted me. The phone number listed in their website does not work either. I am very concerned with the business practices of Mirraw. I request the concerned executives at Mirraw to look into this immediately and help solve my problem. Usha

                                        My order number is M[protected]. I have ordered two anarkali churidars on 27th July 2015 and the expected delivery date was 12th August. I have paid the stitching charges also. I stay abroad and is in India up to 15th August. I have given my address and phone number in India for shipping. Yesterday I sent an email to mirraw and they say that it will take another 4-5 working days to ship the items. I am disappointed and worried that the products are not yet shipped and if the products reach after 15th August, the courier company cannot even contact me and the product will be returned back as there won't be anyone in the given address to collect the items. I have written to mirraw so many times from the time I purchased the products to prioritise my order and dispatch them on time. If it won't reach me by 15t August, I need a refund of the amount I paid to them. Rekha
