Mirraw is not refunding my money back.its bin more the month..have mailed them and called them up a billion no.of times..but I still havent got my refund..and these people r not replying ..so plz help me to get back my refund...I have returned the product almost 30 days ago...this is my worst experience regarding online shopping... I want my refund back...plz help!!

I want action to be taken on Mirraw. No point getting mirraw to reply because I have written so many times and its useless. I want the Consumer Department to look into this and take action against them.der employee Sagar Sada had been mailing me about the refund..but now he doesn't believe in replying too...have mailed him a no. Of times...pathetic site...

      Mirraw sent me a dress which is not what was shown in their website. The material was silk instead of cotton, design is slightly out than that was shown in the picture, shawl was different than what was shown in the picture. Mirraw has a 100% refund if product return but Mirraw staff was convincing me to keep the dress and they will give me a discount for another purchase. I didnt want because it was not what I ordered and I will not wear it. I sent the dress back and through the courier tracking, the product was delivered on 8th August 2016. As of now, I have written numerous emails but none want to acknowledge or refund. I initially said I will get a saree for the same amount I bought but they are not responding to my emails at all. I am frustrated although its a small amount, you need to keep your word and do the necessary. Because they are cheating, I want back my full refund inclusive of the shipping.

          I've requested for return of this product as soon as i received. I got a mail that within 24 hours they will be contacting me. It's been a week and i have not got any mail nor a call.
          I want to return the product and want refund.

            Miraw is one of the worst online shopping that I have come across. Not at all customer centric. All became cheating money on the expense of the customer.

            I am an Indian and a customer from UK and ordered products worth GBP125. When the order was received it was ok quality, but then decided to keep it and We thought that rather sending it back does not look good for the service.

            Upon one month later, received a letter from a courier company (DHL) stating that i have to pay the Duty, VAT, Import charges to the UK. It was GBP17.48. I was dis-appointed with this letter and called Mirraw (customer centre is in Bermuda, spoke to about 20 mins of my time with the charges on saturday) and explained about this. They are NOT in a position to agree that these are charges from seller, but they claim as tax on the online products.

            When i checked the product order sheet, the total amount was worth Rs.3172. The net profit for the seller is Rs.8203. (GBP125 = Rs.11375 with the rate of Rs91 to 1GBP). After seeing the product sheet cost and the amount being charged for the product, I have then realised that the product is NOT at all worth for the money of GBP125 been spent on. The customer support is not at all user friendly. It is located in the Bermuda region. All they say is check the website for details, but failed to tell the customer that information regarding the charges are located in a specific page etc...

            All and all the Mirraw is one of the money making e-commerce websites and waste of time and money. If you are from India living elsewhere in the world, then go to India in person and buy in local shop ( using the extra charges that is paid for mirraw as your flight ticket). That would be my simple advise.

            Ordered 4 items in Mirraw and they are due to be delivered today.
            I have took leave from work in order to receive the parcel today.

            I received DHL text message saying that i have to pay £51 for the items that I bought for £153.61.

            How is it fair to pay by customer when you have clearly said it is shipping free and you are able to ship worldwide.

            Believing that I have ordered the goods. And now, I am being asked to pay 35% of purchase price for customs?

            I think you need to sort this issue. It does not look correct for customer to pay custom charges.

            I only realised now, in another section that you mentioned about VAT and custom which is not in the same section as Shipping information which is very misleading for customer who wanted to buy from you site. Either you should be mentioning this detail in the checkout area where you said free shipping (when spent more than £120) EXPLICITLY that the customer need to bear the custom charges OR DO NOT SAY THAT SHIPPING IS FREE.

            It is very misleading and is a trap for customers to only realise at a later point about the custom charges.

            I believe you are going to resolve this issue as soon as possible and get the parcel delivered to me.

              I placed an order on 11th Aug - order number M[protected] and received the product after a long struggle. The product which i received was very bad and worst, not at all matching with displayed image.

              And i returned the product one month back, still i didn't got the refund.

              The customer service was very very poor, i am not getting any reply for my mails and the customer care number[protected] is useless, never able to talk.

              Hope for doing online business loyalty is must otherwise it won't workout.

              Want to know when i can get my money back.

                  I had bought one party gown through mirrow moble app. On receipt of the same i notice that the quality of the product was not good and was not peperly stiched. So one the same day i call mirraw and explained the issue and requested for refund of money. On instruction from mirraws representaive i had put email to them for the same. But after repeted email no one is answering my emails nor they ate responding to my phone calls. Please not that mitraw is not responding to my emails or call for return of product n refund of money. Please help me to get my money back.

                    My order was stopped at customs due to Mirraw under declaring the cost on the documents. A penalty costing roughly 3 times the cost of my order was incurred which Mirraw has agreed to pay but has failed to do so. Now my order is being held at the governments warehouse at a daily fee which Mirraw expects Me to pay. Just give me a refund for my order and the double import tax I've had to pay because Mirraw unnecessarily shipped my single order in 2 packages. No response from Mirraw any more. Please help

                      I ordered a saree from Mirraw and what I received was quite different from what I ordered. Moreover the saree had mud stains here and there. It doesn't seem to be like a fresh piece at all I contacted them many times through mail and phone for return process and they don't care to initiate it. I mailed them with the pics of the damaged product. they said their team will verify and revert back and till now I haven't received any communication from them. Their return process is so complicated and there is no guarantee to it My money is wasted. They are simply cheating people in name of online shopping. They are totally unprofessional.

                        This is regarding three products which I ordered together from mirraw more than a month back. I had to return the product because of the very poor quality. Even after my product has reached to them on 12th of August they have not done any refunds or credits to my account. I have dropped multiple emails to them as well as tried contacting them through their Facebook page, customer care portal but there is no response from their site. I request you to help me get my money back. Also for other's please don't trust these sites they are only fooling people.

                          Hi,

                          I have ordered a saree online in mirraw site and my order ID is M[protected]
                          But i have not received my product yet.
                          I have sent mail to mirraw and they said they have raised a ticket "Ticket ID - 627001" and support representative will respond back within 24hours but i have not received any updates from any.
                          Customer care number also not answerable.

                          I have sent mail to mirraw team to refund my money back but i am not getting any response from them.

                          If this continuous i will raise a complaint in consumer court against Mirraw.

                              My order no. M[protected] is been returned to Mirraw and till now I didn't received my refund amount. I have returned it on 14/06/2016 via DTDC Docket no. K87305178 which was successfully delivered on 16/06/2016.
                              The total amount of the consignment is Rs.938.
                              After so many request over phone and email was made to them, even they did not responded properly. Every-time they were saying that the refund will be made in 24-48 hours, since then 2 months have passed and refund was not till now. Please help.

                                The company posts photos of expensive products from high end shops and then ships street quality products. They don't reply to emails until you take to social media. They don't accept differences in quality and don't refund the money. The photos of one of the sarees show how different the product photo in the website is from the product delivered. I had purchased 2 pcs of a salary suit. You can see in the photos that they are both different.

                                  I placed an order for a saree online on the 2nd of August and the goods was efficiently delivered on the 8th of August. However i was not happy with the saree and wanted to return the item so wrote back to [protected]@mirraw.com on the 12th of August, following all the terms and conditions of the return policy but have not heard from them ever since. Following that I have email the help desk team with my query and yet again have not heard anything since, even though I got an automated reply stating that my query will be answered within 24 hours.
                                  Can anyone please tell me why there has been no response to my mails .

                                    I had ordered 2 dress materials, both are of very worst quality, I tried calling customer care many times but no response at all. I had returned the product on 11th august but still I din't get my money back. I got mail from their helpdesk that i'll get my money back within 10 days, but i din't get my refund still. Please don't order anything in this website and lose money.

                                      I placed an order on 11th Aug - order number M[protected], And received a tracking number (after a long struggle) DTDC [protected].

                                      While checked the status it shows that the order number is invalid. I don't know what is happening.

                                      I want to to know the status immediately otherwise I want my amount to be refunded.

                                      I am facing a lots problem with you, very poor service, please try to solve this immediately.

                                        I ordered products in may 2016.

                                        I still have not received the product. I was informed that i am liable for customs be chase the items are undervalued to avoid customs.

                                        I've logged over ten complaints, with no response.

                                        I was requested to pay customs but when ordering this wasn't disclosed. I want a full refund but was advised i have to pay cost of product feint returned. I haven't even received the product.
