My money is missing from my bank account. When i checked my transactions an additional amount of 999 is debited. Actually first i tried to transfer to my friend it showed some error, so again the same amount is transferred. Second time it was a success. Money in the first transfer is missing. Please help me i'm new to mobikwik

I never believed in the constitution of digital wallets and online payments but Mobikwik has changed my thinking. My father has suggested me to use it and he made me lose all my doubts. I am happy because my payments have turned secure and I cannot do anything without Mobikwik now.
Three cheers for Moibikwik for making transactions so seamless. Paying has never been this easy. I love Mobikwik.
Mobikwik’s website is as good as their app with a lot of features like shopping, booking movie tickets and eating outside. The cashback schemes on these things are out of the world specially on their website. The speed of their recharges is as quick as the speed of the light. I would like to recommend this website to everyone and you will definitely become a fan as I have become.

    Sir i have installed mobikwik app and now i m add 400 rs.in this app. I have recharged jio plan 399 rs.in mobikwik app but recharged is not successful no status is confirmed. My account rupees debt 399 but no status will confirmed and no recharge in jio phone... I have screen short in recharge details... I have new customer in this app but my experienced is worst.         Even i irctc it's not showing in failed transaction history. To check the refund status.

            I trust Mobikwik and all the transactions which have happened. They were absolutely correct as far as my knowledge goes. I was doubtful o[censored]sing e Wallets and there are way too many in the market but I am happy for choosing Mobikwik and have been stress free for all the hassle free payments. Thank you Mobikwik.
            I do most of my shopping online because it is easy and saves my time. I suffered a lot due to failed transactions and incomplete payments but thanks to Mobikwik, I am happy with the rate of successful transactions now.
            I am proud to be a true Mobikwik patron and it is far better than PayTM because of a lot of cashback offers. I have asked all my family members& friends to install it and use it only. It is the best app.

              I tried to add 7000rs in mobikwik wallet but due to some issues regarding otp, i got my 7000rs debited from my bank account but it didnot add in my mobikwik wallet and still my mobikwik wallet balance is 1rs after adding the money. My complain support customer ticket no 8634831, so kindly help me. Please refund my money or add into my mobikwik wallet as soon as possible.

              I can’t be happier doing online transactions, because Mobikwik has made all my bank to bank transactions very simple. I am relieved that I can transfer money to my parents with just one button. Thank you Mobikwik.

                  I have been using Mobikwik for all my online transactions, I pay all my bills and transfer money with it only. I thank the customer support team for quickly resolving my issue when I credited the amount top wallet but it wasn’t being updated. Thank you Mobikwik for making my life easy.
                  I have to say that Mobikwik’s refund policy feels like a metro ride, quick and reliable. If a transaction is failed, I get the refund in a jiffy in my wallet. With Mobikwik I am happy because I know that my money is secure.

                                    I placed the order on limeroad via mobikwik.
                                    The money was then refunded back by limeroad and I got the mail from mobikwik in March’18 that the refund has been processed to my bank account. Its been three months and the amount has still not been refunded.
                                    Even my bank has not received the money back. I checked it with the bank with the reference number shared by the facebook team of mobikwik.
                                    They do not reply on mail. No contact info.

                                    The same thing happened again when limeroad refunded the different amount. That has also not been credited.

                                      I recharged my phone on 7 june 2018 through mobikwik app somehow it failed and money got debited from account but till 20 june i have not received money and when i try to raise a ticket they dont respond at all. after some time that ticket automaticaly gets resolved(only in virtual reality, money does not refund but raised ticket says issue is resolved) without any notification. and also none of their customer care number works and neither do email id. they dont respond at all. kind of service mobikwik provide is worst.
                                      Mobikwik customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.

                                        On 11/6/18 i had tried to make online payment of electricity bill of rs. 122090/- to torrent power ltd. Though payment gateway of mobikwik from our cc account no. [protected]
                                        The transaction id is 42457667
                                        This amount has been debited from our account but the payment was shown as failed and it has not been credit to torrent power account.
                                        We have so far not received the refund of this payment in our account.
                                        Mobikwik customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
                                        We have reserved bus from rishikesh to Delhi in 8th June 2018, But bus was cancil, we have not received any response from the mobikwik, and we have not get refundable amount.

                                        I had purchased some products from Myntra last week.. The very next morning i cancelled the order..

                                        As the payment was made through Mobiquick, Myntra immediately credited Mobiquick, but i need the amount to be credited back to my credit card from where this payment was done..
