I recharge my mobile 2 time 429 rs but recharge not done and balance Deduct 2 time
Again I recharge with349 rs again balance deduct but recharge not done...
After that I raise complaint so many time but didn't reasponse from mobikwie team..and balance not refund...even I received a fake call from mobikwik cust care no [protected]...and they want to know about my debit card details..and abuse me...and now this no in my history details [protected] no is not mine...

    unable to utilize supercash

    Hi team, as per the mobikwik faq's i am not able to utilize my supercash properly. They say that i can use 5% of my supercash, but when i go to the payment section, it seems like i am able to use only 1% - 2%. This is not at all a good service and should be stopped in india for fooling customers.
    Nowhere they have mentioned that the supercash will be the 5% of the total recharge amount what i am going to do and now they are not allowing...

    Sir myself sourabh dhurve and i am from hoshangabad (M. P.). Sir an e-wallet company named mobikwik has gobble my 18, 000 rs. Actually happen what sir in emergency i had to transfer 10, 000rs. Money from this e-wallet. So for this i add money from my bank account to mobikwik account. But due to the inactivate of kyc i was unable to transfer money. And then i got the no. Of mobikwik agent named rahul sharma[[protected]]. When i talked him and discussed my problem then he told, me to deposit 2000 amt.in bank acc, then i deposited 2000rs in bank acc but kyc was inactivate then again he told m/e to deposite 5000 rs in bank acc then again i deposited 5000rs but due to the sharing of card details and otp by me he took all m/y money from mobikwik acc bank acc without my permission and now a day he told me that if i wanna activate kyc in my mobikwik ac/c then again last i'll have to deposite 3000 rs more. But i understood that he cheats me then i started to follow him collecting information about him but i got nothing. Sir i have some audio recordings which shows that how he cheated me and some screenshots of my mobikwik account history and otp sharing zone which i used to share by mistake, i will provide you all these documents and recordings. So sir i hardly request you to please make refund my 18, 000 rs. From mobikwik agent and company also.

      it is showing MOBIKWICK REF ID[protected] Amount 20, 000
      Please investigate on this order take action against the person and REFUND MY AMOUNT
      Mobikwik customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
      Mobiwik Representative Mr nasir installed Mobiwik on my. Phone n what bonus cash I received he transferred to his wallet n even after giving documents still it's showing pending approval n Mr nasir not picking phones his number [protected].

        1) i canceled the gofer's order due to some personal reason on 29-july-2018, but when i reorder the same, i can not avail this offer to user super cash.

        2) as per your terms and condition i can use my existing super cash, but in last few transaction i am not able to use the super cash not even 5%. (But mentioned in your faq)

        3) it does not allow me to use the s super cash when i paid the electricity bills more than 3400/- indian rupees. (But mentioned in your faq)
        3) it does not allow me to use the s super cash when i paid the dth bill (But mentioned in your faq)
        4) it does not allow me to use the super cash when i paid the prepaid mobile (But mentioned in your faq)

        ) i am requesting to mobikwik, please do not cheat people, and refund me the money or convert all the super cash (Virtual money) into actual money.

          I recharge my mobile [protected] bsnl with 429 rs...balnce deduct from my mobikwik account but recharge was not done.
          After that I recharge same no with 349 rs
          Again balance deduct but recharge not done...
          I can't understand why was my account disabled. I will take this to social media if this is not resolved at the earliest. I raised an alarm of fraud transaction on 21st post this my account has been disabled.

          This also has a balance of 101.

            I sahajahan sarkar, i paid the bsnl post paid bill on 23.07.18 but not showing into bsnl portal, repeated messages from bsnl care are comming to pay. Please treat this most urgent. Can i complain into phone number. Have any customer care number? I many search but failled.in future any bills can not be billed from mobikwik apps if not generate my bill to bsnl.

                I am not able to user super cash both in mobikwik app and mobikwik website
                1) it does not allow me to use the super cash say add money. Why?

                    I have requested a refund for a product bought in myntra. The payment was done through mobikwik wallet. Myntra confirms that refund is done to source account and mobikwik also intimated a mail saying refund initialted. Since then the money has not been put in wallet and everytime i send them a concerns through chat messages, they send me an automated reply saying the money is credited. I have sent snapshots as proof but their reply doesnt change.
                    They have the worst customer service and there is no way to get in touch with them.

                    I was tired to write complain in your website but still not get positive response, without getting excess refund amount in my wallet ticket resolved kindly check and confirm.

                    As per your TAT of refund to customer account (Wallet) 48 hrs completed but still not received.

                      I was trying to contact Mobikwik customer care today 20 july 2018 for a failed Electricity bill payment. In return I got a call from +91 [protected] and was asked a few questions like my mobile number and the transaction id to look into the issue. Further the person asked for OTP to reolve the issue. Once OTP was provided, I see a transaction of INR 3621.84 to a random Bank Account (Transaction Id [protected]) was done. I do not identify this transaction and would term it as a Fraud.

                      Kindly look in to it on an urgent basis and help to initiate refund of the same.

                              My mobikwik id is [protected]@gmail.com. I bought an redimi note 5 phone from redimi website and it was advertised that customer would get 25% cashback if Mobikwik wallet is used to purchase the said product WITHIN 24 HOURS. I was supposed to get 25% cashback i.e. 2500 rupees in 24 hours. I did not get the cashback in the promised time and Mobikwik is not available for help. They do not have a proper customer service no available. Help option provided on Mobikwik app is not usefull either. Need to take serious action against them.

                                  It has done fraud with me. made the jio of rs.399 using coupon JIOCB75 and also done the KYC but haven't received the promised cash back about (rs.75) as mentioned in the adv. I had also sent written complaint about this issue through the company's app but no replY came.I even tried to call customer care nos. But none of the no. works. So please take some strong action against this company for fake adv and wasting time and money of people.

                                    This company is been putting up the scheme and then changing at their own wish under the clause that they can change any time. I agree they are free to change but how can they change that retrospectively and making both customer as well as govt on the ride.

                                    I would like to file a complaint for someone to look at the fraud this company doing by making changes in Supercash especially for the old supercash earned, I have approx. 10, 000/- super cash in my all 4 -6 mobiles at family and I need that needs to be restored immeditaley
