I tried to recharge my jio number 2 times with 399 rs both the time money got detected from my bank. Itried reaching there customer +91 [protected], no body will pick the phone. Some unreachable number. Raised ticket no use, after once raised ticket i did not note down ticket number, now not leaving to register one more complaint.

Hello i think mobikwik is the best and trust worthy apps in india and we all are the valuable customers thatswhy we did one jio recharge using your app based on your offer information. But we didint get any cashback offers and balance amount.

Sir, this is jayasingh from rajapalayam tamil nadu. I have paid ebbill through mobikiwk. The paid amount is 1978. But not paid, fund is refund is showing but not come my account. I placed the order on limeroad via mobikwik.
The money was then refunded back by limeroad and I got the mail from mobikwik in March’18 that the refund has been processed to my bank account. Its been three months and the amount has still not been refunded.
Even my bank has not received the money back. I checked it with the bank with the reference number shared by the facebook team of mobikwik.

I have paid 1803 rs to mobikwik wallet for my order on myntra, that too twice. The amount was debited from my bank account twice, but transaction got failed. I was paying rs. 5512.5 on 14/06/2018 as my pspcl electricity bill using mobikwik app. The payment got deducted from my bank account but the transaction failed.

I have raised a complaint having ticket no. - 8567844. These people have given a message that they have refunded the money to my bank account and the money will be credited within 7 - 21 working days as per the bank policy.
