My known person (Full kyc through aadhaar) tried transferring money to my a/c (Min. Kyc as per mobikwik since done by submitting driving licence) but it did not allow though his account was fully verified-the company has developed its own vague and baseless policies (They can even go against uidai and sc and think themselves superior to all) - sending money can be done by full kyc account to non kyc paytm account (As could be done at paytm, which is accepting driving license (Dl) for full kyc recently and has verified on that basis) but mobikwik would not allow an transfer without submission of aadhaar.
On 7-5-18 an aadhar updated account on paytm transferred money successfully to one of my account at paytm which was not fully kyc updated but was updated by submitting dl-when i told mobikwik about it they said that they would not allow it.

+[protected] [Customer Care] or the nodal officer at[protected] goes unattended or are disconnected-no customer service at all.
Even the tickets raised by us are resolved very late when the resolution is of no use and most of the times no relevant replies are given-again when we try to reopen tickets they state the tickets have expired and ask us to file a fresh ticket which is never replied-strange enough they havean expiry date for the tickets as well!
On 31-5-18 I was trying to reply to their reply given on 30-5-18 I got the message that the ticket has expired.Many a times if we need to raise more than one ticket we can't raise the second one and a message creeps up that a repeat repeat cannot be raised within next 24 hours and although they reply back for a ticket in more than 24 hours (sometimes even 20 days)they do not allow us to raise another ticket saying'let us resolve your earlier tickets first"
I have paid in the mobikwik wallet about 2570 and the transaction is cancelled but the amount has been deducted. please look into this and send back the money.and i paid again the same amount by my card

    I got sms from mobikwik that i can extend the validity of my supercash if i do add money of rs 10-/ or more. After clicking on this sms it is directly going to add money option and when i am applying this promocode mentioned in the sms i am getting an error "invalid promocode".
    After enquiring more about this from customer care came to know that this was valid only till 6 pm where as as per the attached sms i got this sms around 6.40pm.
    This is how mobikwik play with their customers. Request everyone to take some action against this app and do the needful.

    I didn't get my money to my bank account. it has been 1 week when I was complaining to them. My Complaint iD was register in mobikwik as 8458225. But help service giving always resolved status . Still I didn't get any response.
    I had done recharge of jio mobile but recharge was not done successfully however the amount was debited from my account. ( rs.399). kindly help for transfer of this amount back to my acccount .the was done on 26 may, 2018, 8:03am with mobikwik

      Sir i already connected my mobile no with my aaadar but i don't why mobikwik app shows your no is not connect with your aaadar but it's not possible because i completed my full aaadar verification so please sir help me. Sir last two months se try to i transfer my money to bank account but mobikwik employes don't help me i send msgs to thousands time they ignore my msgs & don't reply me so sir why i decided i complete for mobikwik app & their employes. Its so bad experience for every user of mobikwik their employes are really so bad sir they all are can't help to people so please sir help me so i can transfer my money to my bank account.

        Mobikwik provides cashback in terms of supercash (With 3 months validity) which can be consumed 20% to 5% in each transactions upto rs 1000 per month. Recently mobikwik has reduced supercash validity by 45 days.

        These guys keep updating terms and conditions so frequently and with out any prior notice given to customers and not even email or sms that their t&c are updated. Their intention is to cheat customers and trap them.
        They started with 10 to 20% supercash consumption and with min transaction of rs 100-/. Now without any notification they made it only 5% supercash can be used in one transaction and that too for most of the merchants its min rs 500-/ need to spend to consume supercash. Also supercash for few merchants only once in a month can be use like recharge etc. For few merchants max supercash we can use is only rs 100-/.

        As they have reduced supercash validity now, my supercash of rs 1100+ is getting expired on 1st june (Earlier it was valid till 16th july) but i cannot use in the month of may as i already utilized rs 1000 limit. Now there is no way to use this amount due to their terms and conditions. I have placed my complaint to mobikwik customercare but got no solution.

        Also, there is no way to consume 100% of supercash because of so many variables, hidden terms and conditions etc. What sort of fraudulent activity is this? So my complaint is about misleading customers by giving supercash which can no way be used. This is cheating because customers can't use the super cash as they have some baseless and hidden terms and conditions which they keep changing whenever they feel like. I request you to kindly look into it.

        Mobikwik is a cheating company. They cheat customers in the name of supercash. They lure you to spend huge money in the pretext of earning supercash. They change the terms frequently without any intimation at there will & wish.Once you spend earn good amount of supercash they ensure that their system wont allow you to spend supercash you earned. All your supercash will eventually expire. This is a fraud company & needs to be closed.

          While typing otp it is showing invalid otp... But i got sms from bank as 2200 rupees was deducted... I have opened net banking site and opened transaction history is showing mobikwik solutions deducted my 2200 rupees money... Is this the security you are giving???
          I want my money back or else ypu should face serious consequences

              It was my last day 31-May-2018 to use supercash.So I tried to use mobikwik for an online transaction to medlife .Money got debited from my account but online payment failed and not able to login how many times I tried in and showing wallet issues.I had to pay through other company. I had to make my medlife agent for a very long time as this drama was going on at the moment.

              Rs 159.2 is debited amount and mobikwik account :[protected].

              Later on when I could login again the money is added to wallet but I am not able to transfer money back to my bank account which was kept for an urgency. It is saying I don't have the minimum limit to transfer it back to my bank account. How can they transfer money to wallet in the cover of online transaction without my permission.First of all they faked and failed the transaction then I am not even left with the choice not even asked my permission on where should my money be transferred. That was some urgent money. I need my money back.

              when I raised a ticket against this in mobikwik they blah blahed about supercash validity and closed the ticket

              This company does not have any value for customer treat them like toys as they like.

                    I tried to recharge my telenor number with rs 299/- on 15th april through mobikwik and amount got deducted but the recharge is not done. Amount is not credited back to my account yet and it is been more than one month.in the history also there is no record for that. But when i got a monthly statement and it shows rs 299/- was spent. It is ridiculous that mobikwik help is not at all responding. I raised an incident tickets (#8219941, #8457293) twice and they got resolved w/o any information.

                      I booked bus ticket from kolkata to siliguri (Doj-1st june 2018, pnr-63zmekxy, 63msfhyf) and from siliguri to kolkata (Doj-8th june 2018, pnr-63tmenvy, 63x2hh35)
                      On 29th may i got sms as (Your bus booking pnr (Above) is cancelled due to unavoidable reason please contact your booking agent for refund/alternate arrangement.

                      I did hotel booking and train booking to reach kolkata and now ticket is cancelled. I did not received my refund also. This is a fraud practice by mobikwik.
                      Kindly look into the matter and provide solution asap.

                        Mobikwik allowed me to earn more than 3000 supercash in a month.
                        And later they limited the use of supercash to 1000 a month.
                        So in march month, i earned 3000 supercash. Prioer to march, my supercash balance was 1000.
                        So even if tried to utilize the maximum supercash, i can burn maximum of 3000 in 3 months.
                        So my march supercash (~3000) is expiring on 1st june, and i cannot utilize it even if i want.

                        They send me an sms saying my supercash is expiring and i can extend its validity by adding 10 rs using code "extendsc".

                        But this code is not working.

                        How can you make such rules that are mathematical and logically unjustified.
                        Or may be intentions of mobikwik is clear, to make fool of their customers.

                        They even run an offer of 100% cashback for hotel booking upto 5000 rs.
                        Now if a person earns a supercash of 5000 rs then he can at max utilize 3000 rs in next 3 months and after that it will expire.
                        So its sure shot that he will loose atleast 2000 supercash.

                        So its a clear case of fraud from mobikiwk side.

                          Initially mobikwik allowed users to get 100% supercash on purchases.
                          Later started putting limiting constraints to restrict usage of supercash like:

                          1. Percentage usage of supercash balance with merchants was reduced from 20% to 5%.
                          2. Offers usage of supercash at select petrol pumps but once customer refills petrol from that petrol pump then supercash is not utilized after fulfilling the prescribed terms and conditions.
                          3. Firstly, most of the local stores shown on mobikwik are not shown in the correct locations, then most of them do not accept mobikwik payments, further mobikwik limits the usage of supercash by allowing only rs 50 maximum to be utilized at local stores.
                          4. The mobikwik team offer supercash as huge offers to customers but is always focusing on limiting/closing the avenues where supercash can be used.
                          5 on top of this they send teaser messages to customers telling them to add rs 10 in mobikwik account using code extendsc to extend supercash expiry. People have reported that the supercash expiry did not extend even after that. Supercash is not "paisa bana powerful", it is "paisa bana virtual money that cannot be used". You can fool customers once but not again and again.

                                  I was using mobikwik for quite some time. Recently they introduced supercash concept which according to them will expire after 3 months which is not true. Supercash will actually get expired in 2 months. Supercash earned in the month of april will expire on july 1. So effectively 2 months.
                                  These guys keep updating terms and conditions so frequently and with out any prior notice given to customers and not even email or sms that their t&c are updated. Their main motivation is to cheat customers and trapped them.
                                  They started with 10 to 20% supercash and with min of rs 100-/. Now without any notification they made it only 5% supercash can be used in one transaction and that too for most of the merchants its min rs 500-/ need to spend to avail supercash. Also supercash for few merchants only once in a month can be use like recharge etc. For few merchants max supercash we can use is only rs 100-/.
                                  Now they have come up again with new t&c and that too without any prior intimations that max supercash we can use in one month is rs 1000-/ which means supercash which you are earning will definitely be expired. Last month itself i have lost my around rs 1000-/ supercash and the same thing is going to happen this month as well. There is no way you can consume your supercash because of so many variables, hidden terms and conditions etc.
                                  What sort of fraudulent activity is this? So my question is why are they misleading customers by giving supercash which can no way be used? They should limit giving supercash and have an upper limit. This is cheating because we customers can't use the super cash as they have some baseless and hidden terms and conditions which they keep changing whenever they feel like. I request you to kindly see to it. Many customers have complained about the same issue in playstore but mobikwik seems to be consistent in cheating customers.
                                  Request to take some action against such wallet apps so that they can come up with their transparent policies.

                                  I came here on site to report the same about mobikwik as they are doing fraud with users in the form of cash back and changing there policies every month, moreover they applied new t&c on super cash we already had . Thinking to sue this company legally, but don’t know about our law, do u know the way to sue mobikwik and they don’t have customer support also to raise the complaint .

                                    I have added money of four thousand rupees to my wallet on 26/5/2018. Then i tried to send that money to my brother's account through the wallet. But you people informed me that i have to update my account to kyc otherwise i will not complete my transaction. So i have entered my address for verification. But you people are so worst that you didn't responded to my request. But when i tweeted against your founder mr:bipin
                                    You informed me that you are not serving in my area and concluded that you will refund my money when your company starts serving in my area. Is it enough a decade to start your services in my area. Aren't you ashamed for taking my money. I want my money immediately. Otherwise i will complain against you in consumer court.

                                      Dear sir, i paid mseb mumbai electricity bills 1.. Con. No.[protected] bu.1236 amount rs.2200. And con. No.[protected] bu.1236 amount rs.2840. On 19 may 2018.
                                      Above payment shows success on application. Money is debited on my account. But as yet not credited to mseb account. No confirmation as yet.5 days i tried on help section of mobikwik and bharat bills pay but no use. I receive message that it is painding_ with _bbpou
                                      Have i lost my money

                                      This website is totally fake, I have some amount of money more than 500 which i want to transfer to another account but it sucks on loading circle, I have complain for this issue on their customer support but they are not replying me.

                                        Dear sir i have made a several of transaction from mobikwik, from last years and in my account more than 7000 (Supercash credit). But now mobikwik changed the condition o[censored]se supercash and divide my supercash in month expiry date. And condition put you can only use 100 supercash in a month but my 3000 supercash will expire on 1 june 18. I have complaint to mobikwik but they not respond rightly.

                                        Mobikwik apply these term and condition without inform to user.
                                        My means that mobikwik is doing cheat with his users. I think it will be a big fraud with all mobikwik users. Because 1st mobikwik gives supercash as a cashback to the user and the last bound to all user unspecified terms and condition.

                                        0n 17-may-2018 i had added 4000 rupees in my wallet from my hdfc credit card and money had been debited and also showing in mobikwik wallet transaction history that 4000 had been added but its now showing in the main balance there the balance is showing 0 and i have not made any transaction after that.So where is my 4000 rupees?
