Mobikwik allowed me to earn more than 3000 supercash in a month.
And later they limited the use of supercash to 1000 a month.
So in March month, i earned 3500 supercash. Prioer to march, my supercash balance was 2000.
So even if tried to utilize the maximum supercash, i can burn maximum of 3000 in 3 months.
So my March supercash (~3200) is expiring on 1st June, and i cannot utilize it even if i want.

They send me an SMS saying my su[ercash is expiring and i can extend its validity by adding 10 Rs using code "EXTENDSC".

But this code is not working.

How can you make such rules that are mathematical and logically unjustified.
Or may be intentions of Mobikwik is clear, to make fool of their customers.

They even run an offer of 100% cashback for hotel booking upto 5000 Rs.
Now if a person earns a supercash of 5000 rs then he can at max utilize 3000 rs in next 3 months and after that it will expire.
So its sure shot that he will loose atleast 2000 supercash.

So its a clear case of fraud from mobikiwk side.

i used mobikwik app, i got cashback offers, here dont have options for kvy, and cant convert super cash to wallet, i never see this kind of things

    I'm try to book a train ticket on irctc (Irctc.co.in) while payment i used mobikwik, but unfortunately, irctc shows unable to make transaction and booking failed, the money is deducted from my sbi account, after that irctc shows money refunded with below details.

      I was using mobikwik for quite some time. Recently they introduced supercash concept which according to them will expire after 3 months which is not true. Supercash will actually get expired in 2 months. Supercash earned in the month of april will expire on july 1. So effectively 2 months.
      These guys keep updating terms and conditions so frequently and with out any prior notice given to customers and not even email or sms that their t&c are updated. Their main motivation is to cheat customers and trapped them.
      They started with 10 to 20% supercash and with min of rs 100-/. Now without any notification they made it only 5% supercash can be used in one transaction and that too for most of the merchants its min rs 500-/ need to spend to avail supercash. Also supercash for few merchants only once in a month can be use like recharge etc. For few merchants max supercash we can use is only rs 100-/.
      Now they have come up again with new t&c and that too without any prior intimations that max supercash we can use in one month is rs 1000-/ which means supercash which you are earning will definitely be expired. Last month itself i have lost my around rs 1000-/ supercash and the same thing is going to happen this month as well. There is no way you can consume your supercash because of so many variables, hidden terms and conditions etc.
      What sort of fraudulent activity is this? So my question is why are they misleading customers by giving supercash which can no way be used? They should limit giving supercash and have an upper limit. This is cheating because we customers can't use the super cash as they have some baseless and hidden terms and conditions which they keep changing whenever they feel like. I request you to kindly see to it. Many customers have complained about the same issue in playstore but mobikwik seems to be consistent in cheating customers.
      Request to take some action against such wallet apps so that they can come up with their transparent policies.

      I came here on site to report the same about mobikwik as they are doing fraud with users in the form of cash back and changing there policies every month, moreover they applied new t&c on super cash we already had . Thinking to sue this company legally, but don’t know about our law, do u know the way to sue mobikwik and they don’t have customer support also to raise the complaint .
      Do you have any screenshot of there previous policy or t&c, I m collecting proof against them

        I have added money of four thousand rupees to my wallet on 26/5/2018. Then i tried to send that money to my brother's account through the wallet. But you people informed me that i have to update my account to kyc otherwise i will not complete my transaction. So i have entered my address for verification. But you people are so worst that you didn't responded to my request. But when i tweeted against your founder mr:bipin
        You informed me that you are not serving in my area and concluded that you will refund my money when your company starts serving in my area. Is it enough a decade to start your services in my area. Aren't you ashamed for taking my money. I want my money immediately. Otherwise i will complain against you in consumer court.

          Above payment shows success on application. Money is debited on my account. But as yet not credited to mseb account. No confirmation as yet.5 days i tried on help section of mobikwik and bharat bills pay but no use. I receive message that it is painding_ with _bbpou

            Dear sir i have made a several of transaction from mobikwik, from last years and in my account more than 7000 (Supercash credit). But now mobikwik changed the condition o[censored]se supercash and divide my supercash in month expiry date. And condition put you can only use 100 supercash in a month but my 3000 supercash will expire on 1 june 18. I have complaint to mobikwik but they not respond rightly.

            Mobikwik apply these term and condition without inform to user.
            My means that mobikwik is doing cheat with his users. I think it will be a big fraud with all mobikwik users. Because 1st mobikwik gives supercash as a cashback to the user and the last bound to all user unspecified terms and condition.

            0n 17-may-2018 i had added 4000 rupees in my wallet from my hdfc credit card and money had been debited and also showing in mobikwik wallet transaction history that 4000 had been added but its now showing in the main balance there the balance is showing 0 and i have not made any transaction after that.So where is my 4000 rupees?

                  Recently i had recharged my phone number with rupess 498 and i had applied a promo jiotalk in which the benefits were flat 300 rupees supercash. The payment was successful and they had send me notification saying that the supercash will be credited to my account within 48 hours but its been more than 48 hours and i had reached their help center. They said the promo code was not applied successfully. Thats not true first of all i had recharged only because of the offer and had read the terms and conditions applied and i was eligible for the supercash. Please help me back to get my supercash

                    I wish to report a serious fraud that has been committed on me through the SBI card that I have issued by the STATE BANK of INDIA Card number ending 5785
                    Sir I am a senior citizen living in Hauz Khas.
                    This morning I received a series of SMS messages conveying an OTP and informing me that a certain transaction was under way. The transactions were between 10.04 PM and 10.17 PM on 22/05/2018.
                    The card was with me and my phone was being charged. I was sleeping at the time at home. The card was with me and I did not conduct the transactions. No one besides me had access either to my credit card or to my phone.
                    I suspect these transactions were done in connivance of some bank officials and the scamsters. The fact that this has been done by scamsters is made even more obvious by the nature of these transactions. They were all conducted on online wallets (PhonePe, MobiKwik / spelt MOBI KWK and Airtel Money) – I don’t hold any online wallet account.
                    The details of the FRAUD transaction are noted below

                      Sorry Mayank I don't have any screenshot at this point of time. Who would have known that these guys will do all these tricks to catch hold of customers and then play with them.
                      I would request to file a case legally against this app and request to close this app ASAP.
                      Also will request friends to stay away from this app and use other reliable apps for all your transactions.

                      So this is like a dead lock situation. We cannot extend the supercash and we cannot use the supercash. Only thing is keep earning the supercash and let those expired. so ultimately nothing you are getting from using this App. Instead of that use someother reliable app where whatever cashback you will get is your's and you can use whenever you need. Need not to worry about all these things.

                        My complaint is about i have accounts in this wallet company where my and my family members accounts disabled by this fraudster where i had submitted documents after documents submitted reactivated my and my family accounts but unfortunately 4 days ago again deactivated my and my family accounts!
                        My main balance have been stuck they are claiming supercash with fraud tricks like accounts blocking expiring dates decreasing; the accounts are my and my family already after they verified documents with bank account transaction they reactivated by again deactivated without any reason. Immediately book fraud inconvenience and harassment case against mobikwik wallet dispute management staff naming garima and nidhi. As these persons harassment of account blocking granted me to complain on these mentals. My family and me have each 1 account and all are verified by these 2 mentals naming garima and nidhi in mobikwik dispute department. But disabled again and stopped my accounts usage because if this i am losing my supercash which is s weapon if fraud by this fraudster. Now in this matter i will not provide any documents as already sent to them before @ [protected]@mobikwik.com.
                        Now immediately book a case against these 2 persons nidhi and garima for inconveniencing harassment and playing with verified documents and also provide a compensation of rs: 1, 00000 /- for the inconvenience caused.
                        Note: if my and my family accounts not reactivated immediately. I will also initiate fir against dispute management staff bung garima and nidhi for the inconvenience harassment caused!

                          Then where is my refunded amount?
                          I make so many calls to customer care but not responded even they dont lift they put in hold upto 56 min and not responded

                            Company is doing fraud with the people, reduced validity of supercash by 1.5 month, my whole family is using mobikwik wallet all account have supercash between 3000 to 5000 they have reduced validity of 1.5 month due to which approx 8000 to 10000 supercash is going to expire on 1st june.

                            Kindly take action on this company so they can't cheat people & save our hard earned supercash, we are buying more goods & many time at higher price due to supercash benefit.

Refund amount shown as Rs.1425. As per IRCTC amount is refunded with reference no ZP56accfd8fa18b. However I have not received refund amount in my SBI account. Kindly resolve.

                              I recharged my Jio Mobile number ([protected]) with Rs. 399 on 25/03/2018 as there was an offer of 100% cashback. But i did not receive cashback and i raised a ticket (Ticket # 8191065) on 10 April 2018 but it was closed with status saying "Resolved". Again i raised a ticket on 09 May 2018 and again they closed the ticket with status as "Resolved" without giving any comments or solving the problem. Mobikwik is a cheap site just looting the public money with false promises.

                              Now i am receiving a message saying that "300 SuperCash is going to expire on 31 st May'18.". Till now they did not responded and now suddenly they are sending the expiry message. Are they thinking people as fools or they are thinking themselves as very clever. They are just a fraud company looting money from people in the name of business. Why are they giving it as SuperCash? It was clearly mentioned as cashback offer, so I should get cashback to my card not as SuperCash. And that to this supercash is visible now only after registering complaint in consumer complaints. And now itself, they are saying the SuperCash will expire on 31 st May. Is this the right way how they are handling the customers ?

                                Mobikwik is cheating customers by frequently changing super cash expiry dates and utilization dates. The will not allow you to consume super cash. They will simply give super cash which you can not utilize it. you can earn lot of super cash but you can consume only 1000 a month that too 5% for each transaction. recently they have changed the expiry date 2 months and because of this super of 3000 will expire by jun 1 and i cannot use it as my monthly cap 1000 is reached. This is a kind of cheating where they will never allow you to utilize super cash. they will always put offers to get super cash but never give oppurtunity to use it. This is a kind of trap.

                                  This is to inform you that i have made payments to myntra twice on 19.05.2018. Amount was 1717.64 rs, however payment was failed and amount was deducted. There is no contact number of mobikwik is working. I am suprise how would anyone can contact mobik wik when there is no contact number to reach them.

                                    Hi team,

                                    Please help, my dad got a fraud call from [protected] saying they are from sbi cards and got some debit cards details and made multiple fraud transaction of about 100000+ rupees.

                                    As it all must be a digital transaction and must be linked by some aadhar card. Can i get my money back? I know nothing is going to happen with any fir.

                                    I have got the card blocked, can someone help in getting the money back??

                                      I have mobikiwk wallet which me and my family is been using for over 8 monht, however the company is such a fraud that every second day changes the rules of its own criteria and using the unethical practices. I have around 20000 supercash in various mobile in home as being active user and now suddenly they have reduced the limit to use supercash and with limited time. If you have a sold a product and now making changes, that must happen from now onward transaction and not earlier. This company is a total fraud and is doing it in open even i received a threating call on putting a complaint earlier on a forum

                                        My mobile number is [protected] and have a mobikwik account with this number. I have made a payment of rs 5925.36 to rozorpay to book a hotel on 16th april through mobikwik. The booking was subsequently cancelled on 25th april due to personal reasons. The merchant has processed the refund on 26th april and details can be seen in the attached photo. It's been more than 20 days, the mobikwik has not refunded the amount to me. I've put a request through the mobikwik app (Ticket #8387928) but i get a standard reply that we are contacting the merchant for refund. Please process my refund of rs 5925.36 immediately.

                                        Also mobikwik's customer care number doesn't work. I tried calling multiple times but it doesn't work. There is no way you can contact their grievance handling department.
