But not receive any money so please refund me money in dbs account. And i continue (Every day 4 to 5 times) contact mobikwik customer care but nor call receve...

    This is to raise a complaint to you that i tried to add an amount of inr 850 through axis bank credit card (0647) in my mobikwik wallet at 9:04 pm on 3rd april 2019 but i saw an error on transaction in my android phone and that amount not reflected in my wallet. But in the same time i received an sms from my bank where it showed inr 850 spent in mobikwik. I contacted axis bank they informed me that mobikwik claimed inr 850 but it didn't reflect in my mobikwik wallet anytime till now.

    So please do the needful as earliest to refund my money to my axis bank account otherwise i will lodge a complaint in consumer court.

    I enclose an attachment which is available in my mobikwik expenses for the month of april 2019 for your reference.

    No reply from Mobikwik Customer care no ([protected]) . Careless approach from customer care.I tried to talk to mobikwik customer care executive but after waiting for 40 minutes also no one responded me.

      On 20th jan, while adding amount of rs 1947 to mobikiwik wallet, amount got deducted from my pnb account but was not added in mobikiwik due to which i raised complaint on both parties. After two days, amount got added in my wallet.

      On 5th feb, rs 1594 got deducted from my mobikiwik wallet without my concern.
      On raising complaint to their customer executive, they are repeatedly (Like robots) saying that the charge back request has been raised by my bank team, so amount will get credit in my bank account.
      On contacting bank team, they are saying the request has been rejected by them since the transaction was successful in mobikiwik. So it is mobikiwik responsibility to credit amount back to my wallet.

      I have even shared my bank account statement with mobikiwik team which is clearly stating that no amount has been credited till date in my bank account.
      Also i have shared the bank response with them even then they are not taking action.

      This is mobikiwik's service. The fraud app which believes in looting customers. I have raised so many tickets with them and it's been more then 2 months but no action has been taken till now.

        In Aggregate of Rs. 12000 had neither reached the beneficiary nor credited (or) refunded into my account..

        Its very urgent need to pay my bills, its my salary and i didnt had it for 10 days.. kindly process the above payments..

        There is soo much wait time in resolving an issue.. Wrote a mail 3 times to upi.[protected]@bankofbaroda.com by the time you receive this mail..

        Also raised complaint to Greviance readressal at Online complaint Management System of BOB.

        And mobikwik is also not helping iut ticket raised no. 10817437

        Complaint tranking Numbers given were - 1269816 and 1283896 (Both of them stood unresolved)

        Please sir its my salary money and im really in need of the amount now to pay all my pending bills for the month of march.

        And frequently all my amount all of sudden has been showing that its into lien..
        I dont want to maintain account with BOB anymore. So, Also let me know the process to close the account..

          I tried to book a ticket on a irctc website from chennai to dindigul on 16th april'19. I chose mobikwik wallet as a payment option. Probably due to long time in payment process, the irctc session timed out and the transaction failed. I couldn't book a ticket due to failure in transaction. But the amount of rs 321 has been debited from mobikwik wallet.

          Kindly refund the amount back to wallet as soon as possible!

              As I wanted to recharge my dish TV account through mobikwik, I recharged it for 201..at the beginning it showed some server problem.. So at the end from my account Rs.201 had been deducted 5 times.ie, Rs.804 extra (201 4times extra) I would request for the refund of my amount as soon as possible. As there is no response from the customer care people I'm writing here so that there will be quick response..

                Fraud transaction on 16/4/2019 at 1-50pm from my SBI credit card to MobiKwik of RS.82000/- by two transaction of 41000/- each by a customer care fake official of SBI credit card.
                Please stop the payment and trace the culprit. I have tried to contact customer care service of MobiKwik many time. I did not get help. I have informed SBI credit card services the same.

                  I recharge my videocon d2h of plan rs- 331 .my money is deducted from my account but recharge is not rechared successfully.in this reachage RTN no. IS given by me is wrong by mistake .i contact to the videocon d2h customer care then he say that the no [protected] is not a RTN no. Of any customer id. His no is[protected]...if he is your employee or not or how can I know person is calling was mobikwik executive please search this person he withdraw 19820 from my Paytm now it's your responsibility to search him and charge ipc420 case
                        My Emi date is on 5th April. I had sufficient amount for the Emi. I was waiting since 2 days to deduct the Emi from my bank. And today i was charged with Ecs return charges. Of 413/- kindly look to the matter. It is wrong.

                            Today at approximately 4pm i received a call from mobikwik executive he abuses me and said we will not disabled u account tune jo karna hai karle no from which i received call is [protected]... He absued and no one is helping me he is fraud because first of all he is asking my bank details debit card details and said me to give if i give otp then he easily withdraw money from account.. I m sending mail to finance minster of india and haryana that mobikwik disabled my account without any reason...

                                  I book rail ticket using mobikwik wallet ticket not book due to seat preference and railway refund my money in wallet but they block my walllet
                                  And the at the same time i make a complaint it on her twitter id also, but the see my detail someone calling me and claiming a mobikwik person and add 200 rupee in accont to there account for telling they need detail of your account to refund the money, i make complient of it in mobikwik they the ask me some and send all the detail my and the mobikwik block my accont itll only i send him my scen id card also to email. But they not opening my wallet till,

                                      I have made a transaction with jabong on 21st of march and paid through mobikwik wallet, order id : 110506863272476131803
                                      Where, i have returned one of the product in that order and jabong has sent an email on march 25th, as per return id : [protected] that refund of 765.45 is initiated. But no refund amount is available in mobikwik.
                                      Where i have raised 2 incidents and mobikwik do not provide proper resolution. It's been nearly 20 days and no refund is credit in the wallet. The customer care of mobikwik is quite stupid that they don't even understand and cannot answer anything on call, and always suggests to check the details in the app, which is a nonsense.

                                      I have received many refunds from jabong after it but this amount of 765.45 rupees is missing.

                                        My complaint number # 10817697. This is regarding return of rs 140 which i have lost because i used your andriod app mobikwik.
                                        Your answer of my complaint is
                                        "your telecommunication company has successfully accepted your transaction..." first of all, you have to understand what the client is saying and what his deficiency is.

                                        I used your app to pay for my airtel number validity recharge plan rupee 35. I had an error when using this which is
                                        "something went wrong pls try again" so i tried again three times again and again i was got the same error then i used another one bank app and paid through. I had a bit of time to see that in my mobikwik wallet was decreased rs 140.. For this i told you my complaint, but you gave me an unsolicited answer without honoring it. You replied the same stupid log again and again... Here you must understand the customer first who has complained and what about the truth in the complaint.
                                        I use your app for doing a validity recharge... (It's basic knowledge that it can only be used for a mobile number once in 28 days.) sending a reply without a guilty charge that you have an officer and a worker who can not compare your activity or complain.. If i had made some profit and tried to hide it, or if there was any loss to you, or if any of the losses to airtel, which we had acquired through the two o[censored]s, i would have admitted that you were stupid.

                                        You have not tried to find out who the customer is of his nature. His lack of effort did not try to find out what happened to it... I do not believe any client, even to the extent that you trust a app that you have made. It does not matter whether it is a cheat or not. This is a big crime to say that we can respond to it after 48 hours if i ask your customer service center to contact you to talk to you to explain my state clearly. If you do not give me my rupee 140, it's okay but your artificially intelligent app must to know how to treat customers.. And this is a witness how much worst of your automated customer service and it can be dishonest...

                                        My complaint is entirely your own app performance issue except my error was nothing and i don't want my rs 140 refund but you should accept your app failure and acknowledge your disadvantage of that. I pointed out that you are positive... And take to fix it.. And addition that i'm working as area manager in leading telecom operator and over all my telecom operator customer service experience is about more than the 14-year. If you provide blike this un satisfied resolution to me how the ordinary man thinks and behave your service...
                                        Please hire me to find a permanent solution for this... The loss of this rupee is nothing but for the loss of your trust in you, it is very painful to wait for your response
