I have transferred funds for my telephone bill of feb'19 - telephone no.28332107 & 28331039, got debited in my sb account but not credited to that telephone accounts. My telephone bill status is still pending. No refunds are done. Details are as follows :
Tel no :[protected]st transfer rs.944/-on 09.03.19 at 7.30 pm & 2nd transfer - rs.896.80 on 15.03.19 at 11.44 pm
Tel no :[protected] transfer of rs.274/- on 09.03.19 at 7.37 pm.
Please check & refund my funds as i have physically made the payments to mtnl for both the cases.

      Wallet amount debited but not transferred to hdfc bank account. Please help me and resolve this issue. They done this two time first time it resolved but then again during transfer it did not show invoice on app also. I fed up from there service they do every time some new problem.         I have recharged my mobile number [protected] - Vodafone, but wrongly selected the network airtel instead of vodafone while recharged on 14.03.19 - 12.33am and updated also against the order ID - MK[protected].

        But yet not updated in vodafone network for payment, because of wrongly selected the network.

        Kindly reverse the amount me or please update the amount to the vodafone network

          My friend had done a transaction of electricity bill the amount has been debited but the transaction failed but then I got the mail from electricity company that the transaction failed and amount refunded to bank but it is not refunded to my bank yet...
          I had send help in the app and had generate the ticket#10661832
          I want to know that within how much time I will get my money back..n u will solve this issue...

            Hi,

            I have done multiple transactions from mobikwik from past 2-3 months. Now on 14th mar'19, i have transfer ₹3200/- to my mobikwik wallet for transferring to my bank account. When i'm trying to transfer money from "wallet to bank" have got the error "email id not found in the request". Whenever i'm not changing my email id from mobikwik account, using same mail id, but still got the error.

            Kindly look into this & resolved this on a priority basis.

                  On the above transaction, by mistake i send the money to the account no: [protected] instead of[protected] thru IMPS by RBL Credit card.

                  After i found the mistake i took charge on and visit the nearest Icici bank to rectify the error by initiate STOP PAYMENT SERVICES. As per my request they stop (RBL)Transaction. But my amount had not yet credit to my account.

                  And they proposed me to contact Mobikwik. And they request Mobikwik to send a E-MAIL REGARDING THE TRANSACTION.

                    I was doing a transaction of 1786 to myntra through mobikwik wallet.
                    So I was completing the process of adding money to wallet on myntra transaction portal but they showed that insufficient funds and I found that 'Mobikwik' deducted 1000 from my mobikwik wallet stating " wallet debit against bank transfer recovery " and no data or invoice is available for that transaction and I'm trying my all efforts to contact with their customer support or help team but I'm not getting any response or positive result .
                    Kindly look after this and sort it out asap please . I need my money back.

                      Vinu dhawan from delhi i availed a offer from mobikwik the product name boost credit where mobikwik provide boost loan in wallet basis on cibil score and after receive amount we can transfer in our bank with some charges. I got 55000 amount from mobikwik finance partner dmi finance. I choosed ecs payment mode. Early emi duducted from my account which i given but last month in january 2019 i received message rbi regulatory nach form submit necessary for auto debit emi. I downloaded nach form and submit successfully. My emi due date 5th of every month. My march emi due i maintained my balance to made emi timely but today 14 march till now my emi not deduct from my account sudden today received this message — dear customer, due to recent update from regulator, your enach with dmi has been expired. Pls pay your dmi finance pvt ltd bill # 18633916 of inr 5510.00 online at http://payit.cc/I18633916, ignore if already paid., i surprised to know that i submitted already nach last month how expired if expired why merchant not inform before or on time why after 10 days of due date received this message worst thing is. That i informed to dmi finance customer care they r saying contact mobikwik we are not in this matter and mobikwik who providing services from long time but without any customer care number. Now i m confuse where i need to go please take action. Against mobikwik and mobikwik partner dmi finance this kind of irresponsible job.                             I had also taken loan from mobikwik - part of aditya birla group... My loan ac no is lxw-m[protected] i was paying my all the installment though paytm my self.. One day i receive a call for direct debit service i said ok send your personal.. Person came to my home and collect documents and signature.. He said know no need to paying manually know payment will cut automatically.. But after payment date i paid late fee because.. Some problem from company side they couldn't deduct my payment. For this i pay penalty of 800 along with installment..

                            And know today on 12 march 2019 i again received msg to pay your chaque bouns fee.. And my total outstanding was showing 2684 rs something which again i paid for sake of my cibil.
