Hi,

My transaction number is[protected]cece.
Yesterday i transfer my wallent bal to my bank account and after successful it didnt credited to my bank account. The history also dont have invoice in my mobikwik app.
My wallet amount got deduct but i didnt get the amount to my bank account yet.

Such a poor app and i tried 100 times to contact the customer care but after wait of so long time still their is no one in a call to pickup.

    I hav ebeen using mobikwik since 2 years my account is linked with my adhar card and i frequently use it. Last month i booked some tickets from mobikwik out of which one transaction failed. I complaint it by app by they blocked my account. My email i'd of account is [protected]@gmail.com i have also tried call on their number rbut no response yet. I have also sent mail to my credit card company regarding deduction.
    Mobikwik customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
    Hi ! I transfer money to my mobikwik wallet to my account but money deducted from my wallet and not recieved in bank account. Any confirmation mail not recieved for successfull transation and genrate any invoice amount is 9026 rupee. I call mobikwik cutumer care bot nobody pick the call.please help me. Thank and regards.     On 25th March I was on the way of transferring
    4000 rs from my mobikwik account to another account the amount was debited but not credited to the beneficiary account. I am very tensed pls take action against mobikwik and get back my money plss...

      I got a boost loan from mobikwik and withdraw the amount to mobikwik wallet fr an amount of Rs 18000 and then tried to semd the same amount of money to my bank account but after that it showed that transaction failed but money deducted from mobikwik account. It also shows that the the mobikwik account is debited by Rs 18000 but no amount is credited to my bank account. Please help as it shows that I have to repay that amount in equal EMI's but I havent got that amount so why will I pay. Help please!

      I have ur wallet application past two years.
      I am already updated and I have balance also. What is the problem of my wallet I recharge any mobile phone number but not recharged, some went wrong is showing ur application so pls check my wallet

        I have tried to transfer Rs 12000 to my SBI account ror emergency purpose, OTP received but the page not displaying to enter the password and I tried lot of times. Atlast successful transfer money, but is transferred to Bajaj wallet not my account.
        My problem is that at present my Bajaj wallet is disabled for my account number [protected]. Please solve the issue as soon.

        It's very urgent for me.

            I have loaded 9999Inr into my wallet at the same point of time after loading successfull my wallet got logged out then I tried to re login that shows user desabled then I dialled CUSTOMER CARE after long wait of 45 minutes representative taken my call and asked me to send an email about enabling of wallet on '[protected]@mobikwik.com' which I did then I got a reply after 2 hours they were seeking my documents Inshort they are harassing me to share my documents for which I replied I don't want your ### services I will never use your bloody wallet just refund my money to my card since that email I am waiting for their reply so far 2 days already passed I marked reminder emails but there is no response kindly look into it either enable my wallet or refund my money in my card Ill never share any of my personal documents with anyone

              This is br gskp from karnataka. I cancelled the irctc ticket that i booked on 7th march 2019 which is of 431 rs. I contacted irctc customer care service in which they said it will be refunded within week of transaction. As they said they refunded but i didn't got my money back. I transacted with mobikwik which is such a # they received the amount from irctc but they didn't refunded to my account. This is such a shame for your company for eating people hard earned money. Please refund my money. Here are some messages regarding my query

                  I had already complaint through the app by going in help, no response from past few days.
                  Screenshots sent multiple times, even after sending the complaint it does not show in history.
                  Kindly resolve the issue as soon as possible.
                  The help desk through app is useless.
                  It does not show any kyc centre nearby.
                  And get any other ways to get connected by the customers, as the help desk is not reliable and is always unable to resolve customer issues even after sending screenshots.

                    I am not able to recharge mobile/dth pay any bills, qr codes scan for payment nor able to transfer my wallet balance to my bank account.
                    The wallet is accepting top up of wallet balance but not performing the job, hence my money is stucked inside wallet.
                    Customer care number is not working too and app help desk is useless and not answering anything but blaiming operator network issues.

                            I used mobikwik wallet to use recharge of jio. Mobikwik gave me offer of cash back of rs 300/- on recharge of rs 399/- after that mobikwik gave me back in my mobile wallet but made me fool at a time of kyc update. It was not ready to update my kyc and at last mobikwik taken back my cash back. Thus it made fraud with me. Pls return my money in wallet

After that i had cancel my ticket on indigo on 3rf march 19 and same day they had initiate my refund to mobikwik but mobikwik not refund in my bank account up to today and making fool and giving daily stupid excuses... Just sending same msg contact with bank and when m calling to bank they asking simply urn no.. But mobikwik not giving me urn no. Also...

                                I have recharged my airtel sim no. [protected] with rupees 399 on 17 march 2019. But is is not recharged yet by using this app and my sbi account has been debited by 399 rupees. My transaction has been completed through[protected]zaak epayment services. There is seven days completed and there is no refund of my recharged payment. So plz solve my issue immediately.

                                      On 27.02.2019 an amount of rs 72/ was deducted from my bank account when i tried to recharge through mobikwik. The message came was that there is some disturbance and the money will be paid back. But until now neither recharge has been done in my bsnl number [protected] nor money has been paid back to my bank account.

                                      Hence i request you to look in to this matter that i may continue having transaction and recommend to others.

                                        As due to illegal transaction my mobikwik user account is disabled and my money got stuck in wallet, can you please activate the account or transfer my money to bank.

                                        I have transferred ₹5000 to my bank account from wallet on 05.03.2019. ₹5187.62 was debited including charges whereas my bank was not received the amount.
