Dear Sir,

Please arrange the call on my number as the person who called me from your side, Number [protected], from this number i have received the call, that guy is in very high, am on my way to office and not able to attend the call so i requested him to give me a call back after 15-20 min and he refuses to call, and says file the request again than you will receive the call and now he is not picking the call, i have called on that number more than 10 times and he is not picking the call

    I booked a ticket delhi to gorakhpur for travel date[protected] ticket number 34qphz4x on[protected] but i received message from bus operator that they cancelled the bus on that day so you will get your money back but still i am not received the money nor i get any confirmation from they are rescheduling or not. Please provide me solution for that if i am check on the website there is not mention that your ticket is cancelled.

        I have added 7080/- rs to wallet and with in two days of time the amount of rs.5132- was deducted stating that the transaction was done at more and there was no other details mentioned. The remaining amount of rs.01763/- is still in the wallet itself but when i try to login into my account it says the account is disabled and i cannot login now.

        When i have raised complaints in consumer board someone from support team of mobikwik has answered the queries and they said the issue will be resolved and taken all the related details.
        Instead of doing refund of rs-5132 they deducted rs. 7696/- even more from my savings accounts.

        When i tried to get in touch with them they said i have to maintain 5000 of minimum balance to refund the amount and when i did the same they deducted money from my account.

        I have attached all the the images for reference.

        Please take a necessary action at earliest.

          I added 10k from my cc to the wallet. When i wanted to transfer that 10k for other bank it asked me to complete kyc. When i was trying to complete kyc i am receiving failure message from mobikwik even though authentication is successful. I have also received successful message from uidai about successful authentication and even virtual id has been created and i have received an email and text message. Mobikwik is cheating their users by doing like this. I was going through this app to somehow get back my 10k and i purchased gold through this app and when i wanted to sell it, i got a pop-up that i can sell after 24 hours of purchase and when i tried after 24 hours it is showing that service unavailable and when i tried again it is showing that i want to update kyc to upgrade my account limit but it's again it s chain that i am receiving failure message when tried lot many times to update. I purchased gold for 10k and when i wanted to sell it is showing as rs. 9200 that i m gonna get. Cheating there also by telling that gst will be added while purchasing. Even when i tried transfering money it is like rs. 300 will be deducted as a service charges.
          Mobikwik app is looting users hard earned money in this way. Not able to get in touch with customer care. Not able to raise more than one ticket within 24 hours. Not getting proper response from customer service via help tab through replies. Now i m wondering what to do and how to get back my money.

            Firrst experience o ln mobikwik was scary and pathetic. I have made payment of rs.10000 to pay credit card bill but payment was failed. Amount debited from my account and app shows amount credited back to bank account however i did not receive any amount. I will be charged late payment charges from bank as due date is of tomorrow please resolve this issue at the earliest.

              I have done 2 transactions each 1000/- on 5.2.19 for my id srinivasulu. [protected]@gmail.com. Both are failed but only one 1000/- refunded to my account. Till date other 1000/- is not credited in my account. Worst service from mobikwik. Bad application. I don't want to use further. Please arrange my 1000 to be credited to my account. There is no contact also for mobikwik.

                I booked my train ticket on irctc app of ashram express (12916) dated 9/3/19 from delhi to ahmedabad and made payment using mobikwik interface. Later, i cancelled my train ticket but refund has been made to mobikwik platform-zaakpay pg with refund id-[protected], amount of rs.355. Please transfer this amount from mobikwik to my bank account as soon as possible.

                  I have made a hdfc credit card payment on 11th nov 2018, but it was a wrong transaction for hdfc bank dated 11th nov 2018 amount of rs. 11, 986/-. Later on, as per given details, hdfc bank has successfully transferred amount of rs.11986 to the source account with the reference number vmtcb02684 and arn # 74552428010000086871470 on november 26, 2018. Also, the amount of rs.1334 has been transferred to the source account with the reference number vmtcb02685 and arn # 74552428012000125069936 on november 28, 2018.
                  Mobikwik also confirmed these transections - operator id 000109, but these entries are missing in my history. Attaching proof that there is no transaction as per given date or month. Also, i need to know if the transaction happened then, where is my money gone? Its a really been long and i don't want to lose my hard earned money. Please help.

                    During my kyc verification procedure in mobikwik app rs 10000 was transferred to merchant wallet without my knowledge. When i contacted him, he is not answering properly and using abusive words. I went directly to the office but i couldn't find the office in the given location details. Think he is fraud. If he is fraud how can mobikwik company can have insecure transaction and fradulent activities in there app. So kindly take responsibility and resolve the issues within days.

                      I am mobikwik wallet user, on 27.02.2019 i had made an transaction of ₹2000.00 from my debit card to add the wallet balance. My account was debited by ₹ 2000.00 but wallet balance is not credited. I had lodged the claim with mobikwik customer care by raising the ticket & mail however there is no response from mobikwik. Mean the time my wallet account has also been disabled and existing account balance of ₹404.75 has also been made nil.

                          On 1st march, i transferred ₹4820 from my mibikwik wallet to my bank account but it was not credited in my acvount but still debited from my wallet. I have raised a support ticket and got a message that day that it will be solved within 48hours. But till now, i habent heard from minikwik and also money is neither credited in my wallet nor my bank account. It is very urgent.

                                My mobikwik account has been disabled by your side. Reasons of disabled not intemated till date.
                                My mobikwik account is not in activate status even after number of complaints.

                                In view of the above it is requested to investigate the matter and activate my mobikwik account. Intemate me regarding action taken at the earliest please.

                                  In this morning, i have transacted money from my account for buying clothes at mytra but transaction fail and money had been deducted from my account rs 2239.07 when i checked my account it also deducted the money giving statement like "zaakepaymentserices".in the statement written in the mobikwik also, the money had been deducted giving order id : 582e4e24fc962. Where this money had been to gone. Have already complaint to mobikwik apps also, generated a ticket #10547361. Please help me on this case to refund my money on my mobikwik apps.

                                    I have paid cescom bill in mobikwik wallet inr 2005 on 3rd feb 2019, at the biller end the transaction was failed but till now i dint get the refund. I gave multiple complaints in mobikwik but still they are telling that the transaction is successful. These are below reference id's.
                                    Mobikwik txn ref id mk[protected] paid for the customer id c[protected] and the bbps id is mk01007n6a22. Bbps complaint id ap[protected]. Kindly check this and get me the refund and do the needful.

                                      My name is nishant uchil and i am a new user of mobiwkik. I installed ur app in my phone and tried to make en electricity bill payment today for the amount of inr 2770 through my dbs bank upi (Nishant. [protected]@dbs) on february 22, 2019 at around 8:30 pm. While proceeding the app got stuck and later i got a message saying there is some problem in my bank website hence unable to proceed with the transaction. However the amount is debited from my bank account and it shows the payment is made to [protected]@hfdcbank.

                                      My bank (Dbs) has confirmed the receipt of payment from the merchant which is mobikwik.

                                      Kindly have a look into the same on priority and urgency basis and revert the money back to my account at the earliest or else i may have to file a case of fraud in the consumer forum and other respective agencies.

                                      I hope to receive a positive response at the earliest or else i will have to put the message across social media that mobikwik is cheating its customers.

                                        I had paid my electricity bill on feb 12 at 11.02 pm. The transaction was unsuccessful. An amount of rs. 4750/- has been debited from account and has not been refunded to mobikwik wallet or to bank. On checking with my bank operator. The amount has been debited in the name of mobikwik. Please do the needful to refund the money back asap as my electricity bill has crossed due date.
