I was online payment through mobikwik, dt.26.02.2019.
But till date not credited bsnl outstading nor refund.

Further, i have already rs.50 penalty charge paid by bsnl.
Mobikwik customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
Recharge missing amount refund please
My Mobikwik wallet was debited with Rs 1492.88 for no reason. And immediately my account was disabled. I tried contacting their helpline, but no use. No response from them. Please help.

    My mobikwik account has been disabled by your side. Reasons of disabled not intemated till date.
    My mobikwik account is not in activate status even after number of complaints.

    In view of the above it is requested to investigate the matter and activate my mobikwik account. Intemate me regarding action taken at the earliest please.

      In this morning, i have transacted money from my account for buying clothes at mytra but transaction fail and money had been deducted from my account rs 2239.07 when i checked my account it also deducted the money giving statement like "zaakepaymentserices".in the statement written in the mobikwik also, the money had been deducted giving order id : 582e4e24fc962. Where this money had been to gone. Have already complaint to mobikwik apps also, generated a ticket #10547361. Please help me on this case to refund my money on my mobikwik apps.

        I have paid cescom bill in mobikwik wallet inr 2005 on 3rd feb 2019, at the biller end the transaction was failed but till now i dint get the refund. I gave multiple complaints in mobikwik but still they are telling that the transaction is successful. These are below reference id's.
        Mobikwik txn ref id mk[protected] paid for the customer id c[protected] and the bbps id is mk01007n6a22. Bbps complaint id ap[protected]. Kindly check this and get me the refund and do the needful.

          Hello,

          My name is nishant uchil and i am a new user of mobiwkik. I installed ur app in my phone and tried to make en electricity bill payment today for the amount of inr 2770 through my dbs bank upi (Nishant. [protected]@dbs) on february 22, 2019 at around 8:30 pm. While proceeding the app got stuck and later i got a message saying there is some problem in my bank website hence unable to proceed with the transaction. However the amount is debited from my bank account and it shows the payment is made to [protected]@hfdcbank.

          My bank (Dbs) has confirmed the receipt of payment from the merchant which is mobikwik.

          Kindly have a look into the same on priority and urgency basis and revert the money back to my account at the earliest or else i may have to file a case of fraud in the consumer forum and other respective agencies.

          I hope to receive a positive response at the earliest or else i will have to put the message across social media that mobikwik is cheating its customers.

          1 feb 2019 I have added money twice in MobiKwik wallet but both time are not added in MobiKwik wallet and in my bank account is deducted 2000 rupees but added only 1000 rupees but sitll 1000 rupees is not added, transaction id is[protected] and I have to send a PDF on my bank account, I request you to solve my problem as soon as.

            I had paid my electricity bill on feb 12 at 11.02 pm. The transaction was unsuccessful. An amount of rs. 4750/- has been debited from account and has not been refunded to mobikwik wallet or to bank. On checking with my bank operator. The amount has been debited in the name of mobikwik. Please do the needful to refund the money back asap as my electricity bill has crossed due date.

              Sir... The date 28/12/2018... I was transfer a money from my bank account bank of baroda.. The transaction money is 49000.. I was transferred money...9000 for 5 times 3900 one time... Nd 100 rupees one time... Sir...40, 000 was transferred in another account.. Bt in my bank the debit amount is 49000, so sir bt 9000 was not transferred... So sir plz do work hard for this...

              My mobikwik number is [protected] and today they have deducted Rs. 5591 from my wallet and no invoice is also availbale. I strongly condemn this as I dont know why they deducted money like this. This is my hard earned money and I want my money back. And more over i have not used this for more than 1 and half years

                Hello team,

                I hope you will take necessary action against mobikwik mobile app team.
                There was fraudulent and unauthorized transaction of rs 6400 happened from my wallet without my knowledge. I kept that amount to pay for credit card bill however it's been deducted from my wallet.
                When i escalated it mobikwik team they disabled my phone and i'd.
                Please reach out to them and refund my money i really need that money.

                    On 1st of february 2019 i did the credit card bill payment of rs 1000 through mobikwik payment gateway and the transaction was failed due to some issue but the money got deducted from my bank account.                       They have blocked my account by given a reason that i have taken money from another mobikwik wallet, so they need proof or bill for the transaction. I have tried to explain them that its just wallet to wallet transfer, then also they are not listening they are saying catch the third party from whom mr x (Another wallet holder from whom i have taken money as wallet transfer of ₹10000) has added money in his wallet, why would i interfere between others. That is the reason they are not unblocking my account

                        There has been an unauthorized transaction from my account which i immediately reported to mobikwik and i've been continously trying to call them and to get any update from their side but there has been no communication from these guys. Since the complaint, my user has been blocked and i'm no longer to access my account too.
                        The fraud transaction was done without receiving any otp my ticket towards a fraud instamojo account.

                            An unauthorized transaction took place from my mobikwik wallet for 856 on[protected]. Amount got paid to zingoy against transaction no: 5924925. I have not purchased anything from that website. Even after repeated emails to mobikwik from past 15 days, they are not responding. I have submitted all the necessary documents and they disabled my userid showing security reasons. Very poor and pathetic service from mobikwik.

                              For more than a week now i have been trying to get the correct nach update form but to no avail. I have sent umpteen emails & twitter messages to mobikwik till now. But always they have sent me a link with wrong details on the nach update form. My loan principal amount is rs10000 & emi of rs1215 is payable on 5th of every month till 5th august, 2019. Earlier 3 emis starting from 5th december, 2018 till 5th february, 2019 have been paid on time. But for the next emi onwards they have sent me nach update form mentioning wrong emi amount & end date as 31st december, 2099. Plz help.

                                I will recharge bsnl prepaid in mobikwik wallet on 17 feb 2019 morning the amount is debited in my account but the transaction is failure the amount in total wallet is 0 i will complaint in the mobikwik need complaint status the to be so we want to credit the amount in the wallet we transaction twice in the wallet when we can the amount will be added

                                  Amount 1000 got debited from mobikwik wallet with remarks of bookmyshow. When checked with bookmy show.. They said some one has bought gift voucher using my wallet. I have complaint with mobikwik from 8th feb but no results and no update.
                                  They said fraud alerts is inveatigating and wallet is disabled for security purpose.
                                  From last 8 days no response from mobikwik team.

                                        I never registered on your portal. So why i am receiving this kind of message. I suspect a fraud in this. So this is a humble request that kindly block above mobile no and mail id from now onward. So that on above contact no otp will be sent.

                                        I tried your customer care no but could not connect.
                                        Please treat it as urgent.
