On date 26-may-19 in between 7:00 pm to 11:00 am fraud transaction of my sbi card. Card number :- [protected] of amount 111000/- on mobikwik so, i request to you please stop this tranaction and send revised amount in my creditcard.

I have already complaint in [protected]@mobikwik.com before 3 days. But no any reply from your side.

Please my money is reversed
Dear team, a fraudulent transaction of Rs. 75380 has been done to Mobikwik from my sbi credit card on 7th October, 2021 between 5:43pm to 5:58pm. I have complaint about the incidence the same day to SBI dispute resolution team and the Mobikwik fraudulent transaction team. Please stop this transaction immediately and send my amount back to the credit card. The Mobikwik ticket id is 21243649.

    I was trying to pay electricity bills for different meters. One transaction was successful but in other three transactions were failed and money was deducted from my bank account. Now there is no option for help in app as complaint can be registered on for transactions showing in history but those transaction are not showing for submission of complaint
    Mobikwik customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
    They are so poor in customer handling that they replied after 6 hrs and after that they didnt reply for 12 hrs till now.

      Dear sir/madam i am a victim of online fraud which has been done on (21/05/2015). Based on the initial investigations done so far, it has been found that there has been an online transaction done through my debit card at your website. The summary of transaction done at your website is available in my bank statement. This incident involves transaction on the following websites at the same time which are being intimated in this email namely mobikwik, gogetfunding. Further, this incident has been brought to the notice of local police station. Incident has been reported to cyber crime cell - pune. It is therefore requested to kindly help in sorting out this issue via immediate blocking of the transaction/ dispatch of the goods purchased. Probably, the cyber crime cell and local police would get in touch with your office separately for resolving this case.         I recharged my airtel no[protected] on 28th may 2019 with rs 49 in the mobikwik but recharge failed and money deducted from my bank account. And till now i have not get back my refund in my bank account. And as written on the help centre on mobikwik app i have contact to operator and bank costomer care they told that not any requests of recharge come to them. So kindly please check and refund my deducted money.

          I have taken a loan of rs.25, 000 for my child admission from mobikwik wallet as they have not transfering funds to my bank account due to security reason (As they mentioned) on 27th may 2019 i have called to mobikwik customer care they told me that they need more 24 hours, after disconecting the call i have received call after 10min 3.33 pm they told me that they are from mobikwik and asked me to share otp regarding the security pin.
          I have received mail that my mobile number has been changed to mobile no. [protected]. And after few minutes i have received 1st mail that purchase of rs. 20, 999 have been made and 2nd mail of purchase of rs.2, 999 from hp shopping. After receiving mail i have told to sakinaka police station and i have tried to mobikwik customer care but they have not received call.

            I. Challapalli Srinivasa Sastry, paid HDFC regalia Credit Card Bill( partial payment) of ( Rs. 50, 000/-) through Mobikwik Mobile-Wallet and amount was deducted ( Rs. 25, 000/-+ Rs.25, 000/-) in two transactions done by me.
            The amount was deducted from my account and transferred to Mobikwik wallet with a comment “Transaction Failed” on 07-05.19 at 11 AM
            II. Ref - RRN nos :a[protected] Rs. 25, 0000)

            Total 50, 000/- deducted from my HDFC bank account registered with mobile wallet (Mobikwik).
            III. After Complaining so many times to Mobikwik they said- Reversal of money will be done by HDFC bank only, as amount was already reversed to bank. HDFC bank is telling the above 2 transactions were successful and the amount not reversed by Mobikwik. HDFC is asking their reversal references- with bank statement with ISFC code. Kindly see that this money is to be paid to my HDFC credit card as already 20 days are over. Other UPI payments Like Paytm or any are reversing with in 24 hours.

              I did transaction on mi india we site, purchased mobile worth 14000 but on payment page of mobikwik it failed and amount deducted from my card but still there is no refund waiting from last 18 days, even there is no customer care number, very bad service very weak company and application buggy
              I did transaction on 8th may from my mobikwik account - [protected] on mi.com worth rs - 13248.50, please help me to get refund as soon as possible

                The app took my money but till now not get recharge or cash back even i complained repeatedly.

                    Recharge order id:MBK[protected] for Rs 186 on 19/5/2019 at 3:44 pm ws not successful and money was debited from my my federal bank account.On conformation from bsnl customer care by again recharged through bsnl portal. Hence you are requested to refund the failed recharge amount Rs 186 to my federal bank account immediately.

                      I had login in the google browser for wallet checkup.so after I tried for login in the mobikwik account but it is saying "user disable".so please unblock my mobikwik wallet. thank you .i will be waiting for your response.

                              I have found multiple suspicious transaction amount added in my mobikwik wallet without information. I did not receive any otp for that transaction, it my be cheated by mobikwik team. Even i requested to reverse that amount to reference bank but they are not take the seriously still not refunded to bank. No only my single card this thign happen, its happend on all save card in mobikwik wallet. I request to every one do not save your card in mobikwik wallet.

                                      I had taken a loan from MobiKwik
                                      .due to system error my ECS was not active after that I got a call from his employees mr Abhishek he ask for cash &I given same but still 3 month his employees take it in his pocket I call several time but no one responded us after that I got a call from his recovery department she has use abused language from land line treat like a janbar

                                      If MobiKwik is a brand then company should have educated person not like janbar

                                      So kindly take action against on him

                                        I initiated payment of electricity bill to South Bihar power development corporation. ID[protected] for 4044 but the faulty payment under the same ID for 3600 made to BSEB Yamuna. Please get the money back to enable me to .pay right amount to right merchant.
