I have transfer an amount of Rs 1833 on 6.5.19 at evening by using my standard chartered bank credit card.. my mob number is [protected] in which my mobikwik account is activated and I have transfer the amount to do purchase at grofers.. the transaction is being declined by mobikwik payment portal at that time but that said amount was deducted from my credit card account. I thought that the amount must be credited to my card account within 2 or 3 days as normal course of refund can take place for mis transactions. But very surprisingly I found that amount of Rs 1833 neither get refunded nor my mobikwik wallet shows any credit of that same amount.. I have send mail to the bank from which I get a reply that Marchant ( ie mobikwik ) is charged that same amount from the bank and for bank, it is a valid transfer of money to mobikwik.. now I want to know that where is my money and why mobikwik has stolen my money by doing this kind of fraudulent business???

    I have done recharge of Rs 100.00 twice but the recharge has not successful. But Rs.100.00 (Transaction ID - PG/ZP8ddfe4953eea/ZAAKPAY/DC-0475/) and Rs 100.00 (transaction id - PG/ZP58abef98eef81/ZAAKPAY/DC-0475/) has been deducted from my indus ind bank account.

    Please take necessary action for return to my account.

      Hi,

      I have done multiple transactions from mobikwik from past few months. Now on 6th june'19, i have transfered ₹10000/- to my mobikwik wallet for transferring to my bank account. When i'm trying to transfer money from "wallet to bank" i got the error "email id not found in the request". even i'm not changing my email id from mobikwik account, using same mail id, but still facing the error while transfer to bank.

      I have already informed same think in the HELP option i don't know when there are going to resolve, previously it was direct online chat help desk was there presently i can see only the offline support which is very worst.

      Kindly look into this & resolved this on a priority basis.

      Please help me still am facing the same issue please resolve it as soon as possible its emergency to transfer the amount to my Bank pleaseseeeeeeee.

      I[censored] are getting an error "email id not found".Go to installed apps on ur phone, select mobikwik, clear all data, open the app, login again with ur phn number/email address.. now try transferring, You'll be good to go!! Cheers

          Sir, I have done 1300/- rs transaction on 23 May 19 to transfer money to phonepe wallet using visa exclusive card provided by mobikwik wallet but transaction at phonepe end decline due to technical error. After that I many times try to reach customer care they suggest me to wait we will back to you within 12 days but till date my issue is not resolve and they never call me back.
          Kindly intervene in my issue to reconcile as soon as possible.

            Please help to resolve the issue, m mobikwik ragular customer, Last 2 days ago I had a transaction which was to be done at the number of Idea set by mistake in Airtel, also same number working in idea oprater not airtel so why transaction successfully, same number not working in airtel, and also idea's number not done and atleast m again doing same payment, pleade help to refund my payment in my wallet

              Please get my points back! This is fraud! I would have used the points somewhere while shopping..mobikwik did not add my max get more points to my account..I even got messages that the points are deducted..this is complete fraud coz I hav lost almost 250 rupees ..please refund or credit it in my account as soon as possible..cannot afford to waste my hard earned money

                On 11nov 2018, mobikiwik has deducted 6000rs and when I asked about it to company, they disabled my account without my permission and refused to give back my money, many a time when I contacted through emails they are not replying. They are volieting the customer service Rule strictly made by the government so ! I am looking forward to take severe against this company, by the government to this fraud company.

                  Dated 13-may -2019 two payment 1152 and 916 rs debit from bank account for add in wallet for paid two connect broadband bill payments by mobiwik wallet . but trajection failed amount debit from bank account. so many complaints login in mobiwik wallet but always shows only ticket id & but no solution still provide by wallet . so plz arrange to refund in bank account or add in wallet for bill paid. i have also confirm from bank for refund but they replied that in that no fault of bank server & fully responsible mobiwik wallet . so pls do the needful action to refund debited amount for company good will for present & future.

                    I have done recharge of 499 to my docomo mobile number instead of my Airtel number mistaken.
                    I have completed this recharge through mobikwik today in the morning please help me to get solution of it. As this is very big amount of recharge need to recharge urgently my Airtel number.

                      I complaint to the mobikwik customer care but taking long time for resolve the issue. Nobody is giving satisfactory response and asking for wait. But how much not clear..

                              Dear team, a fraudulent transaction of Rs. 75380 has been done to Mobikwik from my sbi credit card on 7th October, 2021 between 5:43pm to 5:58pm. I have complaint about the incidence the same day to SBI dispute resolution team and the Mobikwik fraudulent transaction team. Please stop this transaction immediately and send my amount back to the credit card. The Mobikwik ticket id is 21243649.

                                I was trying to pay electricity bills for different meters. One transaction was successful but in other three transactions were failed and money was deducted from my bank account. Now there is no option for help in app as complaint can be registered on for transactions showing in history but those transaction are not showing for submission of complaint

Based on the initial investigations done so far, it has been found that there has been an online transaction done through my debit card at your website. The summary of transaction done at your website is available in my bank statement. This incident involves transaction on the following websites at the same time which are being intimated in this email namely mobikwik, gogetfunding. Further, this incident has been brought to the notice of local police station. Incident has been reported to cyber crime cell - pune. It is therefore requested to kindly help in sorting out this issue via immediate blocking of the transaction/ dispatch of the goods purchased. Probably, the cyber crime cell and local police would get in touch with your office separately for resolving this case.                                       I have taken a loan of rs.25, 000 for my child admission from mobikwik wallet as they have not transfering funds to my bank account due to security reason (As they mentioned) on 27th may 2019 i have called to mobikwik customer care they told me that they need more 24 hours, after disconecting the call i have received call after 10min 3.33 pm they told me that they are from mobikwik and asked me to share otp regarding the security pin.
                                      I have received mail that my mobile number has been changed to mobile no. [protected]. And after few minutes i have received 1st mail that purchase of rs. 20, 999 have been made and 2nd mail of purchase of rs.2, 999 from hp shopping. After receiving mail i have told to sakinaka police station and i have tried to mobikwik customer care but they have not received call.
                                      Mobikwik customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
