I. Challapalli Srinivasa Sastry, paid HDFC regalia Credit Card Bill( partial payment) of ( Rs. 50, 000/-) through Mobikwik Mobile-Wallet and amount was deducted ( Rs. 25, 000/-+ Rs.25, 000/-) in two transactions done by me.
The amount was deducted from my account and transferred to Mobikwik wallet with a comment “Transaction Failed” on 07-05.19 at 11 AM

Total 50, 000/- deducted from my HDFC bank account registered with mobile wallet (Mobikwik).
III. After Complaining so many times to Mobikwik they said- Reversal of money will be done by HDFC bank only, as amount was already reversed to bank. HDFC bank is telling the above 2 transactions were successful and the amount not reversed by Mobikwik. HDFC is asking their reversal references- with bank statement with ISFC code. Kindly see that this money is to be paid to my HDFC credit card as already 20 days are over. Other UPI payments Like Paytm or any are reversing with in 24 hours.
Mobikwik customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
