fraud deduction of amount from mobikwik wallet

On 20th jan, while adding amount of rs 1947 to mobikiwik wallet, amount got deducted from my pnb account but was not added in mobikiwik due to which i raised complaint on both parties. After two days, amount got added in my wallet.

On 5th feb, rs 1594 got deducted from my mobikiwik wallet without my concern.
On raising complaint to their customer executive, they are repeatedly (Like robots) saying that the charge back...

money not refunded for failed transaction on train ticket booking.

I tried to book a ticket on a irctc website from chennai to dindigul on 16th april'19. I chose mobikwik wallet as a payment option. Probably due to long time in payment process, the irctc session timed out and the transaction failed. I couldn't book a ticket due to failure in transaction. But the amount of rs 321 has been debited from mobikwik wallet.

Kindly refund the amount back to wallet as soon as possible!...

Please find the attached recharge full details to number [protected], the recharge is not done even today i have contacted airtel customer care they told recharge is not done. I am wondering why your making fool like telling false details recharge is done. Attached details for your reference.

wrong deduction of amount in mobikwik

As I wanted to recharge my dish TV account through mobikwik, I recharged it for 201..at the beginning it showed some server problem.. So at the end from my account Rs.201 had been deducted 5 times.ie, Rs.804 extra (201 4times extra) I would request for the refund of my amount as soon as possible. As there is no response from the customer care people I'm writing here so that there will be quick response.....

fraud transaction from my sbi credit card to mobikwik

Fraud transaction on 16/4/2019 at 1-50pm from my SBI credit card to MobiKwik of RS.82000/- by two transaction of 41000/- each by a customer care fake official of SBI credit card.
Please stop the payment and trace the culprit. I have tried to contact customer care service of MobiKwik many time. I did not get help. I have informed SBI credit card services the same.

incomplete d2h recharge

I recharge my videocon d2h of plan rs- 331 .my money is deducted from my account but recharge is not rechared successfully.in this reachage RTN no. IS given by me is wrong by mistake .i contact to the videocon d2h customer care then he say that the no [protected] is not a RTN no. Of any customer id. My money is deducted from my paytm payments bank. So how i get refund my money. Please help me sr. The money is deducted to the name ZAAK EPAYMENT...

Even after paying EMI & sending screenshot multiple time, ur executive calling me and said that she will torcher me. Also she spoke in very rude manner.. She is threatening me to core now and she also mentioned that i begged with u guys.. Could you pls stop this nonsese.? Else i am gonna put a case on ur company in consumer court.. I unable to login mobikwik I complaint yesterday about this today call from two person one is abused me [protected]..and from another no he asked my Paytm no I gave him with my Paytm account PNB bank attached ur executive two time withdraw 9910 rs from my Paytm he hacked my Paytm and withdraw money 19820 from my Paytm.. At 6.14pm I again received a call from that no who abuse me now another person call me without givinge solution he said me wherever u want to complaint u can complaint which type of executive u higher... If I call to Paytm they solve my problem and speak in a decent language but I m sorry to say ur executive are very bad they don't know how to speak and no one is helping me to unlock my account very harassed by mobikwik......

abuse language and no solution

Today at approximately 4pm i received a call from mobikwik executive he abuses me and said we will not disabled u account tune jo karna hai karle no from which i received call is [protected]... He absued and no one is helping me he is fraud because first of all he is asking my bank details debit card details and said me to give if i give otp then he easily withdraw money from account.. I m sending mail to finance minster of india and haryana...

stuck the money in mobikwik wallet

ser is disabled showing and opening my wallet I have money on it

I on 10 april took 10000loan from my mother bajaj Emi card with her permission but u disabled my account and Bajaj approved loan and start Emi from 2 may 2019 my registerd no in bajaj finserv and in mobikwik Is same [protected]..plz unblock my account for which or whatever documents u my mother is card holder we provide u...i have written lots of mail to Bajaj finserv and no solution is coming otherwise if we unable to login account then why...

I have made a transaction with jabong on 21st of march and paid through mobikwik wallet, order id : 110506863272476131803
Where, i have returned one of the product in that order and jabong has sent an email on march 25th, as per return id : [protected] that refund of 765.45 is initiated. But no refund amount is available in mobikwik.
Where i have raised 2 incidents and mobikwik do not provide proper resolution. It's been nearly...

fraud call,and transaction on my credit card

I received a call from, the following number [protected] saying that he was an SBI card person. Since I had received, calls from, SBI before regarding my credit card I assumed, that it was from them he asked me, my card number and CVV.
And, the very next moment I received an, sms and call from the original bank officials that my card had two transaction made of, ₹60, 907 and, ₹37, 907, finishing my credit limit. The transaction...

money deducted from back but never got recharge

Worst app ever. Had recharged my phone through this app for the first time they deduct your money instantly but they never recharge your phone even after 2days of waiting. Doesn’t reply to their customer.
Totally disgusted so had to finally recharge with other app.

And when i msg them to refund me back my money. They lie by saying recharge was successful and i should contact the operator and they give me a 9 digit...
