I took loan from MobiKwik around 8 months ago and pay all the emi on time. I paid my last emi on 5th March 2019. It's more than 1 months my boost loan account not closed. Every time I contact their customer care they told me to contact the dmi finance and when I contact dmi finance they told that loan is already closed from there end and they can only send NOC and I have to contact MobiKwik regarding that. For last 4 days i am not able to log into my account. When i try logging using my mobile number [protected], i am not receiving otp. When i try to log in using email id, it shows invalid user id/ password.!
I tried to check their help mode, but that is useless. It does not cover majority of the problems. Hence pl. Suggest a solution as how to log in or why i am not receiving otp?...

My due date of my electricity bill was 23 rd march i have paid my bill on mobiwik on 18 march only still in the electricity it is showing the bill it is not paid.in history payment if i check i can see the amount is deducted of the following payment of electricity.

On 31st March I have made payment to Grofers online grocery store of Rs. 514 through SBI net banking. My amount of Rs. got deducted from my bank account but the payment was not done to Grofers.

Yesterday i transfer my wallent bal to my bank account and after successful it didnt credited to my bank account. The history also dont have invoice in my mobikwik app.
My wallet amount got deduct but i didnt get the amount to my bank account yet.

I hav ebeen using mobikwik since 2 years my account is linked with my adhar card and i frequently use it. Last month i booked some tickets from mobikwik out of which one transaction failed. I complaint it by app by they blocked my account. My email i'd of account is [protected]@gmail.com i have also tried call on their number rbut no response yet. I have also sent mail to my credit card company regarding deduction....

I got a boost loan from mobikwik and withdraw the amount to mobikwik wallet fr an amount of Rs 18000 and then tried to semd the same amount of money to my bank account but after that it showed that transaction failed but money deducted from mobikwik account. It also shows that the the mobikwik account is debited by Rs 18000 but no amount is credited to my bank account. Please help as it shows that I have to repay that amount in equal EMI's...

I have tried to transfer Rs 12000 to my SBI account ror emergency purpose, OTP received but the page not displaying to enter the password and I tried lot of times. Atlast successful transfer money, but is transferred to Bajaj wallet not my account.
My problem is that at present my Bajaj wallet is disabled for my account number [protected]. Please solve the issue as soon.

I have loaded 9999Inr into my wallet at the same point of time after loading successfull my wallet got logged out then I tried to re login that shows user desabled then I dialled CUSTOMER CARE after long wait of 45 minutes representative taken my call and asked me to send an email about enabling of wallet on '[protected]@mobikwik.com' which I did then I got a reply after 2 hours they were seeking my documents Inshort they are harassing...

I had already complaint through the app by going in help, no response from past few days.
Screenshots sent multiple times, even after sending the complaint it does not show in history.
Kindly resolve the issue as soon as possible.
The help desk through app is useless.
It does not show any kyc centre nearby.
