Went to recharge my bsnl account for my mobile.
Was directed to enter the details
Selected the amount & pressed the recharge button
Sent to this company, they wanted me to create wallet.
I have created wallet & deposited rs. 209,
Money was deducted but recharge was for about rs.35!!!
Thought that something wrong
But received a message that don't worry money is safe
But recharge failed
Asked me to try again & need not pay again, but to repeat the procedure.
I did, again another rs.209 deducted & another recharge for about rs.35. Every time recharge is done only for a meager amount & most of the amount is held by the company.
Now when i enter the wallet it shows it as empty!!!

Mobikwik customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
