Hi,
This is regards to a complain on harassing customer. I have raised my complain to mobikwik on 20 jul, 20179:57pm, as i was unable to do recharge on my number however instead of solving my query they keep on closing my concern without giving me a resolution.
I have recharge more than 1000 times using mobikwik on [protected] (Airtel-mumbai) and now from last few days i was unable to recharge again. When i raised this to them, they reverted back by stating its
Due to a system up-gradation and will get fixed soon and later on second day they reverted me back saying the issue and error is from operators end not from mobikwik.
1st false commitment - about system up-gradation
2ns false statement - error is from operators end not from mobikwik
If the error is from operator end, my recharge would have unsuccessful even from a normal distributors who recharge using their phone which they use for a recharge.
If recharge can be done by them how it can be an operators issue.
Would request you to please look into this as i feel they are blindly replying without proper investigation and harassing to their customer's. If you check twitter or any social website there are 100's of complain ob customer's which is still unresolved.
I would request you to please take strict action and fine them for harassing and also compensate to all customer's on this.
