I am done movie tickets on 23july from mobile number [protected] and i use promocode bms100 but i didn't get cash back. Today is 10th day from the i am book the movie ticket than why didn't get cashback??? I[censored] don't take any step than i will take step against you because i have a screenshot of the terms&condition of the offer. So take the step early else take the step against you

      I have booked my tickets for jab harry met sejal using mobikwik account : [protected], under promocode "movies" on 30 th july, 2017.. As per promocode i should be getting 100 rs cashback in 24 h... Its beeen 72 hrs and i did nt get anything from them...
      This should nt be happening... They cant cheat us like this.. I have tweeted them on their offcial portal but they did not care to respond it... I want my money asap...

        सर मैने दिनाक 01/08/2017 को Mobikwik एप से छत्तीसगढ़ बिजली बोर्ड के भेजेगये मेरे घर का बिजली बिल 2603 ₹ को Mobikwik se पे किया और मेरे state bank India ke A/C से bhi 2603 ₹ balance कट गया और इसका कोई reccipt भी नही दिखी और ना ही Mobikwik ke हिस्टरी me भी नही दिख रही है our ना ही cash back के offer BILLDAY 20% का cash back भी नही मिला तो मेरा रुपये 2603 ₹ क्यो काटे और तो मेने Mobikwik ke customer care no. भी contact kerne की कोस्सी की पर contact नही हो रहा कृपया आप mere problem को जल्दी se जल्दी solve करे

          With the reference to the above mentioned complaint i have transferred to my mobikwik wallet of rs. 2288.00 as on 01/08/2017 but my balance is not reflected in my wallet with my mobile number [protected] as i was supposed to make a transaction to grocery but my amount mentioned is reflected in my wallet so revert back and reverse my amount which was actually transferred to my mobikwik wallet and do the needful it's almost 10 hours' no information or mail is responded do the needful expecting a favorable reply from your company but they say the above ticket no complaint is resolved so i have logded an other complaint today

            Having the current wallet balance of 507 rs and want to utilize 501 rs from my main balance to book my ticket but its showing an error stating "transaction declined. Please add rs.-6 to your wallet."

            Herein, below is the description of the transaction i want to process :

            Supercash : 9.62
            Total amount : 510.62 rs

            And also tried contacting mobikwik at their customer care nos but all the nos are unavailable

              Sir, my account has been blocked on 21.07.17 (10 days ago). As per mobikwik it was blocked for security reasons and asked me to sent self attested copy of id proof and latest bank statement. I had sent self attested copies of adhar card, pan card & latest copy of cradit card statement on 22.07.17. But still my account is not made operative. And no any notification received in this regard. I have about rs 6000/- in my account and supercash has a time limt and will exipre. Please help (Mobile number [protected])

                Hi i have made 2 transaction in last few days for bsnl operator. The amount was 80 and 101.. Both have been deducted from my bank account but recharge was not made.. While checking with operator they said we have not received the confirmation on it.. Mobikwik has not refund the money.. The strange part i cant complaint from help option as it always says invalid log in??? Man if its invalid log in why the hell you took money from bank account.. Pls revert my money.. I always prefer to go for indian company but they do sucks.

                  I made a payment to dominos for rs. 470 on 30/07/2017 (Screenshot attached). The balance was deducted but the order was not placed. I confirmed this from dominos multiple times. Tried to reach to mobikwik's customer care, but sadly nothing is available but a ticket generation through the app.
                  I haven't received any communication from mobikwik, no clarification regarding the matter.
                  Will never ever again fall for traps of wallet payments.

                    Hi! This side amit chaudhary. Last month on 23rd june i was adding ₹20000 to my mobikwik wallet. The money got deducted from my banl account but didn't got updated in the wallet. Then i had a huge conversation with these people which i am attaching screenshots. At the last they are asking me the first 6 digits of my card and the last 4 of my card which i added. It has been 1 month+ but i haven't got my money yet. I also send them my passbook copy for the transaction but then also they are asking me the card details. I was again and again telling them that i won't be able to share my card details due to security reasons but they are again and again sending the same e-mail to me.

                      Money transferred to irctc from the wallet yesterday (28 july 17) but i did not get the ticket. I have not get the money back yet.
                      Detail: please check the second last transaction from the wallet, it is made to irctc but ticket booking was not successful. According to mobikwik it takes 24 hours to refund the money but i still have not get the refund. Kindly refund asap. Plz send an information mail that the issue is being processed. Thank you.

                      I tired to book train ticket through your gateway in IRCTC app my money is debited from my bank (Canara bank) amount-506.49 but the ticket was not booked.kindly refund my money as soon as possible.

                        I had paid rs 260 (A/c 255/- and wallet 5/-) for dish tv recharge through mobikwik app on 05 th of may 2017. Recharge not done and same amount deduct my a/c and wallet. Here are the refreance id (Ecom[protected] mobikwik \ 255.00) which is showing in my bank account statement. They said that payment was unsuccessful as mobikwik did not get an update from your bank for this transaction. 54eb2cc00fc47 255 rs 29/05/2017. Paymentfailure your money will be credited back to the source account, within 3-15 working days as per the bank policy.. I complaints so many time but they always answer it will be update then i call customer service and they put me on hold for 27 long mins i am very much disappointed from mobikwik services i want either they are refund my amount. Plz support me...

And you said it will take 3 days but amount was not payed.. And now electric comapny charged penalty. And you not retuned my amount 1005. When i search in my transaction history then i saw you did it last time also you not paid the bill amount and not returned. It's very urgent sir and your are the responsible for the all my penalty charges.. If you not solve my issue in 24 hours i will sure send you a legal notice. Thank you solve my problem as soon as possible.

                                Money was refunded back by the bank to mobikwik account wallet after 12 days as purchasing and delivery of an item was not successful. Till date more than 15 days had passed i am not able to see my money in mobiwik wallet. Several complainta has been made to customer care but no result. Help me to get me back the refunded amount of rs - 1200 in my bank account from mobikwik.

                                full balance is not showing on mobiwik wallet, only 23 paise is showing in my wallet as company is saying amound refunded sussesfuly. so where is my 1200 amount gone. show it in my wallet right now.

                                  Went to recharge my bsnl account for my mobile.
                                  Was directed to enter the details
                                  Selected the amount & pressed the recharge button
                                  Sent to this company, they wanted me to create wallet.
                                  I have created wallet & deposited rs. 209,
                                  Money was deducted but recharge was for about rs.35!!!
                                  Thought that something wrong
                                  But received a message that don't worry money is safe
                                  But recharge failed
                                  Asked me to try again & need not pay again, but to repeat the procedure.
                                  I did, again another rs.209 deducted & another recharge for about rs.35. Every time recharge is done only for a meager amount & most of the amount is held by the company.
                                  Now when i enter the wallet it shows it as empty!!!
                                  Brilliant!!!
                                  I have added screen shots as photos which will explain things better.

                                    It's highly disappointing to know that the app does not provide any support for issues.
                                    I added 922 rs to the mobikwik account but the amount was deducted without informing me and with no reason.
                                    Trying calling customer service support but no response after one and half hour call. Nobody answers the call.
                                    This is disgusting. I just hate the fact that there is no transparency in the app. No service at all. Customer satisfaction is not zero but negative..in minus.
