Why am i not able to cancel my bus ticket?

It says it doesn't support cancellation, if that is the case then you guys should have informed me while booking only, right?

You guys are not even responding to the calls on the customer care number,

I have not been informed while making a booking then why am i not able to cancel my ticket?

I want you guys to please cancel the ticket, and refund my money as soon as possible

There is still 15 days of time in travelling date, kindly help your customer

    Mobikwik account [protected], my name is rajan singh chauhan my account was debited with 3266 rs through my debit card no. [protected], while i was booking irctc ticket on 14/09/2017 but it was unsuccessful, i kindly request you to credit back my money as soon as possible, i'm feeling very bad and i request you to call me as soon as possible

      This is regarding an order purchased from croma retail and payment done through mobikwik wallet on april 28th 2017 and returned the product on may22nd 2017. From croma side they have returned money back to the wallet on june 6th 2017, time: 14:47:46.

      Till now i havent received my amount. When i contact croma team they are saying the refund has been done but i didnt receive my refund in the wallet.

      Croma team is saying to contact mobikwik team. I have raised complaint but i didnt receive any response from them.

      I made a payment to Quikr via Mobiwik. The payment got failed and cash Rs 18260 is returned back to Mobiwik Wallet. Even after so mails they are not ready to transfer cash back even to my Source Account. They are asking me to transfer via app which charges me 5% which nearly comes 1000 Rs. Its so pathetic and fraud activity by Mobiwik.
      I request that please delete my mobikwik account urgent based. ..
      Wallet balance rs. 419 is not credited in my mobikwik wallet

        I had booked bus ticket through mobikwik on 2nd sep-17 for travelling on 06.09.17 from hyderabad to nagercoil. While booking the bus ticket, i applied promocode "ganesh" which is for rs. 1000 worth supercash against my original ticket value of rs. 2257.00. After booking the bus ticket, i did not get the supercash immediately. When i check with mobikwik team, i was told that supercash will be credited after completion of travel and within 48 hours of travel completion.
        Even after 48 hours travel, i did not get my supercash. When i check with mobikwik, i was told that you have used your old supercash balance while booking the ticket, so you are not eligible for supercash. Generally, when we do any transaction in mobikwik by applying promocode, existing supercash will not be considered for payment. It will be automatically removed. But, while doing the bus booking, even after applying promocode existing supercash balance is getting to be adjusted automatically and we can not remove manually. But mobikwik team is denying to credit my supercash and saying that you have used existing supercash balance. Hereby attach proof of ticket booking with applying promocode "ganesh" which clearly says that you will earn supercash worth of rs 1000. Please arrange to get my supercash immediatly. Even after so many request, mobikwik team is sending same automated reply that you can not use existing supercash for getting new supercash and update your app..

          I have paid electricity bill (Consumer no:[protected] through mobikwik online and after that getting their message of sucessfully done. I came to know from mseb site that the bill was not paid even after a week.

          I tried to call customer care [protected]/[protected]/[protected] but these numbers are not reachable number, its seems to be a fraud company.

          I have attached screenshot for payment successfully, but not received to mseb site, please give me money back.

          Mobikwik is Fraud Company, please arrest owner of Mobikwik.
          Everytime I raised a complaint/Ticket to Mobikwik/help, it send me same copy paste message issue resolved. After I checked and verify Issue not Resolved.

          This is Fraud Company, please arrest owner of Mobikwik.

            When ever user uses coupon code related to the mentioned offer in mobikwik website or app for example transactions related to bus ticket booking or recharges or bill payments or any other retail purchases using mobikwik. Then mobikwik will give that discount as super cash which will be valid 45 days.
            Now issue which i faced is, one particular month there is supercash of 296/- pending and i didnot used it, so it was expired on the date mentioned by mobikwik that is also fine.
            Now if i check my total supercash balance available and when compare with the individual months active/available supercash balance then both amounts are not matching.
            There is discrepancy of 300/-
            Regarding this i filed multiple complaints with mobikwik from past 2.5 months and every time they are closing the complaint without proper explanation. I asked them to give a call and lets calculate the things as per statement. They called me twice from past 2.5 months and when they called me at that time they will accept that yes issue is there and will update the super cahs balance properly... But some time they are closing the complaint stating that there is no discrepency...
            Even i sent mail to next level... But no use and no proper response.
            This is how mobikwik is responding to the customer queries... Very simple issue they are dragging from 2.5 months and no rsolution till now... After 10 to 15 times i reopened the complaint they are not allowing to reopen it again... Simply they are making that complaint to get expire... Due to that i need to file new complaint and again from that date onwards they are taking it as new issue and doing the same thing as closing without any resolution.

              Best electricity bill payment done through mobikwik. Dedution was done twice shown in bank statement. Inspite of that next bill generated showed the earlier amount included in it, means that deduction through account have not reached the best account. Best consumer no :[protected], transaction done on date 31/07/17, amount deducted :rs 2620/- (Two times) i. E rs 5440/-total. Kindly look into the matter.

                Lasr saturday (09/09/17) from advice from jio kolkata w. B circle using promo code, shows a cash back rs.159/- through your mobikwik. Therefoe i have recharge of rs.399/-through my atm card not credit to my above mentioned m. No. Till to day.in the mean time i have contacts several times with jio but not yet any amount credit with my jio no. But my bank debited this amount pl. Recharge my mobile and if any cash back earn by me to my account. Also i mention that it was my first time any payment through your mobikwik apps.

                Please solve my problem as early as possible.

                  On 30 th august i transfered 4746 rs from mobikwik application to dena bank third party account but still the amount not credited in third party account and from the customer care number provided by mobikvik is also wrong number nd in application help option available but its alo dnt give proper reply where is my amount i dnt know and the mobikvik also dont support for it.

                    On 30th august i had added 1600 in my mobiqwik wallet and went for shopping. While making payment of rs 500 at store he tried twice and told me transaction not successful. Also i had no transaction shown in my wallet. But my amount 500x2 (Rs 1000) was deducted. When i complained to mobiqwik about refund they informed me that i have to wait 7-10 days for refund. But after 10 days now they are saying that i have to get written letter from merchant that they have not received the payment. Since my wallet is not showing any transaction so how could i ask from merchant. Kindly resolve my issue and credit my account asap.

                      They didn't even called up and gave us an update about bus.
                      When I called up they are saying that their is no bus available - what a horrible service never expected from Sahara travels as I wanted to go to Hyderabad in urgent scenario- Kindly refund my amount back to my account which I payed to Sahara - I promise I won't even book any sort of Sahara travels anywhere in the country n I will tell all my friends/neighbours/ relatives/ students -- never to book with this travel again.i booked it again from KGN good service on time vehicle.

                                  I have recharge 333 rs for my bsnl mobile. Recharge failed. Amout moved to mobiwkiw wallet. I din get any amt in tat wallet. Transaction id -88d349c4f203.                                     I am new user to mobikwik and recharged with rs.399. Offer is rs.159 cash back need to add. When i enter promo code it clearly showed me i am eligible for cash back offer. But after the payment i didn't get cash back.

                                    I raised complaint on this and they replied me 'i haven't enter promo code, hence no cash back'.

                                    Same kind of experience i had with mobikwik previously also, it lost credibility and bluffing customers with false promises always. # always announce offers and fooling users.

                                      The person to whom i hav transfeered money is fraud mob no of that person-[protected] i hav transferred 17000 rupees to this number he is fraud soliciting innocent persons money plssss refund me the amount. This fraudster solicits for providing products at cheap rate and asks to trf money in his number. Whne u transfer money he blocks u. He is fraudster plsss deduct money frm his account and refund me and block his account he is fraud
