Hello, i have done my postpaid recharge 6 times. Out of that 4 times are recharge success msg shown and 2 times it refunds money. But in idea customer care they told me that there is only one time bill payment done. And that is 100 rs. When i register complain then mobikwik given me 4 transaction id for the same : gj[protected], gj[protected], gj[protected], gj[protected]. And it resolve the issue. And closed the ticket. Now idea complain declined that they have not received any payment through this id, i have complain to mobikwik with ticket no : #6939746 and #6970686 but my complain is not resolved yet. Please refund my 400 rs or pay idea postpaid bill

    mobikwik is fake

    Hi team,

    I tried to book a train ticket on 17th sep, 17 using irctc mobile app paying through mobikwik by internet banking. After confirming the payment got a message that your bank declined the payment but however the money got deducted from my account and in the transaction detail its showing towards mobikwik money has been debited. It has been almost 6days after but i haven't got that money refunded yet in my account. Contacted irctc and as per they did not receive the amount which means its stuck with mobikwik only. Irctc transaction id for the same is : [protected] and raised a ticket in mobikwik for this issue, id of which is: #6997225

    Please help me in this case to get my money back.

      I would like to bring this into your kind notice that today from 11.16 am to 11:30 am four unauthorized transactions took place from my father's icici bank debit card no:#3 of amounts rs 5000 /-, 5000/-, 3000/- and 1000/- at mobikwik. Earlier he got a call on his mobile from mobile number [protected] and the person claimed that he was calling from icici debit card department and my father's credit card has been blocked and he would require the card no. To unblock it and as my father have no knowledge about the debit card transaction process he shared the card no. And cvv no. Too. When the call was over he got sms from icici bank stating transactions of the above said amounts. So total amount was of rs 14000/- which was out from my father's account. As soon as i came to know about this i got the debit card blocked and now i need your help to cancel all the above transactions as soon as possible. Further please do the needful on urgent basis and revert on this mail [protected]@gmail.com

        My mobikwik account got disabled for no reason and i have 14000 in my wallet no costumer care number is working plz help me out my mail id is [protected]@gmail.com im trying to call them but there is no response im huge trouble i want my money back and i have all the documents with me for any verification pls resolve my issue im tired trying to call them non of the numbers are working how can someone take my monemoney and disable my account its like begging for your own money and no one respond i request you to take action on this for no reason you cant block me

        A recharge of Rs. 50/- was made by me on 12/09/2017 on mobile nos. [protected], [protected], [protected] each, but only two nos. were recharged and also Rs. 50/- were neither refunded to my bank account and nor to my mobikwik wallet even after the elapsing of more than seven days.

                Sir, my name is krishna rawat. On 17/09/2017 and 18/09/2017 i got a call from a fraudster pretending to be a banker. He convinced me and got the otp from me. Then i got 2 sms that rs.5000 and rs.4999 has been deducted from my bank a/c and the money is credited to someone's ola money. My a/c is in state bank of india

                    I have paid through mobikwik account to oyo hotel for hotel booking at kanpur. I have used mobikwik payment gateway and website for this purpose. Online they have shown that they are giving 100% return cash for 1st time user in case of hotel booking. But i have learned that super cash is bogus which i cant use easily. So i have cancelled the booking through oyo hotel site. But mobikwik did not refunded my money back. What can i do for this? They are using some rules which is against consumer interest. Who can help me to resolve this issue.

                            Why am i not able to cancel my bus ticket?

                            It says it doesn't support cancellation, if that is the case then you guys should have informed me while booking only, right?

                            You guys are not even responding to the calls on the customer care number,

                            I have not been informed while making a booking then why am i not able to cancel my ticket?

                            I want you guys to please cancel the ticket, and refund my money as soon as possible

                                This is regarding an order purchased from croma retail and payment done through mobikwik wallet on april 28th 2017 and returned the product on may22nd 2017. From croma side they have returned money back to the wallet on june 6th 2017, time: 14:47:46.

                                Till now i havent received my amount. When i contact croma team they are saying the refund has been done but i didnt receive my refund in the wallet.

                                Croma team is saying to contact mobikwik team. I have raised complaint but i didnt receive any response from them.

                                I made a payment to Quikr via Mobiwik. The payment got failed and cash Rs 18260 is returned back to Mobiwik Wallet. Even after so mails they are not ready to transfer cash back even to my Source Account. They are asking me to transfer via app which charges me 5% which nearly comes 1000 Rs. Its so pathetic and fraud activity by Mobiwik.
                                I request that please delete my mobikwik account urgent based. ..

                                  I had booked bus ticket through mobikwik on 2nd sep-17 for travelling on 06.09.17 from hyderabad to nagercoil. While booking the bus ticket, i applied promocode "ganesh" which is for rs. 1000 worth supercash against my original ticket value of rs. 2257.00. After booking the bus ticket, i did not get the supercash immediately. When i check with mobikwik team, i was told that supercash will be credited after completion of travel and within 48 hours of travel completion.
                                  Even after 48 hours travel, i did not get my supercash. When i check with mobikwik, i was told that you have used your old supercash balance while booking the ticket, so you are not eligible for supercash. Generally, when we do any transaction in mobikwik by applying promocode, existing supercash will not be considered for payment. It will be automatically removed. But, while doing the bus booking, even after applying promocode existing supercash balance is getting to be adjusted automatically and we can not remove manually. But mobikwik team is denying to credit my supercash and saying that you have used existing supercash balance. Hereby attach proof of ticket booking with applying promocode "ganesh" which clearly says that you will earn supercash worth of rs 1000. Please arrange to get my supercash immediatly. Even after so many request, mobikwik team is sending same automated reply that you can not use existing supercash for getting new supercash and update your app..

                                    Everytime I raised a complaint/Ticket to Mobikwik/help, it send me same copy paste message issue resolved. After I checked and verify Issue not Resolved.

                                      When ever user uses coupon code related to the mentioned offer in mobikwik website or app for example transactions related to bus ticket booking or recharges or bill payments or any other retail purchases using mobikwik. Then mobikwik will give that discount as super cash which will be valid 45 days.
                                      Now issue which i faced is, one particular month there is supercash of 296/- pending and i didnot used it, so it was expired on the date mentioned by mobikwik that is also fine.
                                      Now if i check my total supercash balance available and when compare with the individual months active/available supercash balance then both amounts are not matching.
                                      There is discrepancy of 300/-
                                      Regarding this i filed multiple complaints with mobikwik from past 2.5 months and every time they are closing the complaint without proper explanation. I asked them to give a call and lets calculate the things as per statement. They called me twice from past 2.5 months and when they called me at that time they will accept that yes issue is there and will update the super cahs balance properly... But some time they are closing the complaint stating that there is no discrepency...
                                      Even i sent mail to next level... But no use and no proper response.
                                      This is how mobikwik is responding to the customer queries... Very simple issue they are dragging from 2.5 months and no rsolution till now... After 10 to 15 times i reopened the complaint they are not allowing to reopen it again... Simply they are making that complaint to get expire... Due to that i need to file new complaint and again from that date onwards they are taking it as new issue and doing the same thing as closing without any resolution.
