I had rs. 103.00 as my wallet balance. I added rs. 1500.00 in my wallet & my wallet balance was rs. 1603.00. On 14.08.2017, i tried to pay my electricity bill of rs. 1410.00, through mobikwik. During payment process, an error message was generated & thereafter my wallet balance became rs.193.00. Last day for payment of electricity bill was 16.08.2017.
Till date i have not received any message regarding receipt of payment of electricity bill from chhattisgarh state electricity board (Cseb), for rs. 1410.00 against my b. P. No. [protected].
Please look into the matter & redress my grievance.

    Hello all,

    I'd recharge of 80 rs through hdfc netbanking whose reference no from hdfc bank is[protected]

    Mobikwik has added that amount to my wallet, but suddenly deducted also and i didn't get that amount to my wallet.

    When i complaint about that then they were saying that 80 rs was wrongly credited to my wallet and hence deducted.

    Mobikwik was unable to provide any reason about how that 80 rs was wrongly credited if it's correctly deducted from my bank account.

    Also mobikwik has hired some kind of stupid copy-paster employees who is only answering with pre-defined answers like fool robot.

    I didn't expect such kind of frauds from well-known company like mobikwik.

    I would like to request everyone for not to use such fraud app like mobikwik.

      I was recharging my dish tv vc number [protected] from mobikwik and it got rejected saying sbi bank cancelled the transaction. Then i tried it again but the same message i received. But when i checked last transaction in the bank account i used it showed the 205.00 and 214.00 rupees has been cut twice from mobikwik.

        My wallet was blocked by mobikwik since 18-jun-17 and i have a balance of rs. 6200/- in my wallet.. I had already provided already provided all the documents for verification to mobikwik, but no response from mobikwik.. I have called many times on mobikwik customer care number but no response.. This is a very poor service by mobikwik.. Please help me..

          Have a mobikwik account with [protected] this phone no.
          I am unable to login to my account since 9-august-2017. Whenever i am trying to login it is throwing below pop up even though i am getting the otp
          "you failed to login 3 times".
          And after this when i am entering the otp, i am getting another pop up
          "otp entry not found"
          And some time i am getting new popup
          "invalid cell number".

          I have mailed thrice and there is no response, there is no proper customer support number, where we can call to raise the issue.

          I have raises a request through app, but still issue is not resolved

          If you are not able to resolve the issue please return whatever money i am having in my wallet to my bank account

          I got a call from unknown number, stating that he is calling from mobikwik.
          Then he asked for bank account number so that he can transfer the wallet money to my bank account.
          Then he asked for the debit card number, expiry date and CVV.
          I suspect something wrong so i didn't share the detail.
          Mobikwik please confirm whether call was from your side or it was a fraud call
          I send my ID copy. Because my account is locked... Please solve this problem as soon as possible..

              Dear sir, i have transferred amount rs 300 to mobikwik wallet number 72766560 in place of mobikwik walllet number [protected] due to mistake.

                Sir my account blocked on 21.07.17 by mobile i'm and asked me to submit latest transection statement and i'd proof. I submitted same next day. There response can after 12 days when i submitted complaint on this site. But they asked me to submit unbilled statement showing transection of 2107.17. I submitted it on same day or 02.08.17. But no response till now. Enemy account blocked since last 22 days. Mobikwik wants to syphon my super cash amount as it remains for limited period only. I request to activate my account or refund my money along with supercash

                महोदय mobikwik account no.[protected] से इन्द्र प्रस्थ गैस लिमिटेड का बिल ₹493 का 27/07/17 को भुगतान किया लेकिन बिल का भुगतान नहीं हुआ और न ही account मे पैसा वापस आया।अतः पैसा वापस किया जाए।

                  Actually i was booking a round domestic flight ticket using yatra.com for Rs.6150 with reference number[protected]. But my flight tickets did not get confirmed because yatra is saying they have not received payment from mobikwik. But mobikwik is saying they have paid my money which they had debited from my indian bank account to the yatra.com. Mobikwik has even send me the invoice also on my mail but still yatra is declining.I m attaching my bank transaction, mobikwik transaction and yatra mail in which they are accepting they have not received my money for my flight tickets.

                    Its related to my ticket number 6843620. I recharged my number with rs 400 and applied coupon code dosti that was flshed as successsful. But the cashback wasnt received. I raised the ticket. But the reply that i am getting is quite illogical. First thing they said was that coupon code applied was unsuccessfull.in mobikwik, if no coupon code is applied, 10% of supercash amount is used. But that didnt happened in my transaction, it means coupon code was sucessfully applied. Plz check issue

                        I added 500rs it has deducted from my bank but not in my wallet when i serach internet mobikwik has no contact number and so many customers has facing this problem stealing money from innocent people i want my refund to my acc [protected]

                          Mm doing recharge from mobkwik from direct my account but i got recharge is unsuccessful and transfer the same amount of money from my bank account to mobkeik wallet...                             I have recharged my mobikwik wallet with my icici credit card with rs 10000 on 5th aug 2017.

                            After that i tried to tranfser this amonut of rs 10000 to my bank account then i was unable to do so and its saying your account is not valid then,

                            I tried to contact help section for support then its says invalid user.

                            After that now its saying user is disable

                            I tried login/logout many times but from then iam unable to login and transfer my amount of rs 10000.
                            Please help!!

                              I require the monthly transaction summary to settle an issue with a website and mobikwik is not issuing the same. They are refusing to provide the summary irrespective of asking them multiple times. They are supposed to send me the statement everymonth which is not happening.
                              The customer is totally useless and not of any help. They do not have a contact number either.
                              Can someone please help me with this?

                                Myself dharampal singh shekhawat, my kotak bank credit card has been used fraud yesterday through mobik wik digital wallet
                                I had not paid much attention to the message earlier. After sometime i read that a transaction for amount

                                Rs 2000 (Transaction id 087258) had taken place through my kotak bank credit card through mobik wik digital wallet on 04/08/2017

                                      Concept of supercash is completely flawed and misleading.in fact i stopped using mobikwik wallet after i got duped on one transaction on foodpanda. While they would show you a high saving on your transaction, the real worth of t would be only 10% of it. That too you can not use for a transaction less than rs100. They would be better off not giving any supercash than promoting it. It leaves the customer feeling bitter and cheated. As for me, it is no more mobikwik.
