Hello I ware doing recharge yesterday on my mob [protected] by mobikwik wallet it was showing something's went wronge try again than I tried again it was showing same and in last 3rd time transaction successful. But when I saw my mobikwik wallet 349*3=1047rs had been detected on same mobile recharge no. [protected]. I called so many mobikwik Costumer care no but not connect. And also Airtel Costumer no they told to talk mobikwik. Now I request you to look this matter and return my money in my mobikwik wallet.[protected]. I am contacting to mobikwik but no number is connecting.

    I have used mobikwik wallet twice(once for bookmyshow and other for dominoz payment) and both time i didnt received any cashback. Coupon codes used were correct yet no cashback received yet. Guys i hv horrible experience and i strongly suggest not to use this wallet. Other wallet-paytm and phonepe are far more reliable in terms of cashback promised.
    Mobikwik customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
    On 2-5-2017 my mobikwik wallet was Rs. 1704.64. (54e838c253323)

    Since then have not my wallet.
    But i have now ' 0 ' zero balance.

    I made my complaint on[protected].

    Please trace my own wallet amount and credit to my account.

        Mobikwik refund issue

        I did some purchases online using mobiwik wallet and one had to be cancelled. I was trying out mobiwik for the first time. Even though the original online site refunded back my money, it went to mobiwik wallet and they are not giving it back. There is no customer care no mentioned in site and when i raised complaint for the same, they keep on telling they will resolve but no resolution even after 1 week.         I booked a bus ticket on 23 june17 from Delhi to Jammu which got cancelled, but the amount is still not refunded.
        I had already raised a ticket on MobiKwik app on 27 June and they said it will be credited in 48 hours but it's 1 July now and it's not credited yet. I had also reopened the ticket and replied but did not got any reply and since the last three days, the ticket status is showing as in progress.
        I don't understand whats taking them so long to process the refund.

        I got the refund, but it was credited in my mobikwik wallet and to transfer that in my account they are charging 4% which comes to around Rs. 200. I don't get why they are charging so much money just to transfer money as the banks charge a nominal fees even for IMPS transfers.
        Even on other similar apps like 'phonepay' transfers money free of cost.

        I want that 4% deducted fees back in my wallet and then i am done with mobikwik.
        After going through all this i am going to uninstall mobikwik app and will never use it again and will not recommend this to anyone.

        My suggestion to every consumer who is reading this is that,
        GUYS, DO NOT TAKE A RISK O[censored]SING THIS APP JUST BECAUSE IT GIVES YOU MORE CASHBACK, YOU WILL HAVE TO STRUGGLE ALOT TO GET YOUR MONEY BACK IF IN CASE SOMETHING LIKE THIS HAPPENS.
        THERE ARE OTHER BETTER APPS THAN THIS, GO FOR THEM.

              A UNKNOWN PERSON GOT OTP NUMBER OF MY SBI ACCOUNT [protected]..AND FRUOD/TRANSFAR 50000/- RUPEES IN MOBIKWIK ACCOUNT OTHPG 429739 ZES* today on 29/06/2017 at around 2:45 PM. I have alredy made FIR police report at RISHIKESH(COPY ATTACHED).I have also sent the complain to your online portal services. ALL the available online customer care no of MOBIKWIK is not working. So, I am sending you mail on this matter and seeking help from you.

The person called me saying that he needs my details like adhar card and debit card number. IMMEDIATELY HE DID THIS TRANSACTION FROM MOBIWIK, TXN[protected]. KINDLY Cancel this transaction and contact me on my email I'd, sonaki.[protected]@gmail.com. This transaction took place at 12:30 pm today.Pls help

                    Dear sir, i booked a ticket on 14 th june 2017 from bangalore to hyderabad through mobikwik in kaveri travels. Next day operator said bus was cancelled and the money will refunded to your mobikwik wallet with in 24 hrs. I waited up to 18th june but my money was not refunded. Then i called to operator (Kaveri travels) and they said we already given a msg (Refund initiated) to mobikwik but there is no response from there side. Plz resolve your query with mobikwik only. Then i raised a complaint the same issue through mobikwik help center on the same day. As per there policy issue will be resolved with in 7 days/working days. Still now my money was not refunded from mobikwik. Even they are not allowing me to alert them through message. Plz take an action on mobikwik and resolve my problem.

                      I booked a bus ticket using mobikwik app,
                      From: chennai.
                      To: madurai.
                      Trip date: 23 june, 2017.
                      Bus operator name: sri renugambal prathika travels

                      Total fare: 800.00.
                      On the trip date (23 june, 2017) i received a message that the bus operator cancelled the trip due to some reason.

                        I have been calling all the customer-care numbers of mobikwik but they are not responding.                         Such a operator is operating in indian market with out any customer care.
                        Arent there any rules for them.

                            Mobikwik — mobikwik add money related issue.

                            My registered mobile no. Is [protected] i added some amount but it has not been updated im my wallet and the amount has been deducted from my account. I have not got my amount back even after 45 days. The ticket no of that transaction is showing. I want my money back soon. The customer service of mobikwik is very bad. I have not got my amount till date. When i wrote complain about thus to mobikwik feedback, they told that your issue has been forwarded and will recover soon but as already mentioned it has not been updated in my wallet. So please arrange it as soon as possible...

                                As you can see i had booked a bus from chandigarh to delhi on 26 jun 2017 for 15:00 (3:00 pm) and received a confirmed ticked both on my mobikwik app and by sms for the same with a seat number. I searched for the bus at the departure point but it was nowhere to be found.
                                Then at 2:43 pm i receive a sms from the operator (Himachal tourist volvo bus according to mobikwik) saying that the departure time of the bus is 4:30 to 4:45 pm. This is a clear case of cheating and fraud. If the bus was not going to depart at 3:00 pm i would never have booked it. I was unable to cancel the ticket at 3:00 as the mobikwik app would not allow me.
                                Both the parties are responsible as mobikwik should not allow an operator who can change and cancel bookings according to how many seats they have filled. I suffered a loss of rs.1059/- as i did not want to take such a late bus. I would like compensation for the same.
                                A delay of half an hour to 45 minutes is acceptable, but not 1.5 hours. I have been misled and defrauded.

                                  Billdesk already reverse my money but it is not credited in my mobikwik account.

                                  I have attached all conversation with billdesk. Please give back my refund of 232.40 rupees in total (116.20 each transaction amount)

                                  Its already 26 day passed there is no mail and call from mobikwik.

                                    I booked 3 tickets of date 22-6-17 from panipat to katra the time of reaching the bus at panipat toll was 8:45 pm but when upto 9:30 it didn't came so i called on the number mentioned on my ticket they told bus is not working so it will be late and we will reach panipat 3:00 am and then i told them what i will do from 9 pm to 3 am i came to panipat by hiring a car from another city from up so i cancelled the ticket and the person told u will get 100% money back so that is i want my rs. 4050 back as soon as possible... I will be thankful to you.
