I had rs. 103.00 as my wallet balance. I added rs. 1500.00 in my wallet & my wallet balance was rs. 1603.00. On 14.08.2017, i tried to pay my electricity bill of rs. 1410.00, through mobikwik. During payment process, an error message was generated & thereafter my wallet balance became rs.193.00. Last day for payment of electricity bill was 16.08.2017.
Till date i have not received any message regarding receipt of payment of electricity bill from chhattisgarh state electricity board (Cseb), for rs. 1410.00 against my b. P. No. [protected].
Please look into the matter & redress my grievance.

As I already told in my compliant I haven't received any confirmation message from mobikwik. I have a money debited message from credit card. I can provide the details
