    I have booked ticket on 21.06.2017 for the date of journey on 23.06.2017 PNR 72E88HUX operator name Jabbar travels Bangalore to gao. Traveller Jabbar cancelled ticket due to vehicle problem so I didn't travel that time kindly refund the amount to my account.

      I recharged two of my prepaid mobiles through mobikwik about 24 hours ago.the money was deducted from my wallet but my phones are not recharged till now neither did I get my money back in my wallet.the transection number areEN[protected] of rs.300 and EN[protected] of rs.200.please solve the issue earliest possible.

        Two times deduction of Rs. 2000/- from my source account, but wallet had only one times. I complain on 17 th June2017, and got the massage by email with ticket no. 6670967
        Query
        my account is not showing two timesRs. 2000 credit while as the same had been debited to my bank account.

          A fraudulent deduction of INR 10000 has been made using card no.4592xxxx4719 from my SBI Savings account yesterday (3/7/2017) towards fraud purchase on POS MOBIKWIK 35456 at MOBIKWIK txn #[protected].The Caller had deceived me by giving me an assurance that my money would not be taken away from my account as I am not giving my PIN

          Kindly cancel the transaction to enable me to get no money back.It seems to have happened at Delhi.Kindly help.

          My electricity bill, due on 26 may was paid by me through mobikwik on 21may 2017.But it is still due because mobikwik did not pay it to JDVVNL. I complained it to mobikwik on 18th June but till the date the problem is as such. Please help me.

            On 30th June 2017 I recharged my Jio no with Rs 408. The amount deducted but the recharge not received. I have raised complaints by raising ticket Id- 6716180 . they said amount will be refunded a but still no cash back . even none of your company's customer care no is working. Kindly entertain my request, or I will take LEAGAL ACTION against your company.

              Dear sir, i did purchase online on 02 nd june, 2017. Payment was made through my mobikwik wallet. Same day i had cancelled the transaction. But refund not received after 30 days of cancelling the transaction. As per original site they had refunded money after ten days of cancellation of order to the mobikwik. Now whenever i had raise query to mobikwik it open ticket no. 6710585. Which was asked for detail, and same was shared, it showed query resolved and again asking for same detail. I do not know what should i do i think get traped to do transaction with mobikwik wallet.

                Hello I ware doing recharge yesterday on my mob [protected] by mobikwik wallet it was showing something's went wronge try again than I tried again it was showing same and in last 3rd time transaction successful. But when I saw my mobikwik wallet 349*3=1047rs had been detected on same mobile recharge no. [protected]. I called so many mobikwik Costumer care no but not connect. And also Airtel Costumer no they told to talk mobikwik. Now I request you to look this matter and return my money in my mobikwik wallet.[protected].                   I have used mobikwik wallet twice(once for bookmyshow and other for dominoz payment) and both time i didnt received any cashback. Coupon codes used were correct yet no cashback received yet. Guys i hv horrible experience and i strongly suggest not to use this wallet. Other wallet-paytm and phonepe are far more reliable in terms of cashback promised.

                  Since then have not my wallet.

Even though the original online site refunded back my money, it went to mobiwik wallet and they are not giving it back.                       I booked a bus ticket on 23 june17 from Delhi to Jammu which got cancelled, but the amount is still not refunded.
                      I had already raised a ticket on MobiKwik app on 27 June and they said it will be credited in 48 hours but it's 1 July now and it's not credited yet. I had also reopened the ticket and replied but did not got any reply and since the last three days, the ticket status is showing as in progress.
                      I don't understand whats taking them so long to process the refund.

                      I got the refund, but it was credited in my mobikwik wallet and to transfer that in my account they are charging 4% which comes to around Rs. 200. I don't get why they are charging so much money just to transfer money as the banks charge a nominal fees even for IMPS transfers.
                      Even on other similar apps like 'phonepay' transfers money free of cost.

                      I want that 4% deducted fees back in my wallet and then i am done with mobikwik.
                      After going through all this i am going to uninstall mobikwik app and will never use it again and will not recommend this to anyone.

                      My suggestion to every consumer who is reading this is that,
                      GUYS, DO NOT TAKE A RISK O[censored]SING THIS APP JUST BECAUSE IT GIVES YOU MORE CASHBACK, YOU WILL HAVE TO STRUGGLE ALOT TO GET YOUR MONEY BACK IF IN CASE SOMETHING LIKE THIS HAPPENS.
                      THERE ARE OTHER BETTER APPS THAN THIS, GO FOR THEM.

                            A UNKNOWN PERSON GOT OTP NUMBER OF MY SBI ACCOUNT [protected]..AND FRUOD/TRANSFAR 50000/- RUPEES IN MOBIKWIK ACCOUNT OTHPG 429739 ZES* today on 29/06/2017 at around 2:45 PM. I have alredy made FIR police report at RISHIKESH(COPY ATTACHED).I have also sent the complain to your online portal services. ALL the available online customer care no of MOBIKWIK is not working. So, I am sending you mail on this matter and seeking help from you.

                                Hello i complaint on consumer complaint few days back and i received a call and i gaved hime the details of my mobimwik 500 rs debit through fraud method, but their is no yet response from consumer complaint from that time.

                                  Dear sir, i booked a ticket on 14 th june 2017 from bangalore to hyderabad through mobikwik in kaveri travels. Next day operator said bus was cancelled and the money will refunded to your mobikwik wallet with in 24 hrs. I waited up to 18th june but my money was not refunded. Then i called to operator (Kaveri travels) and they said we already given a msg (Refund initiated) to mobikwik but there is no response from there side. Plz resolve your query with mobikwik only. Then i raised a complaint the same issue through mobikwik help center on the same day. As per there policy issue will be resolved with in 7 days/working days. Still now my money was not refunded from mobikwik. Even they are not allowing me to alert them through message. Plz take an action on mobikwik and resolve my problem.

                                    To: madurai.
                                    Trip date: 23 june, 2017.
                                    Bus operator name: sri renugambal prathika travels

                                    Total fare: 800.00.
                                    On the trip date (23 june, 2017) i received a message that the bus operator cancelled the trip due to some reason.

                                      Dear sir

                                      I have been calling all the customer-care numbers of mobikwik but they are not responding. I have mailed them to update my mobile number from [protected] to [protected] but till date they have not updated the same. Also i have lodged eticket provided on their website which is still unresolved.

                                      Such a operator is operating in indian market with out any customer care.
                                      Arent there any rules for them.

                                      Kindly update mobile number or return my balance to my bank account.
