My mobikwik account is block please my account is unblock and my account number is [protected] please my account unblock and my money is not transfer in my bank please transfer my wallet money in my account and not sending my another account my balance and i am try 10 days and send and not recharge my tata sky dish and not recharge my mobile number i request you solve my problem...

I am an active user of mobikwik payment wallet.

But when i tried paying my mobile bill it showed an error o[censored]ser disabled.

Neither the customer call center of mobikwik is providing any response, neither can i generate a complaint ticket as my account is being blocked.

I have a wallet balance of Rs. 1766.

I kindly request you to please activate my account as soon as possible....

I am facing a problem while recharging or paying any bills, the screen freezes as i click on 'confirm payment'. I have 1124/- in the wallet & my app and my phone is updated. Your app is not letting me transfer back the money to the bank either so revert all my money back to my card
And reply to my complaint immediately.

I wanted to add only ₹600 to my account but accidentally ended up adding ₹6000 now in order to send the money back to my same card/account they are charging me ₹250 processing fee. I had raised a complaint but haven't heard back anything on it yet. I do not need to transfer money to a different account but to the same one from where i had added the money. I do not want to pay the unnecessary charges...

Hello team,

Here is my complaint on mobikwik site.
I made recharge to my aircel number on june 10th, money was deducted from my account and recharge was not successful.

And created ticked for the issue (Ticket id # 6640438) and it was still "in progress" status

Created one more ticket for the same issue, but didnt get any response.
Even sent email to mobikwik and didnt get any response...

Hi i have 20000 in my mobikwik wallet, when i am trying to transfer money from wallet to bank account, i am receiving a pop up to enter senders name. There is no such option to enter senders name. Can you please check with this or please deactivate or delete my account and give me my money back. Almost everyone is complaining the same. The customer care numbers are not at all working. It's the worst application ever....

I purchased an item from bigbazaar worth of 129 rupees from mobikwik. Rs.129 is deducted from mobikwik main account and from the supercash also 15 rupees is deducted. (That means mobikwik has taken 144 rupees from me). Why 15 rupees is deducted from supercash. After analyzing my supercash account, i found that last 5 times, the amount is deducted from supercash apart from the billing account from my main account.

While making payment to ezeego 18.05.2017 through mobikwik gate, the transaction got failed. The payment got credited in the mobikwik wallet.
I had requested mobikqwik to reverse the payment to by credit card. The mobikiwk team assured that they will do it in 3-25 working days but till date it has not been credited.

There is an offer by mobikwik that we can use 5% of the supercash on bill payments. I tried to pay bill of petrol via mobikwik, trying to utilize the supercash. But the wallet is not consuming supercash and asked me to add more money. I tried to reach mobikwik regarding this issue via raising requests on their app. Followed up many times with them but did not get any response. Also the contact numbers are not working.
