blocked my wallet

My wallet was blocked by mobikwik since 18-jun-17 and i have a balance of rs. 6200/- in my wallet.. I had already provided already provided all the documents for verification to mobikwik, but no response from mobikwik.. I have called many times on mobikwik customer care number but no response.. This is a very poor service by mobikwik.. Please help me..

not able to login

Have a mobikwik account with [protected] this phone no.
I am unable to login to my account since 9-august-2017. Whenever i am trying to login it is throwing below pop up even though i am getting the otp
"you failed to login 3 times".
And after this when i am entering the otp, i am getting another pop up
"otp entry not found"
And some time i am getting new popup
"invalid cell number".

balance deducted from bank but didn't get recharge

I was recharging [protected] from Mobikwik and it got rejected saying bank cancelled the transaction. Then I tried it again but the same message i received. But when i checked last transaction in the bank account i used it showed the 50rs has been cut twice from mobikwik.

Sir my account blocked on 21.07.17 by mobile i'm and asked me to submit latest transection statement and i'd proof. I submitted same next day. There response can after 12 days when i submitted complaint on this site. But they asked me to submit unbilled statement showing transection of 2107.17. I submitted it on same day or 02.08.17. But no response till now. Enemy account blocked since last 22 days. Mobikwik wants to syphon my super cash...

money deducted from bank account but not submitted to yatra

Actually i was booking a round domestic flight ticket using yatra.com for Rs.6150 with reference number[protected]. But my flight tickets did not get confirmed because yatra is saying they have not received payment from mobikwik. But mobikwik is saying they have paid my money which they had debited from my indian bank account to the yatra.com. Mobikwik has even send me the invoice also on my mail but still yatra is declining.I m attaching...

regarding cash back

Hi,
Its related to my ticket number 6843620. I recharged my number with rs 400 and applied coupon code dosti that was flshed as successsful. But the cashback wasnt received. I raised the ticket. But the reply that i am getting is quite illogical. First thing they said was that coupon code applied was unsuccessfull.in mobikwik, if no coupon code is applied, 10% of supercash amount is used. But that didnt happened in my transaction,...

Mm doing recharge from mobkwik from direct my account but i got recharge is unsuccessful and transfer the same amount of money from my bank account to mobkeik wallet... This is totally illegal... M nt transfer any money then how the they can do it... Wtf is wrong with these silly site mobkwik... Plz block these... my mobikwik account with no. 8586989320 is disabled

I have recharged my mobikwik wallet with my icici credit card with rs 10000 on 5th aug 2017.

After that i tried to tranfser this amonut of rs 10000 to my bank account then i was unable to do so and its saying your account is not valid then,

I tried to contact help section for support then its says invalid user.

After that now its saying user is disable

I tried login/logout many...

not providing monthly transaction summary

I require the monthly transaction summary to settle an issue with a website and mobikwik is not issuing the same. They are refusing to provide the summary irrespective of asking them multiple times. They are supposed to send me the statement everymonth which is not happening.
The customer is totally useless and not of any help. They do not have a contact number either.
Can someone please help me with this?...

mobikwik super cash fraud

Concept of supercash is completely flawed and misleading.in fact i stopped using mobikwik wallet after i got duped on one transaction on foodpanda. While they would show you a high saving on your transaction, the real worth of t would be only 10% of it. That too you can not use for a transaction less than rs100. They would be better off not giving any supercash than promoting it. It leaves the customer feeling bitter and cheated. As for me,...

cashback problems

I have booked my tickets for jab harry met sejal using mobikwik account : [protected], under promocode "movies" on 30 th july, 2017.. As per promocode i should be getting 100 rs cashback in 24 h... Its beeen 72 hrs and i did nt get anything from them...
This should nt be happening... They cant cheat us like this.. I have tweeted them on their offcial portal but they did not care to respond it... I want my money asap......
