I made an electricity bill payment on 27.08.2017 of rs. 1440.00 using promocode "billpay" to get 2% supercash. Transaction no. Is mp[protected]. However, mobikwik didnot provide me requisite supercash of rs. 28.80.
Upon query (Ticket id: 6917880), they have informed me that i hadnot use any promocode in the transaction.
It is to mention here that
I) if i didnot use any legitimate promocode, my existing supercash should automatically be used in the transaction (Atleast supercash of rs. 1.72 should be used in the transaction). However, no supercash has been used in the said transaction and i had paid rs. 1440.00 full in the transaction.
Ii) mobikwik doesnot show promocode already used in the past transaction,. Hence, consumers may not able to prove use of any promocode in the past transaction. Hence, they are at the mercy of mobikwik for getting promotional supercash.
In the current case also, i am unable to proof of my sue of promocode "billpay". But as no supercash has been used in the said transaction, it is the proof that i have used promocode "billpay" in the transaction.
Moreover, my ticket id 6917880 has been deliberately made expired by mobikwik without resolving the issue.
Beware of such fraud by mobikwik.
Mobikwik customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
