Dear, i added money to my mobikwik wallet amount with a bank transaction amount of rs. 244 /-. Money was deducted from my bank account and still not credited into the mobikwik wallet. Kindly refund my money or atleast credit it to my wallet. My email id is [protected]@gmail.com and my registered mobile number is [protected].

Money debited from my bank account and not credited to my wallet on 7/8/2017 kindly refund me the money back. bank is claiming that mobikwik will refund the money back as money has been transferred to the wallet kindly resolve my issue as soon as possible
Hey.. i got refund from ajio ..my transaction histry in the mobiwik app is showing the same but the amout has not been credited to my wallet my wallet is still showing no money..

    August 19th i recharged jio [protected] with 498. Invoice is generated but recharge is not done. It is neither in wallet not recharged.

    I raised a complaint in this forum (https://www.consumercomplaints.in/mobikwik-cash-back-of-dish-tv-recharge-c16672... and it is marked as resolved. It is not resolved.

    As a followup to previous complaint, mobiwik folks called me asking for credit card details and to share otp. That was for a trasaction of 10k.

    Please work towards returning the money. Highly unfair!

      I made an electricity bill payment on 27.08.2017 of rs. 1440.00 using promocode "billpay" to get 2% supercash. Transaction no. Is mp[protected]. However, mobikwik didnot provide me requisite supercash of rs. 28.80.

      Upon query (Ticket id: 6917880), they have informed me that i hadnot use any promocode in the transaction.

      It is to mention here that
      I) if i didnot use any legitimate promocode, my existing supercash should automatically be used in the transaction (Atleast supercash of rs. 1.72 should be used in the transaction). However, no supercash has been used in the said transaction and i had paid rs. 1440.00 full in the transaction.
      Ii) mobikwik doesnot show promocode already used in the past transaction,. Hence, consumers may not able to prove use of any promocode in the past transaction. Hence, they are at the mercy of mobikwik for getting promotional supercash.

      In the current case also, i am unable to proof of my sue of promocode "billpay". But as no supercash has been used in the said transaction, it is the proof that i have used promocode "billpay" in the transaction.

      Moreover, my ticket id 6917880 has been deliberately made expired by mobikwik without resolving the issue.

      Beware of such fraud by mobikwik.

        Actually my acount is blocmed from long perjod of time they dont enable the user. I tried to login but it always show user is disabled.

        It is very ridiculous i have money on that i want it back
        The contact no is showing not reachable.
        Pls help me to unblock my mobikwik account and resolve the problem.

              I recharged my vodafone kerala prepaid mobile for rs 247 pack.in mobikwik they mentioned as local + std calls free for 28 days. I completed my recharge based on mobikwik information but std calls are not going. Then i check ed with vodafone customer care they mentioned 247 pack for local calls only. I have attached the mobikwik app 247 pack information screen shot. Kindly refund the money immediately.

                    I added money3800 into mobiwik wallet through credit card. Money got debited from my card but the amount showing in mobikwik wallet is 0. I even didn't receive any confirmation for money adding.
                    I am receiving otp for registered mobile number but when i try to change the password mobikwik is saying wrong mobile number. Please transfer money back to my account.

                    As I already told in my earlier compliant I haven't received any confirmation message from mobikwik. I received money debited message from credit card banker. Find the details of Mobikwik that you asked

                      Hi, i was doing a transaction on 5th july 2017 and adding 1000 rupees to my mobikwik wallet but that transaction had got falied. I have confirmed with zaagle and they have confirmed that this transaction is settled and money credited to mobikwik account.
                      Mobikwik is saying that they have not received any amount from zaggle.
                      I have already sent a bank statement to mobikwik but they are not responding to my query.

                        Sir, today i create my mobikwik account & updated with my aadhar card. I add money through debit card in my wallet to shopping online. I got all the updated balance info on my registered email id. But after that it shows that "my account is disable" and i am not able to access my account not to complain from that userid to mobikwik customer care.

                            I have once member of this company to recharge my mobile i paid the amount but the recharge was not done and i did my recharge from other site after that i got recharge done by this mobikwik so i wasted my money. I complaint from the company to refund me back my money but they didnt. Than i deleted my account from this website i dont like the way of working of this company. Now i have problem i am getting sms from this company i dont want to receive any sms from mobikwik any more. My number is [protected].

                                My registered email i'd is [protected]@gmail.com. Money got added to the account but while trying to login i am not able to login as it's connected to my old number which i am not using now. Customer care is not helping. Please help. Many times tried to call customer care but no luck. They are cheating customer. 890 rs got stuck into the account. Please help.

                                  I had rs 355 balance in super cash balance. Today l have purchased a railway ticket. According to your rule rs 35.50 is not deducted from my super cash balance. Lt happened 3 times. Super cash is added but not used at all. Thus super cash will be meaningless for me. Again its not easy to contact the care centre, everything looks like fraud, pleae solve the problem

                                    Today in the morning i recharged my dad's mobile with 199 for the benefit of 30000 sec for 28 days as it showed by the mobikwik but it came wrong because it is showing wrong information.
                                    Kindly help me with refund.
                                    They are not available anywhere to contact so i complained.

                                      I made a payment of rs 50 to tatasky for my dth connection against my payback points on mobile. As per rule only 200 points should have been redeemed but i got a message that 520 points have been redeemed. I do not know why? So, virtually i have lost 320 points equivalent to rs 80 in the process. May i request the company to reverse these points to my wallet account.
