    Respected sir
    As I bought a mobile phone with the offer given by mobikwik is 300rs cashback for 12 months and they give me cash back in September and October month only and after that from November they are giving different different reasons and not giving me cashback now my total pending cash back is 300rs *12 =3000rs.
    So please tell me what can I do ?

          Mobikwik is always cheating people by giving attractive offer.

          Below are the issue observed while using this Wallet

          1. Amount deducted from moikwik wallet but order fails. It won't appear in the transaction.
          2. No cashback as promised
          3. InActivating Wallet with out customer notice
          4. They are holding million of people of money illegally.

          4 of our family member accounts Blocked by mobikwik. Around Rs. 2000.00 they hold.giving false information like already credited, just now credited, escalating for getting the money, already escalated, wait for 24hrs, wait for 48hrs, we are working on it... Till now prospective response.

            Mobikwik has given an offer of RS.2100 wallet money on purchase of HP laptops. Customer tops-up his/her MobiKwik wallet by Rs. 350. Customer needs to enter voucher code while topping up his wallet by Rs. 350. MobiKwik will put additional Rs. 350 in customer's wallet, so total amount in wallet will be Rs. 700. This scheme is from Dec 2015 to May 2016.

            I was able to redeem the promo code in the month of Dec 2015 and Jan 2016 Feb 2016.I am not able to redeem it in the month of Mar 2016 as it shows Promo Code is no longer valid.

            When I contacted Mobikwik, they informed me the following TnC -
            TnC - MobiKwik reserves the right to change or call back the offer (offers) any time on their sole discretion.
            However, the original TnC mentioned by "HP Amazing Diwali Offer" is as below-
            MobiKwik reserves all right to block coupon usage, should the company notice any fraud / misuse of the system.

            I have asked them to prove in which way I have misused it or there is any fraud. Without proving this, they can not close the offer. I did not receive any reply from them on this.

            Seriously .. cheating customers with bogus offers. Same case with me, I was able to redeem for 3 months. What about the remaining 3 months redemption? HP should take cation against Mobikwik. Once committed, they should give full benefit, They can not lie in between without any reason and without any office notification.

              I have made a recharge of Rs. 50/- on my Tata Docomo number. And I haven't received the top up yet. Further I have enquired with operator and he mentioned that the recharge amount is invalid. Though I have selected this top up plan from the provided option, I guess your list of options ate not updated.
              Further I have also made recharge of RS. 10/- on the same number and haven't received this top up yet even. I would request you to please act immediately in response or else I would be compelled to take action against it. As a first time user you really build your rep regarding your service. It has been 3 days and no refund or recharge has been made.

              I have even tried to call on customer care no but no one picked been hold for 12 mins, posted two complain ticket on the site no response yet.

                  Getting a doubt that even my credit card details are unsafe with Mobikwik as no one is answerable in case of some mishappening or distress.

                    I purchased Lumia 535 and applied a code in mobikwik Lum300 . The offer was that each month to add 300 and 300 you get cashback . First five months there was no problem but from 6th month problem started . And in 6th month they are saying that offer is no longer valid and we can't provide any cashback on this offer though it was valid for 12 months. Firstly if you cant afford to provide such offers then don't provide them but if you are providing them then don't ruin them. Customer satisfaction is mandatory for any company to survive in market . But as I can see in the reviews not a single positive response from any of the customer. I am just writing this to get my offer amount as my 2100 Rs are still pending to be recovered from mobikwik. I had only purchased the Lumia mobile just because of this offer.and now when these cheaters are cheating I am forced to write this review. I tried to make a conversation with them but no proper response. I raised many of the tickets but still pending . Don't understand why they cheat . They just want a registered user in mobikwik and further they don't even care about them. I just want my 2100 Rs cash back from mobikwik.

                        I had a worst experience with Mobikwik app. I have chosen “Mobikwik” as a payment gate option when i booked the ticket in “Via” app. The amount has been deducted from my credit card account but failed to process the transaction and failed to confirm the ticket in “VIA”.
                        Then i paid through another payment option & booked the ticket. I was trying to call “Mobikwik” on that day but could n’t able do that as their support working hours are from 8AM to 10PM. But why they are offering the services in out of office hours where there was no support available.
                        I tried to contact them next day and they said the transaction was not successfull due to their server upgradation/maintenance. There was no answer from the customer support team when i raised the concerns like “Why it was not mentioned at that time of selecting this option as the payment gateway??” & “How the money was deducted from my credit card when server was in maintenance??”.
                        I asked them to transfer the money back to my bank account immediately & they said ok for that. It was initiated on Feb 13th 2016. Till today(Feb 29th 2016) the money was not transferred.
                        I was following up from Feb 13th to till date but no luck. I have to pay my credit card bill & it was double now as paid twice to confirm my flight ticket. it’s not at all a good “APP” & playing with customer’s/people’s emotions by offering cash back offers/discounts.

We will be back soon..". I have contacted customer care regarding this on Feb 26, 2016 and got a response from Mobikwik asking for the promo code which I am trying to redeem. I have replied them with the promo code and the error message which I am seeing but there is no response from them after that. If I try to raise a new request It says please wait till we resolve the previous complaint. Till now there is no response from Mobikwik side.

                            Please look into this.

                              I am recharging with reliance netconnect and entering the amount 1200 its transfer bank into mobikwik wallet and then if i recharge means it shows Recharge cant Succeed...

                              and then wallet money transfer int my bank account and its shows 20rupees for transactions...if Recharge not Succeed means you directly tansferring the money...


                              This is my Lost Transaction in Mobikwik...I am Not Satisfied

                                  I got a code to get 100% cashback on add money of 350Rs but when i entered the code the app is showing technical downtime error.
                                  I tried for 6-8 hours but it still showed the same thing (But while at the same time i was applying the other code it was applied successfully ).
                                  So It is definitely not any technical error but it is a plan of company not to give the cashback...

                                    Mobiwik has given the scheme of Rs.2100 that when you top-up the wallet with 350rs each month starting from Dec'15 and during this top-up you will get option of voucher code. Enter code ******* and you get cashback of 350rs so total amount in your wallet will be 700rs and i have got this scheme working till Jan but when i am doing the same thing on Feb and it is giving me error technical downtime please try it again later and they are not picking up the call when i am dialing there customer care number.

                                    Please look into this and i want to resolve this ASAP.

                                      I bought HP Laptop during Diwali and they were offering Promo code of Mobikwik worth Rs. 2100.
                                      In this we have to add minimum Rs. 350 to get cashback of Rs. 350. This is the process for six months starting from Diwali 2015.
                                      The code worked fine for December and January but in the month of February when I applied the code, It was saying "technical downtime, we will be back soon"
                                      I tried this for 4-5 Days but the result was same. After that I send a message to Customer Care regarding this issue. They said, "the offer has been paused for a while and we request for your cooperation while we resolve the same".
                                      After that I tried this after 3 days but the promo code still did not work.
                                      I send them complaint again and then they said, "we regret to announce that HP offer has been taken off. You could not be able to avail this benefit any further".
                                      Help us.

                                        I have made a payment of my ACT fibernet internet Bill of Rs. 1202, at the time of payment transaction failed . I raised a complaint in their help without returning money they are simply closing ticket issue resolved .
