I recharged for my tata docomo andhra mobile number [protected] with a recharge amount of RS 555 adding coupon code RAJNI which offered 15% cashback.I am not a new user & I know whether coupon is added or not.as after recharge my wallet balance was not credited with cashback I gave complain but they are telling I have not added coupon..I am not an uneducated & I am damn sure that this mobikwik is goin in a fraudulent path ..many people are facing cashback issues.if you are not able to pay cashback then dont offer & invite shame to the company which will tarnish the image of company.

Rs. 500 Cashback is not received on payment on makemytrip site; though at payment gateway cash back was being shown in bracket without any condition for mobikwik. On complaining to customer care (ticket no. 4556345, 4581148), it is not resolved yet.

I done this transaction through irctc connect app and at a time of payment you shown that 1722.9 amount taken from my account as a ticket fare and service tax but instead of that amount you debited 1758.41 . How are you doing this. I want my 35 rs. back immediately, as everybody told me that mobikwik is trying to always cheating customer and today i realize it. I am assure you that if you not solve my problem in 24 hrs. after giving me 35+ 50 ( offer ) rs. then i will not ome back on this freaky app.

I purchesd a lumia 640 xl mobile. when i purchesd they gave me cash back offer of 300 per month upto 12 months. by seen that offer only i purchesd that mobile. this code worked for 3 moths. after that not applicable. it showing that this code is no longer available. what i hav to do.. i put a complaint to both mobikwik, microsot. microsoft web site also published about this offer. but they not giving any responce. what i have to do to get my cash back offer, other wise is there any chance to go to court for justice

Please cancel all orders. My account is hacked like cyber crime’s. I was complaints in police station.
Police told me, to send a mail and cancel all purchase don by below order numbers.

Mobikwik has given the scheme along with the purchase of New HP Laptops as HP Diwali offer.
A Scheme that offers Rs 2100 Account Balance (Rs 350 for 6 months) when recharging the Wallet with Rs 350 (Recharge Rs 350 + Rs350 Cashback=Total Balance Rs 700) in each month by applying a specific Coupon code.
I have successfully got the Cash-backs for Three months (Dec'15, Jan'16, Feb'16).
But now, the Coupon is displaying as Invalid or Expired. I have made complaints to Mobikwik, which denies help saying "HP offer is closed and we will not be able to credit any further cash backs on this offer. TnC - MobiKwik reserves the right to change or call back the offer (offers) any time on their sole discretion"
I have got all the details regarding offer, in which there is no such TnCs mentioned where Mobikwik has the right to revoke the offer in mid of the offer.
I am entitled to receive Rs 2100, but Mobikwik end up paying half the money only.

Please look into the matter and please help in resolving this ASAP

I had purchased an HP laptop from Flipkart. When I had purchased the laptop, there was an offer that I would get a Mobikwik coupon for Rs.2, 100. The coupons were like you can add Rs.350 or more in Mobikwik wallet and they would give you a top up of Rs.350 more in the wallet. It could be used once in a month from December, 2015 to May, 2016.
Now when the coupon couldn't be redeemed by me, i contacted Mobikwik. They tell me that the offer has been closed without any intimation to me.

I have recharged my account via mobikwik on 10th march 2016 but the monet was not credited in my pre-paid balance but the amount has been deducted from the mobikwik wallet.i tried to contact them many times but the problem is not solved.the customer care representatives are not attending the calls.i waited in the line for half an hour still no response.i want them to refund the money in the balance at any cosr

Mobikwik had started an offer of Rs.300 cashback on adding Rs.300 through lumia mobiles on specific models and regd with mobikwik before 15 Nov. LUMIA 535 and 430 were two of them. I purchased the above mentioned mobiles because of the cashback offer. In Dec they withdrew the offer and did not give me the cashback. In Jan and Feb they gave cashback with different code. Now in march, they are not giving the cashback and stating that they have withdrawn the offer as per their terms and conditions. But the offer was valid for a year.
This is complete cheating and unethical. They cannot issue an offer for selling a product and withdraw it at their wills and fancies. If that is the case, they should buyback the handsets also at original price.

In the month of December i used mobikwik payment wallet for paying bills while shopping on myntra. com.later i returned one product of amount 3753rs to retailer which in turn refunded amount back to mobikwik from where it was paid.now my mobikwik account showing zero balance. i registered complaint on mobikwik app and also by email many times after providing all details but they either dont reply or dont resolve my problem. i want amount to be refunded back to my bank account. i tried to raise issue many times but yet after many months they dont even reply. please help me to get my money back.

I brought the lumia 540 five months back with offer with promocode LUM300 of monthly cash back 300 by adding 300 to MOBIKWIK Wallet for 12 month, but I got only 4 months(when LUM300 promocode not working they gave me Promocode LUM9Z4VPS7E isted of LUM300, its worked for 3rd and 4th month only)

when I raised Issue in 5th month they simply saying we stopped that offer.
If They are not providing why they offered me to purchase Lumia 540 Mobile.
Now to whom should i ask and Complaint about this Cheating by Mobikwik.

Tried to book ticket in IRCTC using MOBIKWIK WALLET .. The transaction was failed and no ticket b had been booked and the amount is not refunded and I tried calling the customer care but there no one is there to pick the phone .. Very bad service my invoice details[protected]

I get a code HPJF8S09L which I got with hp laptop valid for 6 month but I get cash back only for 4 months two months are left and code is shown invalid please give me new code so that I get cash back of 350 for two months please solve this problem as soon as possible

I am in debt of approximately 1000 rupees . I have recharged three times from mobikwik of 1000 rupees separately but not recieved the transfer as well as i have filed numerous complaint and tried calling customer care but no response.
kindly solve my problem asap.

Last Year in September 2015 Mobikwik Contract with Microsoft that, If anybody buy Lumia mobile OR Windows Laptop than He or She can eligible for 12 month cashback offer, that include 300 rs per month, now after 6 month its Stopped,

Now no one is receiving phone[protected], I contact with via mail "Shreya Sawhney ", and they said "we will not be able to credit any further cash backs on this offer."

Mobikwik has stopped redeeming coupan LUM300 without any info to customer. As well as 12 months of the offer are also not completed. It's simple cheating with customers.

I brought the lumia 535 with offer of monthly cash back 300 by adding 300 to mobiwik acc for 12 month but I only got four month when I ask them about in Fb chat they simply saying we stopped that offer

What kind scam this is I brought because this offer not in love with lumia phone

But being reputed companys always scam the civilians
