Dear Concern,

Greetings !

This is Sachin Goel, I would like to catch your notice towards the honey trap of companies like Mobikwik with consumers and cheating consumers with by promoting fraud campaigns.

I have bought an HP laptop in November, 2015 having serial no - 8CG5393FM2 along with that I have been given some add-on Diwali offers included Cash Back in Mobikwik Wallet with promo code - HPFSX0OPQ. I have used the code and initially for 1st 3 months (December'2015, January'2016 & February'2016) it was working fine but now when I tried using the same code in March'2016 I have been conveyed that offer has been expired.

This is completely breach of the agreements with consumers without any prior notice. To avoid such happenings in future company shall be penalized with a certain amount and consumers must be paid off the rest of the offers.

I hope I would have been able to deliver my message and expecting the positive inputs for the overall consumes.

    An amount of Rs 600 has been debited from my mobikwik account ([protected]@yahoo.com)on 22nd Feb 2016 with out my knowledge. When I contacted their CC, they told that this may be due to some technical glitch. Later they changed their word and they are not responsible for this issue. I strongly felt this is either due to some technical glitch or may be due to some wrong person in your organization or some one might have hacked your customers account.

    Note: My 600 rupees lost in the below mentioned way:
    (i) Transferred to Spice Safar Wallet on the account name of Shubham with Transaction ID: 27774012, Mon, 22 Feb 2016, 01:27:20 PM
    (And I contacted Safar wallet, they said Mobikwik has to contact them to resolve this)
    (ii) From there, AIRTEL landline number ([protected]) bill was paid with transaction ID: 27879935 Mon, 22 Feb 2016, 01:28:07 PM
    (And I contacted that Airtel number too. It belongs to Indore.)

    I have never shared my account password with any one. So, pls think once again and try rectify these kind of issues and make your wallet to be trust worthy to the customers.

      Hi,

      I brought HP laptop, there was an offer stating cash back of 2100 from mobikwik that it will credit rs 350 each month from Dec 15 to May 15 for the consumer who add money to their wallet min 350 each month during this offer period. It was working for last 3 months but when i tried add money to the wallet it says the coupon was invalid. suddenly without any information they have withdrawn the offer. when i tried reaching HP they points to Mobikwik when i contacted Mobikwik they told the offer has been closed. pointing that "MobiKwik reserves the right to change or call back the offer (offers) any time on their sole discretion." how these companies are cheating consumers, there is no monitor of these wallets. the whole company runs of public money and plays with consumers money. These wallets can run away with all our money any time pointing the same clause. so BEWARE OF MOBIKWIK AND OTHER WALLETS. iT IS BETTER NOT TO KEEP MONEY ON YOUR WALLET.

        I tried making payment to Dominos Pizzaon 12th Feb 2016 via mobikwik, mistakenly i typed a wrong mail id and i didn't ask for password but straight way directed to payment page where i made payment of Rs.952 from my IOB a/c No. ending 30529 but the money was debited twice still the purchase was unsuccessfull. Amt refernece from Dominos is - FMBK [protected] kindly help me get my refund directly to my bank account amounting Rs.1904/-(952*2)

          Mobikwik deducted cash but did not done recharge.

          Its been 2 month i am complaining about my deduction from my wallet for recharge did not happen .They do have a customer care number and email to report issues. i was able to report only thourght portal or by app help.

          i have submited 40 compains abount my deduction but they do not care and tell me check with operator. they are playing operator game to rob money from customers

          I ask mobikwik to refund my money plz check my Transaction Id: EN[protected] which recharge did not happen but deducted money.

            yesterday i booked flight ticket through make my trip and used promo code KWIKTRIP at the time of payment through my wallet but i did not receive any cashback till.

              It is a two part complaint:

              I paid the bill of my mtnl landline on 26/2/2016 of RS 1082. I had to receive a cash back of RS 50. Despite repeated assurances from complaint resolving team of mobiwik. It was not credited.

              I had availed 100 SBI freedom reward points from mobiwik. Points were credited to mobiwik account. But I didn't receive my money.

                  I am not being able to apply LUM300 code to get this promocode benefit of 300 Rupees per month for remaining 6 months.I bought new microsoft lumia 535 phone in September 2015.With this phone mobikwik had a scheme that if i install their app and add 300 Rs. to my mobikwik wallet per month and apply LUM300 code then 300 Rs. will be given to me by mobikwik in my wallet and this will happen for 12 consecutive months.From september 2015 to Feburary 2016 it happened perfectly fine but for month of March 2016 and onwards they refused to give me this benefit.I have raised complaint with mobikwik having ticket no. #4525545 with my email id [protected]@yahoo.co.in and phone no. [protected].but they refused me in this ticket that they will not provide LUM300 benefit then i reopened ticket and asked them to confirm should i move to consumer court and after that i did not got any reply from them.One more ticket in which they earlier confirmed that i will be given LUM300 benefit for 12 consecutive months is #4144525 .Please help me i will be highly thankful to you for this act of kindness.

                    I have purchased microsoft mobile phone lum 430 model under promo code redeem rs. 3600/- that purchased in october, 2015 and the scheme valid for 12 months from purchase month and redeem rs. 300/- every month for one year. In this regards i have use code lum300 for oct.&nov., 2015 then this code not use for redeem for jan. 2016. Then i do complaint to you then given me another code that worked for jan.&feb.2016.                       I have purchased Microsoft mobile phone LUM 430 model under promo code redeem Rs. 3600/- that purchased in october, 2015 and the scheme valid for 12 months from purchase month and redeem Rs. 300/- every month for one year. In this regards I have use code LUM300 for oct.&Nov., 2015 then this code not use for redeem for Jan. 2016. then I do complaint to you then given me another code LUMDNQ1TM1 that works for Jan.&Feb.2016. Now I trying to redeem that code then showing is has no longer valid. Pls. solve my problem and now what I do?

                      Till date my complaint has not resolved. This is the cheating with me and other customers because mobokwik saying it has resolved. If company saying it resolved but why not redeem promo code for this scheme for this month. The company has not contact to me in any way to resolving my problem.

                        Sir On[protected] i have made a recharge for Airtel no [protected] of RS 59.00 and O/D - SMKRWTN941863. It shows failure, till today i have not received any refund from you people, inspite of my so many calls to your executives and one of storeking executive, there is no response from anybody. I think you people are ditching for service providers like me. First of all the commission is to less and above all we are lossing our money in wallets like this one.
                        Look on to this issue and do refund my amount to my account.

                          I have added money on 25/1/2016 of rs 12000 but i got only 6000rs..the first 6000rs which is reflecting in the bank statement is not credited to wallet but debited from my account..its been over a month..pls look into this matter urgently..in jan they said that they r not credting my money becoz of kyc limit and nw they r saying ask ur bank..i hav contacted my bank and they are saying they cant help me in this..money has been transferred to the mobikwik account..pls pls help

                                Dear sir
                                In September-October 2015 Mobikwik and Microsoft start a offer in which they give a code LUM300 and use it in mobikwik add money section and add Rs 300 and get additionally Rs300 extra for the 12 months. During the period of one year you will get Rs 3600. I purchased Lumia 540 because of this offer and get this offer with LUM300 code in this i am get additionally 300 from October 2015 to February 2016 (5 Months)
                                During this period first 3 months they redeem LUM300 coupon. Jan 2016 and Feb 2016 this code is change by LUMZIFV1Y8.
                                Till now there was no problem but this month this coupon LUMZIFV1Y8 is not work alongwith LUM300 code also not work. With the code LUM300 popup come use the code which was use in Jan16 and when apply code LUMZIFV1Y8 give popup this code no longer active. Further I complain to mobikwik and they simply reply this scheme is closed so no redemption on this code.
                                I feel cheated because first they commit this offer will run for one year and after withdraw in 5 months only.
                                May please look into the matter so that I they resolve this issue

                                ALWAYS BE CAREFUL WHEN YOU TRANSACT WITH MOBIKWIK BECAUSE READ TERMS AND CONDITIONS CAREFUL BECAUSE THEY DOES NOT FOLLOW BUSINESS ETHICS.
                                Still mobikwik is not respond properly. very bad experience with mobikwik customer care.
                                Mobikeik can not withdraw a offer of cash back which it has committed to its customer since its a breach of trust and no company is allowed to hide such things in terms and conditions..
                                Your offer was the main reason to attract customer to buy Microsoft Phones for which you have given advertisement on Microsoft website and your own website.
                                So therefore Semiclosed wallet Licence of Such company should be taken away by RBI as this company is cheating customers by running such fake scheme of cashback

                                  Mobikwik has given an offer of RS.2100 wallet money on purchase of HP laptops. Customer tops-up his/her MobiKwik wallet by Rs. 350. Customer needs to enter voucher code while topping up his wallet by Rs. 350. MobiKwik will put additional Rs. 350 in customer’s wallet, so total amount in wallet will be Rs. 700. This scheme is from Dec 2015 to May 2016.

                                  I was able to redeem the promo code in the month of Dec 2015 and Jan 2016, Feb 2016.I am not able to redeem it in the month of Mar 2016 as it shows Promo Code is no longer valid. This is not the first instance of Mobikwik cheating customers in the garb of terms and conditions. It has been a part in many such frivolous complaints in the past as well. Please ensure speedy settlement of the issue and take appropriate actions against the company.

                                  Mobikwik is cheating on their customers by not providing Hp Amazing Diwali Offer

                                  The code is not working for the month of March

                                  I've used 4 times only. There should be 2 times more usage of this code
                                  I could not use the promo code for February also and complained all Mobikwik, HP and also Flipkart from where I bought the HP Notebook online, but still got no reply from HP, Mobikwik unsatisfactory reply (I got the message problem resolved) and Flipkart told me to wait till March 4, 2016 and no further reply from Flipkart yet. I think only way remains here is go to consumer court
                                  Same issue with me also, Mobikwik is now denying to pay any further cashbacks. There should be a regulatory body who can tame such Cheat companies to operate further.

                                  Amount not recharged or even refund done

                                  I have made special recharge on 23rd 6 pm but still not updated in the phone but amount went please do the recharge if it is not updated or refund the amount order id: [protected] i have attached the screen shot.

                                  electricity bill Rs. 5864 but its not paid

                                  i want to pay my electricity bill Rs. 5864 but its not paid and my balance deduct from my bank . plz clear this issue ...

                                    Same with me. They have no reason for this also. I had called the customer care number they said that it has been closed for all hp users. I said that its not fair as they had promised Rs.2100 over six months and now they have stopped this offer at 3 months only, the person said that they are sorry and this code will not work. I feel cheated.

                                      Mobikwik gave a offer with Microsoft that if any Microsoft user use mobikwik from Microsoft Windows mobile than they gave ₹300 extra per months for 12 months.They gave the offer when the user add ₹300 using the promo code LUM300.
                                      But after few months(5 months) they don't give the offer.
                                      When I asked their customer care they told that the offer was closed.
                                      How can they do this.?
                                      I bought this phone because of that cash back.
                                      Now i want the offer for the renaming 7 months.

                                        The promocode lum300 is not available for costumers who already started using this code.when i bought the phone nokia lumia 430 there was a offer of mobikwik wallet of getting 300 ruppes extra for adding 300 ruppes to your wallet every month for 1 year.i bought my phone on 13 th oct 2015.i availed the offer till february.now its showing that it is closing this offer.when they have comitted for 1 year they should give it
