Ref: ticket 4474918 - my issue is not resolved - my reveresed amount rs 355/- has been yet credit to my wallet.
My wallet balance was - rs 1575 /- and i paid my tata sky dth of rs 355 /- which got failed and i got a message that the amount has been reveresed which is yet to replicated in my wallet.
Left with no option i had to pay my tata sky dth monthly recharge again from my remaining wallet balance.
My wallet balance should be rs 1220/- whereas my current wallet balance shows rs 865/- and the amount missing is rs 355 /-. Every time i re-open the ticket your customer support just close the ticket updating rs 355 /- has been reversed and fyi the amount has been not credited to my wallet.
I called your customer support +[protected] /[protected] twice and it took me more than 5 mts to get connect to your customer care and at the end they just disconnect the call, which is really a pathetic customer service.
Kindly credit my missing rs 355/- amount to my wallet.

    Payment made using wallet amount (Rs. 818) to merchant (TRENDSUTRA) is not received by merchant though transaction id is generated (FMBK[protected]) & amount is deducted from wallet on same day (18/02/2016). When called on support No., after waiting for more than 5 mint customer care person told log online complain he do not have any access to tell the reason neither he logged the complain. When tried to log online complain error thrown & complain could not be logged.

    Please help me out to get the money back.

      I tried to add INR 2000 in my mobikwik wallet using my debit card on 21/02/2016. The money has been debited from my bank account, but the same amount has not been added in my wallet. I have registered my complain on mobikwik mobile application, and its ticket id is #4471657 at 3.55 PM on the same day. But no action has been taken yet.

      Kindy resolve the issue as early as possible by returning the money to my bank account.

        According to the advertisement, I have to buy lumia 640xl mobile phone befor nov 2015 and I can get 100% cash back evry month for 1 year from the date of purchase. I qualify every condition they mentioned. but now they say that they called off the offer. This is day light robbery, luring customers to fall for the offer and making them scape goats.

          I paid dominos through mobikwik payments but didn't recieve the cashback promised.

          There was a promo being carried on stating to use the promocode ONEPLUS and getting 20% cashback on the transaction at mobikwik. But even after applying it I didn't get the cashback.

          My order total was 352 so I should get 70.4 cashback accordingly. Please help me in this case.

          I have attached the screenshot of the offer as the proof. Please help.

            I had bought an HP laptop in October, with that I had received coupon code that would be applied a max of 6 time (1 each month) Now when I tried to apply it says the code is not valid. On writing to them they are saying they have closed it.

              I have not received the refund initiated by ask me bazaar. i have placed an order in ask me bazaar order id:AMBAL6584L_P_923398 of rs.1553 on 17/02/2016 and they have initiate a refund of rs.54 on 18/02/2016. till now i have not received the refund.i have send a email to them but they has not reply to it.i have also call the customer care .they also not given my money.i also talked with ask me bazaar and they told me that they have initiated a refund to the mobikwik wallet.

                On 15th of Feb 2016, I got a call from number [protected] and they got my card number and transfered amount Rs. 8000 from my ICICI a/c[protected] to Mobikwik, the time was 9:52am. If you have any records to which account that amount is transfered later please let me know or else I have to register a case against Mobikwik that this app has been being used for frauds

                  This is regarding the mobikwik fraud. They had came up with the offer saying that 1st 100 users per hour would get the cashback if eligible after applying the promo code LUV14.
                  I read sometweets where mobikwik customer service said that offer was only for 1st 100 user per day and not per hour. I found dtgat quite annoying and so required through DM and got same response. I sent a screenshot of offer on DM, Facebook, and even tweeted it, but they didn't respond . got same old response.
                  Just because you have become no. 1 wallet doesn't mean you cheat us. Providing us with wrong info. wont be tolerated.

                      I Paid Rs.170 for an order (order no: LTOD534878) on 19th February and Rs. 213 for another order (order no: LTOD537861) on 20th February through mobikwik wallet in biriyani paradise official website. I did not receive any cash back from MobiKwik. 20% cash back was promised for each transactions. I did not receive any.

                        I bought Lumia 435 mobile 5 months back. Mobikwik announced a offer of 300 cashback on 300rs with LUM300 coupon with Lumia mobiles for 12 months. Now the coupon is not working. When I tried to query about this, they are telling like this
                        "MobiKwik reserves the right to change or call back the offer (offers) any time on their sole discretion.Our sincere apologies for the inconvenience caused.Stay tuned for more exciting promotional offers!"

                        DONT BELIEVE MOBIKWIK
                        Now even customer care is not willing to provide any information why they changed the policy.
                        I will never user Mobikwik again for any purposes.

                            Hello Mobikwik, I have made a payment of my Landline number of Rs. 500. Transaction details as follows: Bill Payment for [protected] (airtellandline) Feb 19, 2016 2:54PM Transaction Id: RBL[protected] But The transaction is not processed yet and No any confirmation mail received yet. And I think the real issue is that I have 2 connection of Airtel in my home One is Landline and one is Broadband. and Now I found that the numer that I enter for bill payment is actually a broadband number. So what should I do now. I think the number of my Landline is not proper. So please revert back my money to my wallet . PLEASE...PLEASE...PLEASE...

                                I didn't get cashback for LUV14 till now, before i raise a ticket but they told like on or before 18th feb, you will get but till know i didn't get cashback 50 for 50 rupees recharge.when i applied that promocode, it shows promocode applied successfully.Please resolve my problem as soon as possible.

                                      Yesterday, I recharged my mtnl number with Rs500 using promo code mobimtnl, but I have not received Rs50 cash back yet. why does your app have so many issues? moreover I have not got any solution of my previous issues also. My recharge was done 3 times with Rs175 and I have got 1 GB data only. I raised support ticket, but they are not replying.

                                        Sir Before two days you told me that my transaction was failed and money will debited in bank account in next 3 to 15 business days. But it is debited in my wallet.BUt now I pay through paytm for that purpose which I want to pay this.
                                        You all cheated with me. SO, I kindly request to you all that Please refund the money in my bank account anyhow otherwise I will take the support of the consumer court.
                                        I also trying to contact you but all the time it says that hold the line and I wait around 10 to 15 minutes.After that the call has been disconnected automatically.What nonsense all these that I don't know but if you don't give my refund then It may also affect your value in customer.
