    I have made a payment of my MTNL Landline Bill of Rs. 1879, but instead of payment Mobikwik has added that money into my mobikwik account. and my MTNL bill reamined pending. and whenever i tried to pay the bill its always showing that "currently server donw, plz try after some time". Even I called to the customer care they said that you payment will be made in 24 to 48 hrs. But today it is now 4 days past, and nothing is happening there. The cheapest co. that I have seen in my life. kindly do the needful in this regard.

      Mobikwik [www.mobikwik.com] had announce to pay Rs.300 per month for 1 year to the customers who had purchased the device : Lumia 430, 535, 540, 640, 640XL, 730.

      But after paying for only 2 months this company had taken his all promises and dumped into garbage by making us fool. They are denying to give Cashback again by making changes in T&C which is absolutely a cheat.

      I don't what was deal between them and Lumia but peoples like me got cheated and we want justice.

        I bought a Lumia 640 device tempted by MOBIKWIK and Microsoft offer of Rs 300 cash back every month for 12 consecutive months. The promo code was LUM300. I got the cash back for 2 months. Then the code stopped working. When I contacted Mobikwik customer care, they told me to add Rs 300 to mobikwik wallet and they would add the cash back manually. I never got the cash back for that month. The month after that when I contacted Mobikwik over the same issue they asked me to use the code which was given in the previous month in place of LUM300. And now they have closed the offer having been said they have t&c that they have right to close the offer this t&c was not mentioned properly anywhere

          I buyed lumia 535 with Mobikwik 300 rs casback offer.When i purchase it They says you will get 300 Casback till Nov 2016.I got the casback till Jan 2016 but when i tried on Feb 2016 i got the message "Technical downtime, we will back you soon" when i add promo code.When i asked mobikwik they says Punit, offer is closed and we will not be able to credit any further cash backs on this offer.Our sincere apologies for the inconvenience caused.Stay tuned for more exciting promotional offers!             My online transaction (through SBI netbanking) to pay Act broadband bill via Mobikwik wallet had failed on 15th Jan 2016, and the amount Rs.1545 was deducted from my SBI bank account (SBI transaction reference number: IG0BHSOLL6).

            I had raised complaint with Mobikwik regarding refund of money (complaint ticket#4233930 ). However, they informed me that they didnt receive money from bank, and asked me to check with bank.

            Then I has raised complaint with SBI bank regarding this money deduction for failed transaction (SBI complaint # PT[protected]. SBI informed me that the money had been successfully paid to the merchant so wasn't refunded.

            I again followed up with mobikwik (using same complaint ticket#4233930) infoming about update from bank and asked for my money refund, but no one from mobikwik is responding since a month.

            It has been more than 40 days, and I have not got my money refunded.

            Kindly look into this issue, and help me getting my hard earn money refunded.

            As per the update received from SBI, they have provided me the transaction details which clearly shows the amount Rs.1545 was successfully paid to the merchant (Mobikwik).

When I created a ticket regarding this issue, Mobikwik just quoted one line from their terms and condition that "Mobikwik has the sole discretion to withdraw the offer at any point of time" and so they bluntly refused to deliver on their promise of giving rs 300 cash back for 12 months.                   Mobikwik is taking extra charge on booking ticket by iirctc app without my permission ..
                  I asked my query to Mobikwik help and they had registered my query as the ticket. My ticket number is 4446909.
                  After few days Mobikwik answered me that Mobikwik is taking extra amount as a TDR charges.
                  But it still not resolved as it was not not to mention at the time of booking so Mobikwik should tell me before proceeding money.

                  I know that Mobikwik is providing user much convenience but if it is taking some more amount than mentioned, it has converted its convenience to the inconvenience. so it resulted very inconvenient for me.


                  Also I am trying to call company from last month but no one is answering my call . you will surprise when you came to know that I had wasted my balance of more than rupees 300 and also I had requested Mobikwik to call me back by email but no one is replying and calling to me . I think that one of the famous website that is Mobikwik which provide recharge to others first they should recharge their own phones and then call the uses which are complaining for them and trying to call them..                   On the occasion of valentine i got a code for 20 % off on recharge or bill payment. I applied that code in my 2 transactions of bill payment and recharge and the code was successfully applied but I got refund of only one transaction of electricity but not of recharge . when I asked Mobikwik, Mobikwik replied that code is valid once per user ..

                  if it was not possible for Mobikwik to provide cash back to both transactions then why Mobikwik successfully applied same code on both transactions..

                  I also registered it as a ticket in Mobikwik help and my ticket number is 4422161.

                  Please respond my problem..

                  Sorry I forgot that offer was not to give 20% off actually it was 20% cash back..

                      I bought an HP laptop in the month of november during diwali time and at that time they were providing diwali amazing offers.

                      and the offer has following:

                      1. Additional 1 Year Onsite Warranty
                      2. MobiKwik Top-up worth Rs. 2100/-

                      MobiKwik Top-up Promo Code: HPNL43BWT

                      process to redeem mobikwik top up is follow:

                      1. Customer tops-up his/her MobiKwik wallet by Rs. 350. Customer needs to enter voucher code while topping up his wallet by Rs. 350.
                      2. MobiKwik will put additional Rs. 350 in customer’s wallet, so total amount in wallet will be Rs. 700.

                      I followed this process and this promo code was working fine for december and january, but when i tried this coupon code in february, system generates a message "technical downtime please visit after some time ".

                      I tried this for 4 days but it was not working so i contacted mobikwik team and raise a ticket with them.

                      I am really wondering how people can cheat like this first they offer the promo code in exchange of money and close it after 2-3 transactions. while it should valid for 6 transactions as provided in the T&Cs

                      Its a complete fraud these peoples are doing in the name of startup.

                      I had seen same complaints with there new scheme that come with the new lumia phones, and the coupon code is (LUM300), In that they says you need to add 300 INR to your mobikwik account and the same will be credited by them, but the same thing had happened after working for 2 months it stopped working so they provide alternative PROMO CODE for them.

                      But in my case they are clearly refusing to provide me any alternative code

                      Please do needful against such companies.

                            Ref: ticket 4474918 - my issue is not resolved - my reveresed amount rs 355/- has been yet credit to my wallet.
                            My wallet balance was - rs 1575 /- and i paid my tata sky dth of rs 355 /- which got failed and i got a message that the amount has been reveresed which is yet to replicated in my wallet.
                            Left with no option i had to pay my tata sky dth monthly recharge again from my remaining wallet balance.
                            My wallet balance should be rs 1220/- whereas my current wallet balance shows rs 865/- and the amount missing is rs 355 /-. Every time i re-open the ticket your customer support just close the ticket updating rs 355 /- has been reversed and fyi the amount has been not credited to my wallet.
                            I called your customer support +[protected] /[protected] twice and it took me more than 5 mts to get connect to your customer care and at the end they just disconnect the call, which is really a pathetic customer service.
                            Kindly credit my missing rs 355/- amount to my wallet.

                              Payment made using wallet amount (Rs. 818) to merchant (TRENDSUTRA) is not received by merchant though transaction id is generated (FMBK[protected]) & amount is deducted from wallet on same day (18/02/2016). When called on support No., after waiting for more than 5 mint customer care person told log online complain he do not have any access to tell the reason neither he logged the complain. When tried to log online complain error thrown & complain could not be logged.

                              Please help me out to get the money back.

                                I tried to add INR 2000 in my mobikwik wallet using my debit card on 21/02/2016. The money has been debited from my bank account, but the same amount has not been added in my wallet. I have registered my complain on mobikwik mobile application, and its ticket id is #4471657 at 3.55 PM on the same day. But no action has been taken yet.

                                Kindy resolve the issue as early as possible by returning the money to my bank account.

                                  According to the advertisement, I have to buy lumia 640xl mobile phone befor nov 2015 and I can get 100% cash back evry month for 1 year from the date of purchase. I qualify every condition they mentioned. but now they say that they called off the offer. This is day light robbery, luring customers to fall for the offer and making them scape goats.

                                    I paid dominos through mobikwik payments but didn't recieve the cashback promised.

                                    There was a promo being carried on stating to use the promocode ONEPLUS and getting 20% cashback on the transaction at mobikwik. But even after applying it I didn't get the cashback.

                                    My order total was 352 so I should get 70.4 cashback accordingly. Please help me in this case.

                                      I had bought an HP laptop in October, with that I had received coupon code that would be applied a max of 6 time (1 each month) Now when I tried to apply it says the code is not valid. On writing to them they are saying they have closed it.
                                      Mobikwik customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.

                                        I have not received the refund initiated by ask me bazaar. i have placed an order in ask me bazaar order id:AMBAL6584L_P_923398 of rs.1553 on 17/02/2016 and they have initiate a refund of rs.54 on 18/02/2016. till now i have not received the refund.i have send a email to them but they has not reply to it.i have also call the customer care .they also not given my money.i also talked with ask me bazaar and they told me that they have initiated a refund to the mobikwik wallet.
                                        Mobikwik customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
