      I am Microsoft Lumia 535 mobile phone user . I purchased mobile before 15th November 2015. When I purchased this phone that time running offer with Mobikwik . 300 rs cash back every month for 12 month. For get this offer user have signup with Mobikwik before November 2015 and add money in its wallet account 300 rs. Every month with debit card or credit card and get additional 300 rs cash back every month for 12 month. That mins 300*12=3600 cash back receive. The promo code use for this offer is LUM300. I did same going all well every month I get cash back 4 time till February month. But this month I use LUM300 code for cash back Mobikwik application said this code is invalid. I ask to Mobikwik support team that reply lum300 is no longer valid. Mobikwik has closed this offer. And Mobikwik has all right to close this offer.

        Kindly note on 8th of Feb 2016 I ve done transaction through IOBM But not update in wallet but debit from bank. After I ve raise many complaints but always got answer that u will get in get after 48 Hrs but still more than one moth pass my amount not credit in my bank account
        Mobiwik are cheating & doing fraud if still not added the money to back in account I will also advice my colleagues to leave the service uninstall mobiwik app

          I had purchased an HP Laptop from Flipkart in October 2015. During that time HP was running an Diwali 2015 offer under which I was eligible to receive cashback from Mobikwik for the period December 2015 to May 2016. Under the terms I had to add a minimum of Rs. 350/- to Mobikwik e-Wallet and Modikwik would give cashback of Rs. 350/- once every month during the said period. Thus I was eligible to receive Rs. 350/- * 6 = Rs. 2100/- as total cashback. I had received the cashback for 3 months (December 2015, January 2016 and February 2016). But since then Mobikwik is refusing to give me the promised cashback from March 2016. I had repeatedly contacted Mobikwik for resolution of the issue, but Mobikwik is refusing to honor the offer.

            I have purchased my microsoft lumia 540 in sept. 2015 with that i got the mobikwik offer to get 300 rs cash back on add of 300 rs (Promo code: lum300). But from last 2 months the promo code given in the offer is not working.Last month when i complain this problem new promo code(Lummu8eqwt) is given but in following month the new promo code is also not working.

              This company now a days become very worthless and the service is totally mud. I tried to pay mobile bill where the amount got deducted but they have not paid the vendor, now they are telling you need to plan to pay 5-7 days prior and we can not help you now. What a junk service is this. Instead of waiting for 5-7 days to get a payment reflect in the service provider account i can simply walk into their retail shop and pay it. Shameless technology.

                Description: I have been using MobikWik wallet quite some time. May be since an year back. However, i keep facing issues with MobikWik wallet.
                Recently, i tried to pay my Broadband (ACT Corp) bill through MobikWik on 13-Mar-2016. However, since there was no balance in my MobikWik wallet, i had to add cash using my HDFC Credit card. After passing through card authentication for 1175/- INR, transaction fails and now the amount is blocked in MobikWik. I tried to use the same amount again to re-pay, but i get the same transaction error.
                When i raised a ticket with MobikWik (Tacking number# 4600885) requesting to credit my amount back to my credit card, i got reply from the customer support is to install MobikWik app and transfer money on my own.
                Now the wonderful resolution they give is that they charge 4% on the transferring amount to my account. Which is completely deceiving customer and making out money from customer's wallet.

                Desirable Solution: In such failure transactions, money has to be credited back to the source account from where it has come. Company should not come up with such cheap tricks to make money from customers.

                  Rs 250 added in mobikwik wallet from my iobm account but it is not updated in wallet & rs 250 debit from account on 8th feb. I m regularly taking follow up customer care from almost one month & generated more than 10 complaints but still money neither credit in bank account nor in my wallet.
                  The amount already of rs 200 goes in vain in talking to customercare
                  It is very sorry to inform that mobikwik having very bad service & having worst experience

                    I have booked flight using mobikwik wallet from makemytrip and on payment option it was showing 500 Rs cashback near mobikwik button.So I made payment using mobikwik but i haven't receive cashback.On asking them they are saying that coupon is required.If any coupon is required then they should not show 500Rs cashback near button on payment page like other banks or wallet do.In other payment wallet, we do not required coupon we directly get cashback if offer is there.

                    I faced the same issue. This is a big fraud being run by the company. They show 500 cashback in the payment page along with Pay with Mobikwik.

                    Paytm and other wallet companies also run offers but no one puts cashback along with "pay with xyz wallet (500 cashback)". Now they are saying you should have used promo code.

                    Why put it alongside ur payment option when one needs to use the promo code??
                    Same issue. Very bad experience. Will never use a Mobikwallet again.

                        I opened makemytrip mobile app. tried to book flight ticket. went to payment page. I have chosen mobikwik wallet. actually I have insufficient balance at that time. i have only 7rs in mobikwik wallet. it asked please add 7877rs. total transaction amount 7884. I tried to add through hdfc credit card in mobikwik when I am in makemytrip mobile app. after added payment failed message shown. but in mobikwik wallet transaction history showing as amount credited and debited for makemytrip booking. 500rs cash back also received from mobikwik. but ticket has not been booked. amount not refunded into mobikwik wallet. many times I tried to call mobikwik customer care also. I am not getting proper response.

                            I tried to book a flight and a hotel room.

                            I have lost 5000 rs and not a single refund has been made. Lost 300 rs on payback which could have been otherwise redeemed otherwise.,

                            Customer care executives don't have a clue about how complaints are to be handled

                            they ask you to provide every single detail regarding transaction number and amount paid,

                            Customer support has entered the wrong amount plus they asked me to dictate the transaction id on phone.
                            In my entire experience with the world of online platforms I have not encountered a single experience where the customer support were so ill equipped with the something as simple as fetching information like amount transacted and respective ids.

                                I got cheated by askmebazaar.com, because mobikwik.com provided extra discount on this site. An upcoming site like mobikwik should never partner with cheating sites like askmebazaar.com

                                I placed an order ab10199997 on askmebazaar.com hoping to save 50rs compared to flipkart and amazon and realized my mistake after 10 days. Every time i called the customer care he kept asking me to wait for 10 working days to dispatch. After 10 days when i called he coolly said the order was cancelled.

                                I spent 100 rs in calling the customer care. I don't understand the business model of this company how they will survive and win customers in the long run. If they can't handle why they take orders and spend crores in advertisements with big stars. No tracking information for your orders, keep praying after placing the order.

                                Please don't waste your time in ordering /waiting and receiving some sub standard product if at all you receive your order. Buy from amazon or flipkart even if the savings is less. I am keeping my fingers crossed for my refund now.

                                  Sir, my name is Ravi Yadav. I buy Microsoft Lumia 535 smartphone when Mobikwik was giving total ₹3600 cash back on each Lumia smartphone for 12months i.e. ₹300 every month.

                                  Microsoft and Mobikwik both provide cashbacks on each smartphone.

                                  Now after 4months the Mobikwik company has failed to provide cash back and closed this offer permanently on its own Mercy.
                                  Mobikwik is a fraud comany which had played a game with Lumia users belief.

                                  When i contacted to Mobikwik they said "Mobikwik has closed this offer permanently ".

                                  Now tell me sir, what should I do?
                                  My parents are very angry on me because i made them trust about Mobikwik that it will give cash back for 12 months.

                                  Sir, please help me and resolve my problem immediately. I have big trust on you.

                                        I recharged for my tata docomo andhra mobile number [protected] with a recharge amount of RS 555 adding coupon code RAJNI which offered 15% cashback.I am not a new user & I know whether coupon is added or not.as after recharge my wallet balance was not credited with cashback I gave complain but they are telling I have not added coupon..I am not an uneducated & I am damn sure that this mobikwik is goin in a fraudulent path ..many people are facing cashback issues.if you are not able to pay cashback then dont offer & invite shame to the company which will tarnish the image of company.
