          I added money to my mobikwik account from the bank account it appeared in my mobikwik account but later it was not found in my mobikwik account the money was gone but I didn't made any recharge or transaction after adding money to my mobikwik account still though I lost my money in my mobikwik account how do I get my money back to my mobikwik account
          Mobikwik customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
          Same thing happened with me. Checked my Wallet balance (which should be 1469/-) yesterday on 29th Jan, but found it NIL. Have raised issue ticket with them but haven't got response yet. Called customer care and they are saying to wait for atleast 72 hours for the ticket response.
          So, I will will till 31st Jan and if still issue not resolved, I am going to raise complaint against them.
          Moreover, I am discovering similar cases against Mobikwik on Play Store reviews as well as this forum.

              Balance had been deducted from my account but recharge not done also balance not refunded. twice time balance deduct. my no [protected].Why? my mobile no is [protected]. also some called me and asked me my cvv no of my card. why should I tell him my cvv no. I had already mentioned my card no. so please transfer my money. If MobiKwik doing like that then I'm not using MobiKwik. very poor service.

                      I have added money in wallet two times that was 403*2=806/-, only first amount is added but the second amount that one is 403/- didn't updated in my mobikwik account till now. That was happened on 24-01-16, please check this issue and send my money back as soon as possible.

                        My transaction of 3615 rs failed on Book my show when I used Mobikwik wallet on 30th Dec., 2015. The money got debited from my bank account but were not received by BMS. Due to which my 31st night ticket was not generated and my all plans for 31st got shattered. I called Mobikwik customer care for 10-15 times. Every time they kept me on hold for 20-25 minutes and never picked up to call to listen to my complaint. Due to which I suffered a lot of mental tension as 3615 is not as small amount.
                        Then-after suddenly I got the amount of 3615 rs debited into my Mobikwik wallet on 13th January. (13 days later). And not into my bank account. Who would trust mobikwik again for any of their transaction again after suffering so much in the first one. So again I called them several times to debit the amount into my Bank account. But again no one picks up the call on their customer care number.
                        They do provide a facility to transfer money into bank account from their wallet at a cost of 20rs for each 500 rs transaction which amounts to a loss of approx 180 rs from my pocket for no fault of mine.
                        kindly help me with the matter and provide justice.

                              I have made a money transfer of Rs.2, 066 to an other Mobikwik account. Transaction was successful, but receiving Mobikwik account is credited yet. I tried to call Mobikwik customer many times, but they are not reachable. Please help me to solve this issue. Thanks!

                                My last complaint was not resolved even after Ticket ID 4066880, 4078195, 4090279, 4095072, 4120933 made.
                                Today also I tried to recharge Rs. 265 and money was deducted twice from my mobikwik account. Ticket ID 4266887.
                                Kindly see that the complaints are looked into. This kind of service brings in unnecessary harassment to the customer.

                                  I had Rs2950 in my Mobikwik account on 21st Jan 2016. That amount went down to Rs5. I did not used that amount. I did not made any transaction for that amount.

                                  I did not get any transaction alert or OTP required for making transaction in my registered mobile.

                                  When I checked the transaction history in my Mobikwik account it shows 2 transactions which I did not make. No transaction alert came to my mobile number.
                                  I have reported to Mobikwik customer Care through phone, email, Ticket ID #4256601. Immediate action required.

                                  I also ask other customers, if you want to load money in Mobikwik Wallet account for offers sake, just load small amount and use it immediately within few minutes. Don't take risk.

                                        Mobikwik an online shopping company did false promises to many of the consumers (I know personally) including me couple of month back. In this scheme they offered Microsoft Lumia phone via mobikwik and offered maximum 100% cash back (maximum 300 rupees) on any purchase through mobikwik for 12 month. I purchased a phone in this scheme on 8th/11/2015 and created an account on mobikwik. When I added 300 rupees in my account I got 100% cash back (300 rupees) on that month. However, I did not use that money and kept it in my mobikwik wallet. Unfortunately, mobikwik has disabled my account which has money and 11 month offer was remaining without any notification. It is almost 2 month since I am trying to contact them. I did not get any answer from the mobikwik till now.
