      Sir I paid my bill with k no[protected] on 27 Dec 2015 with order number bill[protected] of invoice and amount deducted .when I complaint on app replied that update take 3 to 4 day but now 9 days gone but neither my bill deposited nor I got my money back.and no reply after 31 only seen under process but my problem not solved. Kindly solve it or I will go for legal action for this cheating .kindly solve as soon as possible and give me reply also that what you are doing for this.

        Hi, I have done one transaction through Mobikwik wallet to Calvins. But the order got cancelled. But I haven't received any mesage or amount. Could you please check and let me know. I tried calling you so many times. but it is keeping in line only for 5- 10 min... it is waste of my bill only no use. not connected to CC.

          I have attempted to pay the electricity bill on 9th Nov, 2015. The amount was debited from my bank account(Transaction ID:MEDR/ZAAK EPAYMEN/266105) but it not successful. I raised a ticket( Ticket no. 3822858) for same and status is still "In Progress" from last 2 months. Also I tried contacting customer care via telephone and mails but have not received any response. Kindly revert me on [protected]@gmail.com id ASAP.

            Once customer’s claim is approved, HP will email MobiKwik voucher code to customer which is valid for 6 months. · Customer tops-up his/her MobiKwik wallet by Rs. 350. Customer needs to enter voucher code while topping up his wallet by Rs. 350. · MobiKwik will put additional Rs. 350 in customer’s wallet, so total amount in wallet will be Rs. 700. · Customer can visit bouquet of e-commerce websites and use this Rs. 700/- to make payments. · Customer needs to perform these 4 steps for 6 months and keep getting extra Rs. 350/- from MobiKwik.

              Hi, I did the electricity bill payment on 23 Dec 2015 for the BESCOM acc ID: [protected] & on 24 Dec 2015 for the Bescom Acc ID : [protected]. But it is not yet reflected in the Bescom site as i could see the amount is still due. Please let me know if these are paid to the Bescom and why i am seeing the amount as due till today. Following are the Bill payment reference numbers acc ID: [protected] - BILL[protected] Acc ID : [protected] - BILL[protected] I have already contacted the Mobikwik customer support and they asking me to contact the bescom care. Now my concern is how can we contact the bescom as we paid the money to the mobikwik and they has to resolve my issue. Thanks, Hemanath Yadav M

              Similar is my case i made the payment for my Bescom account on 14 MAR 2017, the amount has been debited from my bank a/c also the invoice is seen on Mobikwik history for 14 MAR 2017. However, this payment is not seen on BESCOM website and i can see the bill is still due for this month . I have raised the query on customer care support, still waiting for the response. I have made the payment earlier through some payment gateways, but haven't faced this scenario . Dont know if i should make the payment to BESCOM again or wait for the response for Mobikwik.
              I had made a payment to BESCOM on 12th March towards payment of electricity bill, through Mobikwik. However, the amount has not been reflected in BESCOM and they have sent a the April electricity bill adding the March bill. Summary Order # MK[protected] Date 12 Mar 2018, 09:32 PM.

              It is difficult to access mobikwik customer care. it can be accessed only through website and not by phone. the website says that the complaint is resolved without resolving it- not refunding the money or not paying become as well. Hope the e wallets are regulated and made accountable.

                A scammer transferred Rs.9, 000 to Mobikwik from my account on 30 December 2015 at around 7:30PM. He called me with the mobile number [protected]. My account is in CityBank and my credit card number is [protected]. I request you to immediately cancel all his withdrawal and also recover the amount he has spend. And refund me the amount back to my bank account.

                  I have purchased a Microsoft Lumia 535 in the moth of September 2015, as per promotional offer I was to get 300 Rupees cashback for 12 months that is 3600 Rupees cashback in total if i add 300 rupees every month into my Mobikwik wallet . This offer is also clearly given in Microsoft official website. This is the link showing that offer in Microsoft official site : https://www.microsoft.com/en-in/mobile/campaign-mobikwik-cashback/ I got the cashback only for three months that is it worked for September, October and November. From fourth month that is December when I give the code "LUM300" it says invalid coupon. I have tried number of times but same issue. All contact numbers given as Mobikwik's customer care numbers i tried, No person talks, only a recorded voice always says customer care executives are busy. No response even from the team if i submit this issue from the mobile application of Mobikwik. This is a fraud promotion by both Microsoft and MobiKwik to sell their stupid phones. I request the authorities to take action and settle the amounts for the same from the the fraud companies.

                    I have a lot of issues with mobikwik and i tried to contact to customer care a lot of times but every time i call their customer care numbers, i hear a recorded voice that all their agents are busy in attending other customers, i waited for more than 10 minutes but no one answered. i have tried their two numbers.[protected],[protected]. But no one answered the phone in any of the numbers and i was charged by my telecom service provider. Who will pay me my money which i wasted in trying to reach to customer care of mobikwik. Further i have filled.. Also create a ticket in their website customer support page but no response.

Please understand my situation my money is blocked my wallet. It says that your wallet has been blocked due to some reasons, And you have asked me to send my personal stuffs and i have done all those things and still my wallet is blocked .                                   I have recharged my airtel mobile of Rs161 for 1GB 3G Night pack but the recharge not done. The amount of Rs161 has been deducted from the wallet. Mobikwik provided the operator id for the transaction as [protected] to contact Airtel directly. Airtel confirmed me in email they don't have any details regarding this operator id. Also, over phone Airtel customer card confirmed the same. Mobikwik refused to refund my money and not even talking with Airtel at their end.

                                      I have around Rs.4500 in my mobikwik wallet, I have addded this much money to pay my electricity bills. Now whenever i try to pay my electricity bills, it redirects me to the same page and i cannot pay my bills. An offer was announced by mobikwik with BIG BAZAR, I liked it and as I cannot pay my electicity bills through my wallet, I thought it's better to use money in shopping from BIG BAZAR. I tried to pay through mobikwik at BIG BAZAR after shopping but I cannot and then the manager at BIG BAZAR told me that its not his problem, We are trying our best but the server of mobikwik is down and due to which transaction is not possible, at last I have to pay through my debit card. I have filed ticket in mobikwik but yet not got any reply, I dont know what to do, I just want to pay my electricity bills through mobikwik.

                                        I purchased lum430 window phone in Oct., 2015 and use offer promo code LUM300. This code three times successfully used for Oct. Nov. Dec. Months but now I tried for Jan. 2016 it is not redeemed. When I entered this code then respond the code is invalid. So that solve this problem because that offer is valid for 12 months.
