Mobikwik an online shopping company did false promises to many of the consumers (I know personally) including me couple of month back. In this scheme they offered Microsoft Lumia phone via mobikwik and offered maximum 100% cash back (maximum 300 rupees) on any purchase through mobikwik for 12 month. I purchased a phone in this scheme on 8th/11/2015 and created an account on mobikwik. When I added 300 rupees in my account I got 100% cash back (300 rupees) on that month. However, I did not use that money and kept it in my mobikwik wallet. Unfortunately, mobikwik has disabled my account which has money and 11 month offer was remaining without any notification. It is almost 2 month since I am trying to contact them. I did not get any answer from the mobikwik till now.

    I have made payment of 1998 in favour o[censored]GVCL on 8th january but company has not RECIVED the same


    After that I made many calls to customer support and made complaints on help

    I am tired now

    U r customer support told

    That 7 days got overed on 15th January


    Nothing is done

    Very disappointed

      I bought LUMIA 640 in Oct-Nov'2015 and as per T&C registered a new account in Mobiqwik with mail - '[protected]@hotmail.com' . For the first 2 months i.e. Nov and Dec of 2015 I was able to redeem coupon LUM300 successfully and got cashback. But in Jan'2016 when I am trying to use LUM300, it is saying that 'invalid coupon code' . But as per norms I am supposed to get this offer upto Nov'2016. I lodged Three ticket in Movikwik help( # 4206224, # 4218321, # 4256978) stating the problem, still issue has not been resolved.

      Above both complain entered wrong Mobile Model No Actual Model No Is LUMIA 640.

          They announced on promo during Pongal that is add 500 get 25 extra offer Applicable only on debit card transfer, I used my debit card only and used the promo code PONGAL, but till now they didn't give me anything.
          first ticket[protected]: I didn't get cashback, reply: you didn't use debit card - ticket closed.
          second Reopened-ticket[protected]: I used my debit card only, reply: you will get the cashback in 24 to 48 hours - ticket got closed.
          third reopend-ticket[protected]: I haven't got it yet; reply: you haven't used the promocode PONGAL -ticket got closed.

          What kind of support system they have?.

          Again they closed[protected] saying I didn't apply promo code, I applied. Frustrating even they could have said this previously after 3 times I raised the ticket now they are saying like this.

            Sir, i recharge a sum of Rs 100 in my bsnl m/ no [protected] on 20 Jan 2016 but amt not shown and today i again recharge in my reliance m/no [protected] Rs 10 but amt again not shown. So therefore i add balance in mobikwik wallet @ Rs 10 but again amt not shown and all amount debited in my ICICI bank account. Please refund or credit the above said amt in my mobikwik wallet.

                I booked movie ticket in bookmyshow website thorough mobikwik wallet on 25th Dec 2015. The amount is debited from my account but i did not get tickets confirmation. I raised a complaint in bookmyshow. They checked and told me that they have not received the amount hence ii is with mobikwik. I raised complaint # 4204135 still not resolved. Could not reach them over phone it always says busy. Its horrible experience with them.

                      on 15.01.2016 from my mobile MOBIKWIK app I requested for recharge for vodafone wifes mobile no [protected] rs.201/.selecting a plan exhibited in the app (A plan as shown by the inbuilt plan of the app). to my shock the recharge talk time was only Rs. 1.66 /Immediately I registered the complaint thru the app itself but so far no response .pl look into the issue sir.

                        I am registered with Mobikwik with e-mail: [protected]@gmail.com They are asking to fund a wallet and then issuing promo code and coupon codes to get the cash back. I have not been able to use such coupon codes online. I am not able to use the couponcode MANQ2KQBN4. It says you have already redeemed on this ID This is a ponzi scheme. It first attracts users to fund the wallet and issues unusable coupon code. The money remains in the wallet with MobiKwik. My wife also has account with Mobikwik Wallet. She is also not able to redeem the coupon. Earlier queries are also unresolved. Issues raised with them are not resolved in timely manner. there can be only two issues active at any time. This restricts me filing any more issues with them. This is exactly one of the reason I have to write you.

On calling up at your customer care nos, the calls are never answered.                                 Mobikwik and Microsoft Lumia advertised an offer where in buyer of Lumia phone would be eligible for Rs3600/- cashback (Rs.300/- per month) using LUM300 code. As per the offer, buyer need to register on Mobikwik before 15 November 2015, and add Rs300/- to Mobikwik account using promocode "lum300"code to get a cashback of Rs.300/-. The link with offer detail is: https://www.microsoft.com/en-in/mobile/campaign-mobikwik-cashback/ Myself and my wife bought two Lumia phones during this offer period, in October 2015 and registered with Mobikwik for availing the Lumia (LUM300) offer. We both husband & wife availed the offer for first three months, October, November and December 2015. Both our Mobikwik wallets have our money (which we added to avail the offer) plus the cashback provided by Mobikwik as part of offer. The problem I noticed in Mid December while trying to make my electricity bill payment using Mobikwik wallet, I found my Mobikwik wallet has been blocked with a message saying “ account disabled due to suspicious activity. Contact [protected]@mobikwik for reactivation". I checked and found my wife's account is also blocked. I contacted Mobikwik and was told to provide photo id card, address proof and bank statement showing Mobikwik transactions . I duly provided Photo Id card, Voter id card and Bank statement. However, no response came from Mobikwik and our accounts (wallets) with our money remained blocked. After several attempt and several days I came to know from the Mobikwik Customer support on twitter, that both our accounts are blocked as same credit card has been used in both accounts. I was told that I have violated one condition of the offer which reads: "Offer can be redeemed only once per user, per month, per card and is applicable for the "Add Money" payment done during the offer period on MobiKwik App Only" I submitted that its an oversight on our part and out of sheer ignorance my wife has used my credit card on her Mobikwik wallet account. I contended that since the offer says its once per card, Mobikwik at first place should not have allowed the offer to be availed twice on the same card. However, I submitted that if Mobikwik wishes, it may revert back the cashback it has credited as part of offer, from one of the account as Cashbacks are not utilised by any o[censored]s. My contention is, since none o[censored]s (me and my wife) indulged in any illegal, fraudulent activity, nor violated any T&C of Mobikwik wallet, our wallets should not have been blocked. Mobikwik can at best deny/forfeit/revert the offer benefit (cashback) from any one of our accounts, for the month in which same card was used in both account. I have already provided documents supporting my identity and credentials, and willing to provide further proof that we husband and wife have bought two Lumia phones and categorically stating once again that neither we have done any illegal, fraudulent activity nor violated any T&C of Mobikwik wallet to be blocked out. It may please be kept in mind that both our wallets have our hard earned money. Therefore, I request you to kindly take up the issue with Mobikwik and help in unblocking our accounts.

                                  I Booked the tickets on 18th Dec on BMS(Book My Show) with Mobikwik with Rs 423.52, but the ticket was not confirmed from BMS. After I raise the ticket and call to there worst customer service. It taking 20-25 min to answer the call by there officer. They told me that we will resolved the query within 4-5 days. After that I checked the status on 2 Jan that is resolved but still my payment was not refunded. Again I called to customer service with waiting 15-20 mins. After they escalate the issue and told me it will take 48 hrs. I told them what was the issue they told that the issue with merchant. On monday again I called for status but it was still pending. They escalate this issue only but not taking any action.
                                  The worst worst customer service I ever seen. Don't use the Mobikwik.
