I wanted to add 490 rupees on 06/01/2015 to my MobiKwik wallet, the process was unsuccessful. Whereas the amount was deducted from my bank account but it wasn't added in my wallet. The customer care number is always busy, they do not have an email to register complain. I have raised the tickets which are-#4157642 and #4152143...

Dear Mobikwik Team Pls note the complaints against the showing coupon code invalid. Our Microsoft mobile is registered and we have checked from Microsoft company and they have resolve the same and now issue from your side. I am using the promo code-LUM300 which is showing invalid. Hi, I have added an amount of Rs.1000 to my wallet on December 25, 2015. My wallet showed an amount of Rs.1053 on that day. But when I was using it on jan 2, 2016 I observed that my wallet balance was Rs.21 only without making any transactions. The history showed my money as added and not spent, but it is missing from my wallet. Please forward my issue....

I used mobikwik wallet to book movie tickets from bookmyshow on 05/12/2015.
