    Mobikwik — Money was debited from my account but not updated in the wallet on Jan 7, 2016 Money was debited from (Union Bank Of India)my account but my wallet is empty Amount is 500 Email: [protected]@gmail.com mobikwik complain id-4160373 My bank was sms me this- ( Your DigiPurse wallet 4607 XXXX XXXX 7393 is debited by INR 500.0 on Thu Jan 07 16:22:21 IST 2016. Info: POS Purchase/[protected]/ Mobile No. [protected].

    But my transaction was done by union bank of india digipurse prepaid card.so my money I should take on my prepaid card.please as soon as possible return my money
    Mobikwik is a fully cheater company, who also want to cheat customer.so many complain was related for money debited but wallet is empty.because the server Mobikwik used for cheating this are also stopped or no response.. it's totally for cheat purposes...
    Money is debited from bank account but not updated in Wallet..
    I want it back immediately...
    Mobokwik is cheated on me.👮

          My Account is Blocked.
          i send documents to Mobikwik email id: [protected]@mobikwik.com ON 7 Dec 2015. Still Account is not Activated. No one Receive call on support center and no one reply my email. I am Customer with Lumia Offer and now i missed my last month Offer of deposite 300rs in account due to Disable account.
          Mobikwik customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.

          Because i enter wrong email id on sign up. Also mobikwik does not change my email id.

Our Microsoft mobile is registered and we have checked from Microsoft company and they have resolve the same and now issue from your side. I am using the promo code-LUM300 which is showing invalid. Our offer is that adding INR 300 we will get INR 300 more from Mobikwik. I am trying the customer care no.[protected] which always engaged.                 FRIENDS In the month of November'2015 I paid my landline bill (MTNL Delhi) through mobikwik wallet. An amount of Rs 1020/- was deducted by Mobikwik but the same was not credited to MTNL Account. I had to pay the amount again to the MTNL and suffered a loss of Rs 1020/- I wrote many times to customer care of MTNL but their customer care is worst. every time they will reply "your complaint is resolved" mwithout resolving the complaint. suggest me friends what should I do?

                  I wanted to add 490 rupees on 06/01/2015 to my MobiKwik wallet, the process was unsuccessful. Whereas the amount was deducted from my bank account but it wasn't added in my wallet. The customer care number is always busy, they do not have an email to register complain. I have raised the tickets which are-#4157642 and #4152143

                  It happened naturally, still ticket in progress :D good work Mobikwiki, but definitely I won't prefer this 3rd party again for recharge.

                              Hi, I have added an amount of Rs.1000 to my wallet on December 25, 2015. My wallet showed an amount of Rs.1053 on that day. But when I was using it on jan 2, 2016 I observed that my wallet balance was Rs.21 only without making any transactions. The history showed my money as added and not spent, but it is missing from my wallet. Please forward my issue.

                                I have purchased Microsoft lumia 540 in the month of October . So I have successfully availed LUM300 offer in the last three months but when now I am trying to apply it is showing invalid code. So I talked to your executive & he said that you have created two accounts from your device but in terms & conditions of that offer it was not mentioned that I can't create any more account & I have created but I have not used it & I have purchased this phone because of this offer only. So please understand & help me. Thank you

                                  I added rs 1000 from my credit card to my mobiwik account...money is deducted from my credit card but mobiwik showed transaction failed...plz make note of it nd stop giving such headache to ur customers...its really very irritating...free charge is better nd responsible...i wll reconsider my decision to go with mobiwik

                                      I used mobikwik wallet to book movie tickets from bookmyshow on 05/12/2015. Amount Rs. 365.70 was deducted from my bank account but at last stage it showed transaction error and try again. and I have a confirmation mail from bookmyshow also that transaction has failed and book tickets again. Its been 1 month and still I have not received my Rs 365.70 in my bank account or in mobikwik wallet. I have been complaining on company's help foram and i have also called the customer care three times still I have not received any proper responce. Its been 1month. email id: [protected]@gmail.com
