I paid the land-line bills of Mtnl on 25 dec 2015 with no.s 27025862, 27015993, 27024662. Since the last date of payment was 4 Jan 2016, I got slapped with a fine of Rs. 10 each (total of Rs. 30). The bill is still pending (you can view it even at your site or app). And after repeatedly contacting the customer care I haven't been provided with a solution yet. Now I urge you to escalate this to some senior executive who can handle this. My email id is gaurav.bhatia.[protected]@gmail.com

    My wallet has be debited in name of the shop and the order was also placed but due to unavailibilty of the product the cancelled the order.Mobikwik did not refund the found and rather it says that payment was unsuccessful.Thet dont even respond o mails in time.

      I bought LUMIA 540 in Nov'2015 and as per T&C registered a new account in Mobiqwik with mail - 'amitash.[protected]@outlook.com' . For the first 2 months i.e. Nov and Dec of 2015 I was able to redeem coupon LUM300 successfully and got cashback. But in Jan'2016 when I am trying to use LUM300, it is saying that 'invalid coupon code' . But as per norms I am supposed to get this offer upto Oct'2016. I lodged two ticket in Movikwik help( #4154674, #4184448) stating the problem, still issue has not been resolved.

          Hi this is Dr.Arunkumar using mobikwik for mobile bill payments and recharge etc. On 29/12 2015 my account was blocked and for the same I bhave emailed them so money time and also called customer service support for 3 to 4 times and everybody time they told me that the account would be activate within 72 hour but till time it was not activated and there was 1660 rupees was blocked I cannot use it for mobile recharging and bill payment and as I am a Doctor I don't have time to call them so frequently even I tied my best but at last I bhave to knock on your door please do needful as ealry as possible.             i want to add money in my wallet after applying my promo - code which offer is received by me at the time of purchased my phone microsoft lumia 540. but it always showed me the coupan is invalied this month. but before this month i used the promo code which was provided me.Now this month it does not work..kindly resolve my problem as early as possible...

              I was purchased Lumia 535, there is one year offered 300 cash back, But now m not able to redeem last month I have not redeem this benefit, earlier i have trying so many time to call customer care no but always long waiting no one resave call, always one replayed all executive are busy pls wait, Pls check and resolve on high priority.                   I do have mobikwik wallet with [protected]@rediffmail.com I have seen un initiated transfer of 200 to [protected]@gmail.com on 7th Jan 2015. I have tried plenty of time to mobikwik but the don't revert to my complain . Nether this [protected]@gmail. com is known to me as well as he has declined to return the amount. Company till date has not reverted.

                    On 6th jan 2015 I added Rs 5000 to mobikwik wallet but now I urgent need that money and I am requesting for returning my money back to my bank account but after requesting again and again since last 4 days mobikwik is not taking any action even not replying me. So please say mobikwik to refund my money to my bank account.

                      I wanted to add 350 rupees along with a promocode worth 350 on 07/01/2015 to my MobiKwik wallet, the process was unsuccessful. Whereas the money was deducted from my bank account but it wasn't added in my wallet. The customer care number is always busy, they do not have an email to register complain. I have raised the tickets which are-#4162993 and #4168427.

                              But my transaction was done by union bank of india digipurse prepaid card.so my money I should take on my prepaid card.please as soon as possible return my money
                              Mobikwik is a fully cheater company, who also want to cheat customer.so many complain was related for money debited but wallet is empty.because the server Mobikwik used for cheating this are also stopped or no response.. it's totally for cheat purposes...
                              Money is debited from bank account but not updated in Wallet..
                              I want it back immediately...
                              Mobokwik is cheated on me.👮

No one Receive call on support center and no one reply my email. I am Customer with Lumia Offer and now i missed my last month Offer of deposite 300rs in account due to Disable account.
