I wanted to add 490 rupees on 06/01/2015 to my MobiKwik wallet, the process was unsuccessful. Whereas the amount was deducted from my bank account but it wasn't added in my wallet.
The customer care number is always busy, they do not have an email to register complain. I have raised the tickets which are-#4157642 and #4152143

Complaint marked as Resolved It happened naturally, still ticket in progress :D good work Mobikwiki, but definitely I won't prefer this 3rd party again for recharge.
