I have a lot of issues with mobikwik and i tried to contact to customer care a lot of times but every time i call their customer care numbers, i hear a recorded voice that all their agents are busy in attending other customers, i waited for more than 10 minutes but no one answered. i have tried their two numbers.[protected],[protected]. But no one answered the phone in any of the numbers and i was charged by my telecom service provider....

Hi, For past one month i have been trying calling your customer care number and non of them are picking up the call. Please understand my situation my money is blocked my wallet. I have recharged my airtel mobile of Rs161 for 1GB 3G Night pack but the recharge not done. The amount of Rs161 has been deducted from the wallet. Mobikwik provided the operator id for the transaction as [protected] to contact Airtel directly. Airtel confirmed me in email they don't have any details regarding this operator id.
