have purchased a Microsoft Lumia 540 in the moth of August 2015, as per promotional offer I was to get 300 Rupees cashback for 12 months that is 3600 Rupees cashback in total if i add 300 rupees every month into my Mobikwik wallet . This offer is also clearly given in Microsoft official website. This is the link showing that offer in Microsoft official site : https://www.microsoft.com/en-in/mobile/campaign-mobikwik-cashback/ I got the cashback only for three months that is it worked for august. September, October and November. From fifith month that is December when I give the code "LUM300" it says... Coupon code not valid or Coupon balance not sufficient..so please help..My Mail id ..     As from 9 th oct. 2015, I bougth a Microsoft Windows Lumia 430 Dual sim phone on offer of cashback of rs 3600 as committed by Mobikwik and microsoft. But, After 2 months they have not responding over mails and calls when I has been trying for cashback which I didn't get since november 2015. I sent trails of mails to both of the organizations, but they didn't respond.

      On[protected] when i was tried to add money to wallet on Mobikwik, money debited from my SBI A/C [protected] at 6.00pm. Rs. 300/- on 2-1-2016 Payment transaction No. INB SBI EPAY[protected]IG0BFWZPS7 but the amount didn't transferred to my wallet in "Mobikwik". I was made a compliant through customer support in Mobikwik, Ticket No. #4127516, #4135265. but they were not responded yet. Please refund my amount to my bank at earliest.

          On 25 th Dec I made a transfer of 1000 rs to mibikwik but it got debited from my bank account but still not credited to mibikwik wallet. I made complaint so many time in thier help section and till now I have not got 1000 rs which got debited from my account.please resolve

                I have added Rs. 1100 to mobikwik account. it has been deducted from my bank account but didn't added in my mobikwik wallet. i have tried many times to contact mobikwik on their many contacts no. bt they all response to busy. please refund my amount to my bank account.

                    I had done transaction through mobikwik wallet to jabong.com but unfortunately my order got cancelled and the refund had been initiate from jabong .com after but it is not reflected in my mobikwik wallet so I raised a complaint regarding this issue they told me your monthly limit exhausted & will be reflect on 1st of next month but today is the 5th day of next month but money is not yet credited into my wallet and they are now not at all responding to my raised complaint and their customers care number is also not working whenever I call them they recorded message told our executive are busy they will answer your call shortly, this is the worst services I have seen online I'm fed up of this but they are not at all responding.

                      I have booked OYO rooms one room on 25th November 2015 through Mobikwik payment gateway, booking no. OAQW6852. That booking was cancelled on next day. After continues follow up, OYO has refund my amount to Mobikwik on 24th December 2015 by transaction ID XHBAFL50VOQSX17RA5DNBG76 But still I cant receive that amount in my mobikwik wallet.

                          All of a sudden my account got blocked by Mobikwik. How can they lock my account when there is still balance money of Rs. 600/- without any notification or alert me? When I tried to login to my account yesterday got the message "Account is locked". My mail id "p.[protected]@hotmail.com". I have done lot of transaction with this account. What the hell is going on. I need to proof why my account is blocked and need my money back to my account (to my bank)

From fourth month that is December when I give the code "LUM300" it says invalid coupon. I have tried number of times but same issue. All contact numbers given as Mobikwik's customer care numbers i tried, No person talks, only a recorded voice always says customer care executives are busy. No response even from the team if i submit this issue from the mobile application of Mobikwik. This is a fraud promotion by both Microsoft and MobiKwik to sell their stupid phones. I request the authorities to take action and settle the amounts for the same from the the fraud companies.

                                My account with mobile no.[protected] was locked as someone hacked my account. How can you lock as I still have some balances left in my account. Who gives you authority to take public money?

                                Company did nothing to resolve my issue.My account is still locked..Someone hacked my account, instead of blocking the hackers account they locked my account. Looks like the hacker is their own alibi

                                        I have mobikwik account mentioned below:- www.anil.nawani.[protected]@gmail.com / mobile no.[protected] Anil.[protected]@yahoo.com . I have purchased Nokia Lumia mobile phone in month of Nov 15.As I don't know how to create I'd . I have told my frnd to make my ID and so he created the ID.he wrote www.anil.nawani.[protected]@gmai.com instead of writing it as Anil.nawani.[protected]@gmail.com. So I have it rectify in next month but has been blocked by using double account. I am completely unaware that not to access more than one account from one device.And mobikwik administrators never ever warn me for not to access more than one account . I would request you to kindly unblock my mobikwik wallet account and I declare u that further I am never use device for two accounts . As I was doing all necessary payment through mobikwik by adding extra money through credit card. Pls don't loose your customer by blocking. Thax
