Hi Mobikwik,

A scammer transferred Rs.9, 000 to Mobikwik from my account on 30 December 2015 at around 7:30PM. He called me with the mobile number [protected]. My account is in CityBank and my credit card number is [protected]. I request you to immediately cancel all his withdrawal and also recover the amount he has spend. And refund me the amount back to my bank account.

I have purchased a Microsoft Lumia 535 in the moth of September 2015, as per promotional offer I was to get 300 Rupees cashback for 12 months that is 3600 Rupees cashback in total if i add 300 rupees every month into my Mobikwik wallet . This offer is also clearly given in Microsoft official website. This is the link showing that offer in Microsoft official site : https://www.microsoft.com/en-in/mobile/campaign-mobikwik-cashback/ I got the cashback only for three months that is it worked for September, October and November. From fourth month that is December when I give the code "LUM300" it says invalid coupon. I have tried number of times but same issue. All contact numbers given as Mobikwik's customer care numbers i tried, No person talks, only a recorded voice always says customer care executives are busy. No response even from the team if i submit this issue from the mobile application of Mobikwik. This is a fraud promotion by both Microsoft and MobiKwik to sell their stupid phones. I request the authorities to take action and settle the amounts for the same from the the fraud companies.

I have a lot of issues with mobikwik and i tried to contact to customer care a lot of times but every time i call their customer care numbers, i hear a recorded voice that all their agents are busy in attending other customers, i waited for more than 10 minutes but no one answered. i have tried their two numbers.[protected],[protected]. But no one answered the phone in any of the numbers and i was charged by my telecom service provider. Who will pay me my money which i wasted in trying to reach to customer care of mobikwik. Further i have filled.. Also create a ticket in their website customer support page but no response.

Dear Sir, as per my experience your sites ( mobikwik is very worst because of i am not pay my DGVCL Bill without any cashback or we have already enough amount in my wallet for payment . no any contact of your officer for discussion .

Hi, For past one month i have been trying calling your customer care number and non of them are picking up the call. Please understand my situation my money is blocked my wallet. It says that your wallet has been blocked due to some reasons, And you have asked me to send my personal stuffs and i have done all those things and still my wallet is blocked . I'm using MICROSOFT LUMIA 535. As per mobikwik microsoft delight offer's terms & condition, my signup & redeempion platform are same & i created account before 15th november as per terms, but when i apply promo code "LUM300" it shows invalid. What to do now?

I hav purchase a hp laptop and got a mobikwik cashback primocode for 6 months . first time i used it sucussfuly on dec14 2015 but after that they blocked it . when i complained it they are giving silly reasons.

I have recharged my airtel mobile of Rs161 for 1GB 3G Night pack but the recharge not done. The amount of Rs161 has been deducted from the wallet. Mobikwik provided the operator id for the transaction as [protected] to contact Airtel directly. Airtel confirmed me in email they don't have any details regarding this operator id. Also, over phone Airtel customer card confirmed the same. Mobikwik refused to refund my money and not even talking with Airtel at their end.

I have around Rs.4500 in my mobikwik wallet, I have addded this much money to pay my electricity bills. Now whenever i try to pay my electricity bills, it redirects me to the same page and i cannot pay my bills. An offer was announced by mobikwik with BIG BAZAR, I liked it and as I cannot pay my electicity bills through my wallet, I thought it's better to use money in shopping from BIG BAZAR. I tried to pay through mobikwik at BIG BAZAR after shopping but I cannot and then the manager at BIG BAZAR told me that its not his problem, We are trying our best but the server of mobikwik is down and due to which transaction is not possible, at last I have to pay through my debit card. I have filed ticket in mobikwik but yet not got any reply, I dont know what to do, I just want to pay my electricity bills through mobikwik.

I purchased lum430 window phone in Oct., 2015 and use offer promo code LUM300. This code three times successfully used for Oct. Nov. Dec. Months but now I tried for Jan. 2016 it is not redeemed. When I entered this code then respond the code is invalid. So that solve this problem because that offer is valid for 12 months.

I purchased lumia 540 smartphone but with this phone i have one scheme that if i register with this phone on mobikwik application, than i will get cashback 300 rupee every month on adding 300 or more money in mobikwik wallet for 12 month. i did same thing and got cashback 300 for first month, but than after they are refusing to give cashback with some invalid reason. and not giving proper reason. Hii i have booked train tickets from irctc app through mobikwik account that i have and the tickets were cancelled and irctc refunded the money to mobikwik and the mobikwik did not the credit the money to my account and my mobikwik id is:[protected]@gmail.com and my mobile no is[protected]

I have purchased a microsoft mobile phone (Model: Lumia 535) by considering the promotion offer by microsoft which is tie up with mobikwik. the offer was to buy a new microsoft mobile phone and install a mobikwik app following register before 15 Nov. 2015 and add INR 300 and get INR 300 back everymonth. I did so and get payback the same by two month but after two month mobikwik suddenly locked my wallet and I logged complain against it but they did not reply while they were saying your complain will have been resolved in 48 hr but they did not in 48hr.
