I have bought lumia 730 mobile. I have used the code 'LUM300' and availed 300 extra cash offer as promised. but am not able to use the promo of 300 cashback for 12 months which is the gievn offer for 12 months. instead of 12 months i used it only for one month and now its saying insufficeint balance for coupon....

My ticket id is 4006120.Actually i have raised this issue because i am unable to use LUM300 from my windows phone 535 so mobikwik customer support has said me that there is a technical problem with this code.So u can add 300 and plz reopen this ticket.We will manually add 300 for u .But from the last 12-13 days i have not received any reply.If strict action is not taken then mobikwik meet me in court...

Hi Mobikwik, I was trying to recharge a number [protected] but it was not able to recharge, showing some temporary issue going on. So I recharged same number from Freecharge and the transaction was successfully completed. But later on when I checked my mobikwik wallet money was deducted from my wallet for Rs 120. Tomorrow morning as i transferred r.500 rupees from mobikwk wallet to my SBI a/c but still the amount has not transferred and showing pending status.I am also complain to the company and issue a Ticket no.4068330 but still now the money was not refunded in my wallet. this kind of customer service not at all acceptable.
