Hi I am using LUMIA 640 XL and trying to use coupon LUM300, but is showing invalid coupon code.Please note I used this code in november2015 and its working fine and its an offer for 1 year. But I am not able to use it.Please help, I tried mobikwik toll free number for more than a week but no answers. I send mail to mobikwik and I got two replies that are contradictory. The very first reply is they told me you signed it on jan2015 for which I replied that I purchase this phone on nov2015 then they revert me mail saying I signed it from desktop please note If I signed up from desktop then I am not able to avail this on first time applying this coupon.Please note both the replies which says all.I have gone to store too for the same and from there I find this complain is too common, please do some needful. Yes, Neha you are right ye Mobikwik bht bada chor hai, Hey Mobikwik i[censored] don't have money so why do you give offer to innocent Consumer, I requested to Consumer forum Please take action against this company, Please cancel the license of this company immediately. @Neha you are not only one customer who is suffering the problems, there thousands of customer which have the same problems, I have also contact to store where i have bought the same phone he is telling that thousand of customer suffering form the same problems... This is India Yahan par kch bhi nahi hoga yahan ka system hi kch aisa hai. here the common man is suffering from many problems.
I am facing same issue. They are cheating consumers. We need to file complaint in court for fraud and causing inconvenience. There should be police complaint also regarding the same.

    There was a mobikwik offer running on Microsoft Lumia phones as per which there was a cash back of 3600 rs to be given for LUMIA 535 phones bought before 15th Nov 2015. We had bought two Lumia 535 phones for my wife and brother (both bought after 8/8/2015) online due to this offier and they were able to redeem the coupon for only 4 months (Aug to Nov) on first registered primary number ([protected]) and 2 months (Oct & Nov) on the second ([protected]). Initially we got error message “Invalid coupon code” and now we are getting a different error message saying “Coupon Balance is Insufficient” I have raised 3 tickets and opened the last ticket I raised[protected] multiple times for non satisfactory response, for which I always get a copy pasted blanket reply given below without even understanding the issue. – “We understand you are unable to redeem LUM300 promo code. We apologize for the inconvenience. This is to inform you that this promo code is only for new users who have registered with us after 8/8/15. Moreover, signup platform should be windows app. Thank you for being a valued MobiKwik customer.” I have even spoken to their customer care number [protected] 3 times – 1st time with Abhishek Singh on 21st Dec and then with Ayush Gupta on 26th Dec and again on 28th Dec with Ayush Gupta, who promised that the issue will be escalated to back end and I would get a resolution in 48 hours. However till date there is no solution given. Being a trusted brand like Microsoft and Mobikwik, I had bought the phone believing the offer and now we are feeling cheated. Can you please help us. Details are given below. Numbers registered with Mobikwik which are not able to redeem the offer - [protected] and [protected]. Ticket number raised with mobikwik - 4028567.

          The promo code that I have been provided at the time of purchase of Windows phone handset has stopped working. The scheme is that on the recharge of ₹300 every month in my mobikwik wallet, I will get the cash back of ₹300 in the wallet itself therefore making the ultimate balance in the wallet ₹600 till 12 months. Promo code - LUM300 Date of purchase-23 October 15 I just had used it twice. First time on 23rd Oct. Second time on 14 Nov. Now when I enter the promo code, wallet states that promo code is invalid.

                I ordered something from big basket and used mobikwik to do the payment. The transaction got failed and the amount got deducted from my mobikwik wallet. The fun part is there is no transaction history of that amount in the mobikwik wallet.

                  I have bought lumia 730 mobile. I have used the code 'LUM300' and availed 300 extra cash offer as promised. but am not able to use the promo of 300 cashback for 12 months which is the gievn offer for 12 months. instead of 12 months i used it only for one month and now its saying insufficeint balance for coupon.

                    My ticket id is 4006120.Actually i have raised this issue because i am unable to use LUM300 from my windows phone 535 so mobikwik customer support has said me that there is a technical problem with this code.So u can add 300 and plz reopen this ticket.We will manually add 300 for u .But from the last 12-13 days i have not received any reply.If strict action is not taken then mobikwik meet me in court

                          Hi, I had added an amount of rs 2000 on 7th december 2015, and at that time i had applied a promo code as well which was amounted for rs 175 cashback, which was supposed to get added in my mobikwik wallet. But it has not been added and for this I had raised a several request to mobikwik but still no response received from mobikwik and my queries is still on hold by them.                             Hi Mobikwik, I was trying to recharge a number [protected] but it was not able to recharge, showing some temporary issue going on. So I recharged same number from Freecharge and the transaction was successfully completed. But later on when I checked my mobikwik wallet money was deducted from my wallet for Rs 120. Same happens in the case of other no. [protected]. The transaction was showing some temporary issues going on so I recharged again from mobikwik. But it later on completed and when I checked my mobikwik wallet an amount of 46 rs extra was deducted for same no. So I request you to kindly refund my money for Rs 166 which was deducted from my mobikwik wallet due to your server issue. Thanks & Regards Manoj Gupta

                                        सर मेरी mobikwik ID farhan[protected]@gmail.com है और माेबाइल नमबर [protected] है company ने मेरी mobikwik ID पर loked लगा दिया है और document submit karne के लिये लिखा हुआ आ रहा है जबकि company ने पहले भी मरी ID पर loked लगा दिया था फिर document sumbit करने के कुछ दिन बाद मेरा loked खुल गया था ताे कया company बार-बार document मांगती रहेगी इसलिये आप मदद करे or मेरी wallet ID का loked खुलवाये आपकी महरबानी हाेगी or में अपने documents submit कर रहा हूं आप जलदी से मेरा loked खाेले
