I have purchased a microsoft mobile phone (Model: Lumia 535) by considering the promotion offer by microsoft which is tie up with mobikwik. the offer was to buy a new microsoft mobile phone and install a mobikwik app following register before 15 Nov. 2015 and add INR 300 and get INR 300 back everymonth. I did so and get payback the same by two month but after two month mobikwik suddenly locked my wallet and I logged complain against it but they did not reply while they were saying your complain will have been resolved in 48 hr but they did not in 48hr. I did so and get payback the same by two month but after two month mobikwik suddenly locked my wallet and say that they have find some suspicious activity on my wallet, for reactivation they had say to write to [protected]@mobikwik.com. i written two times to the [protected]@mobikwik.com but there is no response from company side. Now its more than one month has passed and they did not reactivate my wallet which contain some money also. it is a kind of mental harassment i am going through as i am not gettting my expected payback and my current balance is also locked. I request you to take the appropriate action as soon as possible. Being a student i do not have any constant financial support and i was expecting to use the amount for my education.       I would want to register a complaint against my fraud credit card payment of 4900/-dates on 30-Dec-2015. I would like to escalate this matter to the higher authorities as this is a serious issue. Someone has used my credit card details to make the payment of 4900/-. And I am Also Trying to get in touch with the customer care no which is given on the website but not able to patch the call to any call attandent. Pls take this as a serious issue and kindly look in to this matter. I have already logged a complaint and done the FIR. Pls tell me the procedure what shall I do now. I need my money back and I m sorry to say that the customer support is the worst I have ever came across.

        I complained regarding coupon code LUM300 but mobikwik team blocked my id instead of solve my problem. I am an employee in a Company DICITEX FURNISHING LTD.here is above 50 users of mobikwik, some of them are my close friends.So sometimes we checked our mobikwik account with my frainds device due to unavailable network connection or 2g speed in our device which is unable to open mobikwik in my area.so I want to clear that i am using only one id and one device and we are seprate users So i am 100% eligable for the offer as/terms and condition. I am also sending an attachment of my PAN card copy for your refrence. So Kindly i request you to re-activation my mobikwik account and continue my offer soon. Thanks Mahesh

          I purchased lumia 635 smartphone from AMZON.in but with this phone i have one scheme that if i register with this phone on mobikwik application, than i will get cashback 300 rupee every month on adding 300 or more money in mobikwik wallet for 12 month. i did same thing and got cashback 300 for first month, but than after they are refusing to give cashback with some invalid reason. and not giving proper reason.
          Mobikwik customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
          my ticket number in mobikwik #4004182 and #3990285 has not been resolved yet.

              I have buy a Lumia 535 on 10/11/2015 and I got cash back offer of ₹3600 by applying promo code LUM300 and on first month (Nov) I get 300 cash back but after that month I am not able to get my cash back and I call mobikwik customer many time and on 29 my complain is registered for code 4096500 but I not able to get cash back after that.                 There was a mobikwik offer running on Microsoft Lumia phones as per which there was a cash back of 3600 rs to be given for LUMIA 535 phones bought before 15th Nov 2015. I want to complain about mobikwik not honouring this offer starting September 2015. We had bought one Lumia 535 phone for my daughter due to this offer and they were able to redeem the coupon for only 3 months (Sep to Nov) on first registered primary number ([protected]) . Initially we got error message “Invalid coupon code” and now we are getting a different error message saying “Coupon Balance is Insufficient” I have raised 3 tickets and opened the last ticket I raised[protected] multiple times for non satisfactory response, for which I always get a copy pasted blanket reply given below without even understanding the issue. – “We understand you are unable to redeem LUM300 promo code. We apologize for the inconvenience. This is to inform you that this promo code is only for new users who have registered with us after 8/8/15. Moreover, signup platform should be windows app. Thank you for being a valued MobiKwik customer.” I have even spoken to their customer care number [protected] almost on daily. It is pertinent to mention that we hardly get through customer care number because all the customer care numbers are always remained busy and even if we manged to speak with customer care representative, they always promised that the issue will be escalated to back end and I would get a resolution in 48 hours. However till date there is no solution given. Being a trusted brand like Microsoft and Mobikwik, I had bought the phone believing the offer and now we are feeling cheated. Can you please help us.                       I purchased Microsoft Lumia 540 then segment offer 3600 cash back offer in 12 month November months received 300 cash back but December month. Not received error coupon balance is not sufficient please check and immediately revert my email id & contact no.[protected]

                        I Purchased a LUMIA 540 mobile and that time Mobikwik was giving an offer of providing extra cashback of 300 for 12 months on adding 300 rupees in wallet through any debit card or credit card. the condition was account/emailId/Mobile No/Card everything should be new. i started using this offer in october. i got benifit for two month i.e. october and november. but this month i am not getting the offer. after contacting customer care, they are giving false and stupid reasons to avoid giving this offer. they are saying that i am not eligible for this offer. i have used that account only in my phone as well as single card for this single account. they are completely cheating everyone. this month every one is facing the same issue. kindly force Mobikwik not to cheat and provide everyone cashbacks, who are eligible.

                          They are advertising 300 rs cashback every month for 12 months on website https://www.microsoft.com/en-in/mobile/campaign-mobikwik-cashback/ but they are making excuses about technical issues and not allowing users to redeem coupon. Ticket 3988909 is proof of their backing out from the offer.

                          followed up with them a lot to get CB for this month! Lot of time and money was wasted on phone calls etc and it seems instead of strengthening their backend, they are justing making it impossible for users to redeem code so that people trying to take undue advantage are discouraged and leave the ecosystem. Genuine people who make such companies survive are also facing lot of inconvenience but no one seems to care about them. My suggestion is to keep calling customer care of mobikwik till they resolve your issue. Pretty frustrating experience!!!
                          This was the reply from microsoft "contact whoever is running whatever promotion that is. it is not Microsoft".

                              Hi I am using LUMIA 640 XL and trying to use coupon LUM300, but is showing invalid coupon code.Please note I used this code in november2015 and its working fine and its an offer for 1 year. But I am not able to use it.Please help, I tried mobikwik toll free number for more than a week but no answers. I send mail to mobikwik and I got two replies that are contradictory. The very first reply is they told me you signed it on jan2015 for which I replied that I purchase this phone on nov2015 then they revert me mail saying I signed it from desktop please note If I signed up from desktop then I am not able to avail this on first time applying this coupon.Please note both the replies which says all.I have gone to store too for the same and from there I find this complain is too common, please do some needful.                               I am facing same issue. They are cheating consumers. We need to file complaint in court for fraud and causing inconvenience. There should be police complaint also regarding the same.

                                      The promo code that I have been provided at the time of purchase of Windows phone handset has stopped working. The scheme is that on the recharge of ₹300 every month in my mobikwik wallet, I will get the cash back of ₹300 in the wallet itself therefore making the ultimate balance in the wallet ₹600 till 12 months. Promo code - LUM300 Date of purchase-23 October 15 I just had used it twice. First time on 23rd Oct. Second time on 14 Nov. Now when I enter the promo code, wallet states that promo code is invalid.
