I had transfer 1500/- from my bank account to Mobikwik Wallet on 24 Nov 15. My amount has been deducted from account but not creditd in Mibikwik wallet. On calling/filing various complaint to its customer care, they are just saying it will credit in 24-48 hrs. Its almost 4 days over, But still they have not credited the amount. Please dont use this application, it is going to shut down. It is gathering as much as money frm public pockets. Any body facing same problem lets come to join ..put some strong case/complaint against this company.

i was buying one mobile on 22nov of rps 1550 and trans id to justdial online but the amt not credit justdial a/c and it is still not credited in wallet i called several time mobikwik customer care said 24 ours time last 22 nov-2015 to 28 nov-2015 til date stil am not getting money don't go mobikwik worst website block this

My last 3 transactions paid to grocermax with mobikwik cashback offer of 10 percent were never paid by mobikwik. Moreover they do not respond to emails or phonecalls. I have written so many blogs on varios websites and facebook against mobikwik but they are not bothered so wrote on consumer complaints.

Sir, It is to submit that i am a regular user of Mobikwik. But last 20 days i am not able to login my mobikwik wallet vide user id [protected] [protected]@gmail.com . Several time i registered my request on-line at mobikwik support desk but no positive response received. I have an amount of Rs.4500/- balance in my mobikwik wallet. I have an acute need of money but I am unable to get back that balance. your good self is requested to look into the matter why mobikwik is harassing me. this time you help me to login my mobikwik wallet and promise that i will never use mobikwik in future and also will suggest my friends who are using it to stop using mobikwik. what a worst company it is. My mobikwik I'd [protected]@gmail.com. I am making payment at bookmyshow through mobikwick. I made payment but some error occurred. My bank account debited rs. 336.36but it is not added to my wallet. My transaction reference no.IG0BAHEIK1. It's been two hours. Still my money is missing. My bank name is state bank of India.

I have paid Rs 1006 for first cry.com thru mobikwik via netbanking on 13/11/2015.Cash deducted from bank and not recieved by the first cry company...my transaction ID is CCACK2QSK819IG0AZKILL8..Please refund the amount by the earliest time possible.

Login ID- [protected]@yahoo.com.on 16/11/2015 get my Vodafone number recharged with 110 rs, first it showed recharge pending. After two days also neither my number was recharged nor I got balance back in my wallet. Generated the ticket also but no one resolved the issue. Will never recommend this app to anyone n will switch on to some other app like paytm

Hi My name is Arpan Patel.my mobikwik account details is below: Email address: [protected]@yahoo.in In my wallet amount of R's.279 is available.I have email address but I can not use it because I forgot password and second thing is when I have talked with your customer care, first when I asked for recharge through SMS then they told me yes you can recharge mobile through SMS but when I have tried it there is no reply of any message. Second when I have asked about this issue, they told me that SMS service is closed. After that I have asked them about solution to us my money from wallet.they told me that you can change your password through mobile app but when I sm trying every day to change it through OTP, it does not work.error is like this-some error occurs while sending OTP.Even I can not buy from eBay using mobikwik.when I click on authenticate via sms, it shows error everytime.

On 15th November i added Rs 500 to mobilewik wallet but money got deducted from my bank account and no money credited to my wallet. Neither they are refunding money. I have raised complaint 3 times but every time they are ignoring and not refunding.

I want to tell you all that first, there is more probability of transaction failure on mobikwik end, as I used it SBI net banking, second I am unable to find the customer care number of mobikwik, found one but unable to contact mobikwik, just you all do is text mail in help section of their app and web, third is recently I do a transaction of rupees 456.99 for book my show transaction but money deducted from bank but technical error on mobikwik end. No refund yet .please don't waste your money with mobikwik. I asked them two times for refund and give transaction details as Transaction Ref No IG0AZAPUT0 for Rs.456.99 on 10-NOV-15 12:25. Hi i have made 5 transactions towards my MTNL Landline bill on 23/10/2015 as follows

One 26th Oct 2015 one of the transaction get updated with MTNL but rest 4 with Mobikwik it shows as successful but MTNL didn't get the Money. so on 29th Oct i raised a ticket using there support system Ticket Number # 3757987.

These payments haven't been done to MTNL yet as i still see is as pending payments with MTNL. Also every time i call to Mobikwik i been told that the money will be reverse within 24 hours but still no resolution.

I will advice everyone not to use the service as they give you only runaround.Please advice what to do and what legal action i can take regarding the same.

Mobukwik cheated me, by flashing 10 Percent cash back message..but not giving the same after my transaction.

The mobikwik is a cheat company and websites are full of complaints against mobikwik.

I urge grocer max to BREAK tie up with unethical wallet companies like MOBIKWIK, else customers like us will stop shopping from grocermax..
