I have registered in Mobikwik using [protected]@gmail.com. I have loaded money and using my account for last 8 months and has 1500 balance in it. Recently they blocked my account and for unblocking i called their customer care, dropped mail to their registered mail id so many times but never get my issue resolved. They neither unlock my account nor transfer balance to my bank account.

    On 19.06.2015 I try to recharge my reliance datacard for rs 797 through mobikwik application. All recharge steps are completely succesful even they took money from my bank account, but money didnt add my mobikwik account. So I asked the help to mobikwik care through the option of help menu from application, no proper or official reply. So please take this as my request, pls resolve the issue or give me a guide to resolve. But I really like ur service except this one.

      One of the ladies staff from mobikwik has called me in my mobile no [protected] from her no. [protected] on 07-07-15 at 7.51 a.M. And she was telling her name is neharika gupta, employe code is 7418267.

      She was telling me that she is going to credit an amount of rs 9260/-
      On behalf of state bank of india to my state bank credit card no.[protected]** 4506.She was telling that this amount is the en casement of the
      Point gained from my credit card purchase.

      To credit the said amount she telling me to give all the details of my credit card even my credit card cvv number.I was not willing to give the cvv no but she assured me by telling me her all details regarding employee code, name etc.
      After her assurance i have given all the detail of credit my card.
      But instead of credit she has debited rs 9260 from my card.
      Therefore take necessary action and return my money back to my card.
      I am ready to fight for this money with the help of consumer court.

        Sir, A person called me on 9th July 2015 from mobile no.- [protected]. He introduced himself as Rahul kumar singh from SBI call centre mumbai(which was false) and started the conversation on the blocking of my debit card(no.- [protected]) since I had not linked it with my aadhar. He obtained the debit card no. and the no. on the back of the card and the OTP from me and did a fraudulent transaction of rs 9990. The details are- POS[protected] WWW MOBIKWIK COM NEW DEL. He has used the money on mobikwik site. I believe that either he or his associates work at mobikwik and they have an arrangement through which they convert the purchases into cash because there are so many such cases in which a transaction(of rs 9990) was made on mobikwik.Kindly please look into the matter as soon as possible and make necessary arrangements for the refund of my money.             The following two text message received from sbi on 04th july, 2015 evening:

            *thank+you+for+using+you+sbi+debit+card+622xx1557+for+a+purchase+worth+rs. 4100 / - +on+pos+[protected]+at+ www+mobiwik+com+txn%23+172447
            Total an amount of rs. 8200 / - was debited to my sb a / c against these two transactions.
            Please note that i have neither ordered nor purchased anything from you online so far and very particularly on 04th july, 2015. The transactions were fraudulent. Please check up at your end and do the needful on priority to avoid future consequences.

            Hence, kindly look into and arrange to refund of rs. 8200 / - immediately.

              I have added 50 INR to my mobikwik wallet with promocode "MOBIAPP50" so 60 INR should be add to my mobikwik wallet but money deducted from my bank but wallet balance didn't upadate with addition of 60 INR. this is second time my money wasted with mobikwik wallet. Before also same issue occurred but money didn't added to my wallet. mobikwik payment is always slow down when we going for payment. And at the and money first deducted and then they show sorry message only. just it. As I am software engineer, please either improve your payment gateway service or stop mobikwik wallet.

                  my email id is [protected]@gmail.com, on 6july 2015 at 8:04pm, from this account somebody has stolen rs 2000 and transferred to SK, email is [protected]@gmail.com ([protected]), i got the mail that ur have transferrred rs 2000 to SK, i could have stopped him, but my password was changed without even notyfying me, i tried forrgot password option, bit it was sending OTP to some other no., my linked no. is also changed from [protected] to [protected]. How can mobikwik allow someone to change the password and primary number without notifying on email or given contact number. U people urself making way for hackers to hack, transfer amount from our accounts. I made a complaint right after transferring money from my account, u could have blocked his account. people can see on web i[censored] search with this no. [protected] is doing fraud from past 8 days, and mobikwik not bothered to stop him.

                    Hello, On 20 June 2015, I added Rs 1890 to my mobikwik wallet and tried to make payment on myntra for my order of Rs. 1889. Suddenly page got crashed & Rs 1889 got deducted from my wallet & order on myntra did not even take place. Trans. Id for money added in wallet is [protected] & trans. ID for money deducted from wallet is DMBK[protected] Then, I logged a ticket with mobikwik (ticket# 2870652) & contated support & I was told by that my query will get resolve in 48 hours & amount will refund to my wallet in 7-10 working days. On 21 June morning, I got an e-mail from mobikwik that your ticket has been closed along with "File Not Found" message. I called support again informing about e-mail but no one responded well. I talked to floor supervisor Pradeep & he promised me that I will definitely get an e-mail from them stating the case along with a call back form their end. He also told me that he is escalating the case so that it can be resolve soon. He even told me that if you do not get your refund in 7-10 days, you can file a complaint against me. Now, it''s been more than 15 days & my amount is not been refunded yet. I re-opened the ticket 2870652 yesterday & called again. I was told again the same thing & asked to wait again. A lady, who was floor supervisor talked to me & again set an expectation that their executive Rohit will callback me before EOD & I will get refund within 24 hours. I told her that I will file a complaint against you for not refunding my money & harassing me mentally. It's been more than 35 hours now & no one has get back to me. I would like now take a strict legal action against mobikwik & these people (executives & both supervisors) for misguiding customers & setting a wrong expectation. Mobikwik & its employees are harassing me mentally. I have spent more than 200 rupees in calling them but they are not even responding well except making false promises.

                      Sir I have made several requests to mobikwik to refund the money in relation to failed transaction but till today i haven't got the money. My money was deducted from my wallet but i didnt get it back. DATE 30/05/15 AMOUNT Rs 1741 At Myntra I wish to get appropriate compensation for the problem even after multiple requests by registering complaints.

                              Dear Sir, I placed an order 58800045 cost 104 as part of order 58800041 cost 193 on shopclues.com website using mobikwik wallet. Shopclues could not deliver the order 58800045 and they refunded 104 but mobikwik cancelled total cashback on entire order 58800041 not on part of order 58800045 which is not delivered by the shopcles and they refunded only 65. Now mobikwik claims that If the order is partially/fully cancelled/refunded total cash back will be deducted from refund and shopclues claims that Sunday flea market orders can't be re delivered and they only refund. Shopclues earlier promised me that they will refund full amount 104 to cluebucks account or bank account and assured me that next time onwards they won't refund to mobikwik. But again they refunded to same mobikwik account and they jointly cheating the customers by their wrong policies. If it is a sunday flea market order also they should deliver it and if they could not deliver it is their fault and should act as per customer choice. Mobikwik also cancel cashback amount applicable to undelivered order 58800045 not on entire 58800041. when mobikwik cancel cashback on entire order they should allow cashback once again as they cancelled cashback on this order that they don't do. These two policies are completely cheating customers policies and being used by them jointly. I am raising this complaint as it is second time experince from both of them. In the past I paid 178 for shopclues order 57744005 part of order 57743997 cost 752. Shopclues delivered wrong product and refunded 178 but mobikwik refunded only 28 by cancelling entire cashback on 57743997 instead of actually returned order 57744005. Either shopclues should refund full amount on entire order even if I cancel partial order or mobikwik should cancel only cashback on retunred partial order not on entire order. Both made the policies to cheat the customer and cheating the customers jointly.

                                The payment which we have made through your “mobikwik” payment gateway to pay my tata aia insurance premium nor credited to the concerned company or reversed to my hdfc account. We have raised many request to credit back the amount which was paid on 5 - oct - 2014 and have a clear and precise bank statement which reflects that it has been debited to your “mobikwik” but still we have not received any payment or intimation regarding the same.
                                We are following up for this payment for a long time, for each and every query getting replied as this would be credited to our account within 3 - 15 business working days. This is all set for your customers. We done it on year of 2014 and it’s almost 2015 june getting to be over.
                                Do you want me to wait still 10 more years to credit back my account? Not at all fair. If this is going to be delayed again, will raise register a complaint against your company and propagate that you’re a fraudulent company and also through the cyber - crime.

                                I require my amount back by today. Or else you need to face the consequences within 90 days as per the consumer court as per the section 12 (A) , your executives are very lethargically replying the customers, but why there is a delay. You people want to make money by making fraudulent services to the customers?
                                If you do not return my amount of rs. 5416 / - will be ready to face the consequence.

                                  Dear Team, My self Shyamal Acharjee, residing at kolkata. on 17.06.2015 I was try to add Rs.198 to my mobikwik wallet account from my ICICI Bank Credit Card Account but my credit card has been debited Rs.198 but Still my money not added in my mobikwik account. on the same day i had got a email from mobikwik and my trans showing Semi-closed status. I have done survival call to mobikwik customer care but they not given any proper Salutation to me. Every time they told me that, My money has been refunded in my Credit card account. I called up my bank and the bank person told no money credited from Mobikwik till date (Rs.198). Request you to please look into the same and help me out.                                     I wish to bring to your notice, a fraud transaction which took place yesterday, using my debit card. He got a call from the number [protected]. The person claimed that he was calling from the Mobikwik and that my ATM card has been blocked. He asked for the debit card number and the one time password. As me does not have much knowledge about the internet banking process, I was easily duped, and gave off the debit card number. As soon as the call was over, she got an sms from the bank, stating that a transaction of Rs 5500 was made from her card towards Mobikwik.com. However, I haven't received any response yet from any of the sources. Could anyone suggest a better approach which will help me in getting back my money? Vikas Rathore mo. no.
