hi this is to inform you that mobikwik is a fraud company they have kept my money and delted my account from their website first i was unable to login to their account because of password issue later only i place a complaint as i had balance credit with them but they instead deleted my account from mokwik

      i booked 3 tickets of movie from bookmyshow using mobikwik.Rs. 591 were debited from my wallet but ticket was not booked on bookmyshow.Money was not refunded to my wallet even after raising ticket.what should i do.my mobile no. is [protected]

        I have written many times regarding the same but not getting any proper reply.ticket#2819943 I am unable to login into mobikwik.I have alreay tries with forgot password option.They use to send one link on mail to reset password but whenever i click on that link(within 2min), it always shows that it has been expired.I tried this option many times on different day, different time.They always reply to try reset password option even I have already mentioned that this is not working second thing, I have used this site many times, they offer cashback but they don't give.At this time, you don't need password, you can login by otp

          On 03 july 2015 time between 11:30 hrs to12:30 hrs an amount of rs. 9999 / - has been withdrawn by the fraudsters through my sbi atm card no - [protected]. Call was received from mob no - [protected], identifying herself as staff of sbi, hq mumbai.

          The details of transactions is as under; -

          Sir, i hereby confirm that above transaction is not done by me and i have been betrayed by the fraudsters.

          Therefore, may i request your concern to kindly refund / charge back the amount based on cbs transaction narration.

            sir someone called me and he told me that my atm card is blocked and to reactivate my atm card he asked information about my atm card . fraudly he get my sbi atm card no., cvv, expiry date, name of card holder and one time password (OTP) for online transaction. He made 2 transaction of rs 5000 and rs 4500 on mobikwik. i will fire an fir today only. sir i request you to please get my money back which had been paid fraudly through online transaction on mobikwik.

              Dear sirs,

              With due respect, i have to inform you as under -

              On 8. 6. 2015, some arman (His mobile no. 91 [protected]) told me on my mobile no. [protected] that he want to return the amount of rs. 8905 / - of my sbi card reward points which were through oversight debited in my sbi card and the asked me otp and after having listen otp, immediately my account was debited by rs. 8905 / - again. After contact him on mobile, he said me that sorry it was due to some mistake and on 10. 6. 2015 my account again debited by rs. 8905 / - , i again contact him on mobile but he said that do not worry, no amount will be debited in your account. For any problem, pl. Contact me on my mobile no. Shown on your mobile. And after having received monthly statement from sbi cards, it was known to me that i was cheated by that person and my account has been debited by rs. 8905 / - twice and also an amount of rs. 595 / - . Please make enquiry in the matter and arrange to return my amount which was fraudlant to me i. E. Rs. 18405 / - only. The amount has deposited by me with sbi cards today compulsorily.

                  I had initated transaction with pvr mobikwik deducted amounted tickets where not send all details where send to there helpdesk.

                  No process with mobikwik for backtracking there transaction just a poor wallet implementation with no ownership

                  Pathetic service do not go with this wallet vendor.

                    dear sir i have recharge from mobikwik 250 rs balance deducted from my account and no recharge on my idea number mobikwik team said that recharge is successful but no any recharge on my mobile i call to idea custmer care many time they told me no recharge on your number . my ticket number is- 2932751 when i recharge this msg got- Your recharge for Rs. 250.0 is pending. We are trying to fix this. In case it doesn't work, amount will be refunded to your MobiKwik wallet.

                      On 30 June 2015 my account is debited with Rs 985 for the payment to Dominos by some one. Immediately reported the matter to Mobikwik. Also informed [protected]@mobikwi.com about it. Later when I called customer care, Mr Fasal said that they can't do anything as the payment has initiated. Ticket number regarding this is 2931126. They could have blocked this transaction since Dominos will take time to deliver pizza.

                                MOBIKWIK has deducted my money from my bank account to top up the amount my mobile but instead charging it said my traction reverted and money was sent back in there own wallet.

                                i am tracing them since 5 days now writing complaints on there website with complaint ticket number

                                after writing three times with above refrence number they message me saying it has resolved and solution is sent on your email but nothing received and last time they told somebody will call you but nobody bothered too.
                                They do not even give their customer care number, It generates doubt on their intention.
                                This has to be sorted out.

                                  Hello, i have made payment of 276.57 to ebay using mobikwik wallet but ebay had cancelled this order and amount has been refunded to my mobikwik wallet on 13 june 2015, but today i have seen that only rs 28 is added in my account against of Rs 276.57. so i have called to ebay customer care and explained whole issue, then ebay customer executive told me that your amount Rs 276.57 has been refunded with reference Id "DMBK[protected]" and further suggest me that contact to mobikwik customer service to get full refunded amount and check status of refunded amount.

                                      Respected sir, Yesterday someone by using my two credit card's detail and use on your mobikwik.com site something was purchased so please cancelled the all transaction which was create by below credit cards:- SBI card no.[protected] Amount 3000+3000+3000=9000( three transaction was create of total amount 9000) at 4:40pm on date of 27.06.2015. and by HDFC card no.[protected] Amount 3000+3000+3000=9000( three transaction was create of total amount 9000) at 5:07pm on date of 27.06.2015. the ref. no .of transaction is 1) 028201 at 5:7:10pm 2) 024963 at 5:7:11pm 3) 026969 at 5:7:12pm The above transaction was fraud and i have done FIR of this fraud case in loni police station Ghaziabad so this is my humble request to you please causal that all transaction immediately. and refund my all amount 18000rs.                                         Hello Mobiwiki Team, Unfortunately, I am (was) the active user of mobiwik application, was recharging my mobile and booking movie tickets from mobiwik everytime. I have booked some 8-10 times movie tickets. To get the amount back in my wallet, need to raise the ticket and in reposnse I get the text like " will get within 48hrs". Please note- I hv booked 2 times movie tickets recently but dint get the amount back. Please return amount back in my mobiwik wallet. it wud be some 300+ rs
