Hello, i have made payment of 832.30 to ebay using mobikwik wallet on 13th june 2015, but ebay had cancelled this order and amount has been refunded to my mobikwik wallet on 23rd june 2015, but amount doesn't showing in my mobikwik wallet yet. so i have called to ebay customer care and explained whole issue, then ebay customer executive told me that your amount has been refunded with reference Id "DMBK[protected]" and further suggest me that contact to mobikwik customer service to get refunded amount and check status of refunded amount. So, i request you to please give me the status about ebay refund amount of 832.30 INR whose reference id is "DMBK[protected]". Please add 832.30 INR in my mobikwik wallet ASAP.     This is for your information Some unscrupulous persons called me on 19.05.2015 at about 5.30 P.M over my cellphone to register my ATM Cards of my two different Accounts. It is astonished that, they have prompted me the said no of my 16 digit ATM card and asked me to tally the same. How could they know my ATM card no is not known to me. Subsequently it is observed that my both the accounts have been fraudulently debited by mobikwik new delhi(all paper are submitted to you as you required). Kindly intervene the matter so as to realise the same amount for credit to my Accounts as you had committed to refund. my phone no is [protected] and email id is [protected]@gmail.com.

    My both the accounts have been manipulated by Mobikwik, Whereas I am not at all ther party, my both the accounts have been defrauded from Mobikwik by some miscreants of there concern. Now it is fundamental task to detect the Fraud as early as possible and refund the money to my Accounts. At the sometime to punish the deceiver promptly. Further, I am astonished that, how could mobikwik encash the money of a person who is not at all there constituent. It is a criminal offense.How can debit an account without proper access of an ATM card and without presence of a genuine ATM Card Holder, I dont understand. Yesterday on 25th June, 2015 I made a payment of Rs 1200. through mobikwik to incorrect Mobile number [protected] instead of correct mobile number [protected].Now payment has been deducted from my wallet also the number for which i made a payment is not a postpaid number but I have selected postpaid option while making the payment. Also I have created a ticket # 2901971 for the same. But I have not recieved any feed back from your so called happiness officer. I need the refund in my wallet back.             First thing.. Why isn't Mobikwik banned like UBER, while the same case they don't have a customer care and hence has no right to operate country wide. I am going to file and RTI against Mobikwik for this. 2nd: If you show the offers on your website and then you do not pay the cash back in user's account, your customer care has no reply for this and user is just fooled around. 3rd: Most of the time when payment fails you add the balance to your mobikwik balance. Any reason why you do not decline the payment and hence retransact the money to user's original mode of payment(creditcard or bank account) 4th: Why do you not have a option to change the phone number with account. what about those who lost or changed their numbers.. I need a clarification on this. Call me [protected] before I file the RTI against you.

            Cheaters called me in just one minute after I filed the complaint here and wanted me to resolve this. But they did not resolve my problem. They said their seniors will call me but no one called me. Still a cheater. Fraud company. Will file RTI on 10th July.
            Same here. Mr. Rakesh mobikwik fooled his customer by showing cash back offers I did several times rechqrge by using promocodw lucky100 and magic. But all times he failed to credit my account. Mobikwik is just making his customer fooled for earning their commission through his fraud promo code (lucky draw) which gives him commission by recharge company. Here Mobikwik also earned from bank commision by give a customer chance to use bank creditcard or debit card. Bank gives high percantage for transacting by Credit or Debit Card. Paytm is much better than Mobikwik.

                    HI Team, There was around 1519Rs. got credited in my Mobikwik Wallet through Americanswan online shopping, I requested them to refund my amount in Bank Account but, they are not refunding my amount, everytime they are making excuses. I spoke with their senior but, thay are not giving me proper update, they usually keep my call on hold for long hours. I think they don't want to return my money back. Please help me out.                       They block the account of any person having money in wallet without any reason and are not at all ready to open it again and are giving excuses only. i do have all record of all conversation done with them I want to file complaint against e commerce site named as mobikwik. They are basically a wallet service and they give cashback. My wallet Id of mobikwik is [protected]@gmail.com as they use to give great offers to new persons i asked my friend to open mobikwik wallet he opened as per my recommendation i asked him to buy his products from purplle.com using mobikwik as they were giving good cashback. he did the payment. he was having some money in his wallet so he decided to transfer me the money. he transferred the money and i accepted the money after i received the money my friend got message there was some problem in sending money after few seconds he got message ashu have received the money. after few minutes both of ours wallets were blocked without any reason this happened nearly on 23-24th may 2015. after that i tried contacting with mobikwik as i have my money blocked in their wallet. i tried contacting them through facebook and gmail. they told me to send my bank statement two id proof. i sent them all the requested documents but there was no reply from them. then i asked them for any contact no they gave me their contact no. i called them they told me because of payment gateway concern they have blocked my account and to send my documents again. i agaion sent my documents and this time i received a mail that they will transfer my money to my account but i did not received any money so i called them back this time they did not picked my phone nearly 10 times after that they picked my phone that my money cant be transferred as i did not got this money from bank as this money belongs to transfer. my question is how there is a payment gateway concern from bank when this money has not been transferred from money. the payment gateway in my case is mobikwik only then they used to say may be someone is trying to hack my account in that case also they should block hackers account instead of common persons . I guess they are planning for a big E-Fraud and should be blocked as soon as possible My wallet id is [protected]@gmail.com My support ticket is 2721659 Please help me out you can contact me at [protected]

                              I got a call from [protected] unknown person 'who has asked my sbi debit card no to renew the card but i could not checked & i told him. He has shopped 5 times on 19. 6. 15 & 20. 6. 15 from my sbi saving account [protected] a / c holder braj lal verma.
                              Purchase worth rs 9990 on pos [protected], rs 4990 on pos [protected], rs 2000 on pos [protected], rs 2000 on pos [protected] and rs 990 on pos [protected] at www. Mobikwik.com
                              Unfortunately purchasing of every time he asked us generated password & we told him.
                              And i lost my hard money.
                              You are requested to cancel all these orders and refund all amounts on my sbi account [protected].

                                      i recharge my number 9313836*** with Rs 949 on 16th June morning at 8 am. I got a message from reliance instantly " your recharge can not be processed at this time. Thank You. Reliance". i lodged a complaint vide mobikwik ticket numbe #2843040 and #2849539. No action has been taken yet. I even wrote a mail onto [protected]@mobikwik.com. No action or reply yet. i got my pack renewed yesterday. i want my money back into my wallet asap as your grievance system has shook my faith in you. i had been a great admirer and proponent o[censored]r quick recharge app bt i hate ur resolution mechanism. its non-dedicated and totally at ur will. i think ur app is gud for small amount recharges only. Freecharge is better on this front as they instantly revert the money back into the wallet. Get my money back.
