My first false debit was in April 2022 wherein they debited 780 Rs and inspite of raising issue almost ten times they have falsely termed my issue as resolved.

And currently on 21st August they again debited 1528 Rs from wallet and order has not been placed.
The customer support number is totally unreachable.
After also looking at other complaints online it seems that Mobikwik is a running a SCAM by blocking transactions and not replying to Tickets purposefully.
Mobikwik customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.

    I placed and order on zepto and paid usingg mobikwik wallet but the order was not placed and the amount was deducted from my mobikwik wallet. This amount has not bewn received by me till today. I am submitting the transaction details kindly look into it.

      I paid Rs. 1141 to Myntra on 11th August and I cancelled the order immediately. Also refund was initiated on 17th August to my Mobikwik account from myntra but amount is not reflecting in mobikwik wallet.

            On 24.07.2022, one Indane Gas wrongly booked and total amount paid is Rs. 1079 vide Order Id:MK[protected] Transaction details operator ref no. MK012205BAADHZF4L000 by SBI Credit card.Later on 28.07.22, it is canceled by Indane Gas distributor namely Flamecraft, New Alipur, Kolkata 700 053, Tel.No.[protected] and reverse the payment amount Rs 1079/-.But till date Mobikwik app did not refund back Rs 1079.Please make an arrangement such that Rs.1079 can be refund back .

              On 19 August 2022 I have made a payment from my mobikwik wallet to the Myntra application. But, on 23 August 2022 Myntra has done a successful refund to my mobikwik account as I had returned a particular item. My issue is that I am unable to see that amount - 539.10 being reflected on my mobikwik wallet. Please help me out on this issue as I am unable to reach out to mobikwik on any of the platforms.

                  Hi,

                  I had made payment to myntra for placing a order by MobiKwik. Since I cancelled the product Myntra has refunded back the amount successfully but the amount is neither reflecting in bank account nor in MobiKwik wallet.

                  Please do the needful to sort out this issue at an early.

                      I have made payment on 1st aug of Rs 6237 using my card and payment was added to my Mobikwik wallet, I treid to utilse that amount for making the payment of Mobikwik zip account on Aug 4th of Rs 6141.6 but dected from wallet and not creadited to my zip account, I got message from Mobikwik that amount debited from Mobikwik wallet.

                      Till now i have been reaching the Mobikwik customer over the phone[protected] more then 20 time number busy or they disconnect the call from there end, Also no response on email.

                      Find the attachments and take action aginst the Mobikwik team.

                      Note:- i want refund of my amount of Rs 6237, Kindly help me on same

                          I used to get a refund for mynra order from myntra of a total amount of Rs 685. When i contacted myntra for that they claimed that they have successfully initiated the refund and it should reflect on your mobiwik wallet but it's still not showing up .
                          It's more than five days but it's still not there .
                          When trying to reach mobiwik support they are of no use . They are not even reverting back
                          Please check all attachments .

                          Kindly help me with getting that refunded amount back to my mobiwik wallet.

                                I would like to bring your notice your service and specially customer care service are becoming worst day by day.on 4th August, 2022 i have added money from my debit card and made zip payment of Rs 1911.My payment got debited from my wallet but my zip balance was showing outstanding.On 5th Aug, 2022 i made payment again to avoid late fee and interest charges and to avoid negative cibil score.i raised complainant through help section but still no one has reverted.i have raised complainant for many cashback which was not credited till now.my supercash got expired but no message from your end about expiry and debiting from my account.

                                kindly provide my Rs 1911, Rs 22 refund from zepto which is not reflecting in my wallet and many cashback which are pending on urgent basis or else i have to lodge customer complainant against your company.

                                      I have paid my bill yesterday and today an executive called me and telling im fraud and spoke to me in unparliamentary language and hurt me. I ask you to take severe action such people. I paid my due with penalty but they are saying i donot pay and asking me to pay again as it is not updated in their portal. [protected], and [protected] these are the numbers in getting call to pay they are saying they are from mobikwik and asking me to pay my money again.i told them i paid but they are not checking and asking me to pay again
