For your references, attaching the transactions screenshot made in mobikwik, which clearly suggests that a amount 2664rs has been struck in mobikwik payment gateway.
Simple equation is that out of my 30, 000rs credit limit, used 16, 929rs(Electricity bill)on 16-7-22, so 13, 071rs ramins.In between done small transactions, which were failed and amount refunded too. Again 531rs(electricity)used on 28-7-22, so 12, 540rs was balanced by me to mobikwik.
On 30th July, made payment of 2953rs to PepperFry(previously too made some transactions to them), out of some fee(89rs) charged by PepperFry for cancelling the order, an amount of 2864rs refunded and credited back into my mobikwik account.So a total of 17, 549rs was due to mobikwik by me, but a bill of 20, 413rs was generated against me by mobikwik. When enquired with so called busiest customer care executives of mobikwik(who will connect to ur calls by luck, after dailing/waiting on hold for not less than 2hours)said that a bill of 20, 413rs was generated on me bcoz the refund initiated by PepperFry for previous transaction was not taken into account at the time of bill generation and this extra 2864/2664₹ will b calculated and transferred back in 7-10days.
But from August 4th to August 20th, 16Full days/12working days completed, still am waiting for my refund amount. But my 3rd repayment bill too was generated and paid by me without fail, neither mobikwik nor its executives showing such sincerity and willingness to solve my problem.

Complaint marked as Resolved After submitting my complaint on this platform, within 3days my amount was refunded into my Mobikwik wallet silently. Thank u to this platform and to mobikwik true team

Updated by NaeemShaik The amount 2864rs which can be seen in screenshot was refunded amount and it added into my Mobikwik wallet seperately so when in tried to initiate an order from pepperfry again for 3044rs, wallet amount of 2864rs and zip Paylater amount of 380rs was debited from my mobikwik account.But don't know, payment failed and within minutes 380rs of zip pay later credited back into zip pay later account. But wallet amount of 2864rs still missing. So pls help me in getting my amount back from MobiKwik.My mobikwik email I'd is [protected]@gmail.com
