My transaction ID is[protected] of an amount of 412 rupees got debited to mobiwikieccommerce and order was not placed. Kindly revert amount to me back....

I paid the bill on 11 th aug of this month its been almost 6 days i am unable to download the invoice of the bill i have paid plz send me ASAP....

I did online shopping from Myntra on 24th July and had to return products..and mutra has refunded my money money as said in sms, but till now i didnot get in mobikwik account...

I paid Rs. 4, 622/- via mobikwik wallet to Myntra on 24th July, 2022 (Mobikwik Order ID- [protected]) for 4 products. Out of which 2 products were up for refund and the refund was initiated on 12th and 13th August respectively. It showed "credited instantly to mobikwik bank account".

Am refferd Mobikwik to my friend and create a Mobikwik account of my friend, also active Mobikwik ZIP facility but before activation it's not showing any activation charge after activation not showing any activation fee, when he use 93 rs for a recharge after that showing activation fee 399 what is this limit 1000 only used 93 only and outstanding to pay 492 why this type of cheating with us....

Tried my best to register the complaint with mobikwik but they sent a legal notice instead of getting the fraudulent activity happened, despite of clearing the whole amount just to neither get my civil affected they didn’t even respond to any of my emails or get in touch with, despite several reminders nothing is still happening and I am still affecting my cibil without them acknowledging the error...

I invested ₹ 15, 000 in MobiKwik Extra Earn 12% Investment (Funds Added on 02 Aug, 22 at 10:07 PM Transaction ID P2P-[protected]rana.una2010 Payment Mode DC ) successfully on 2nd August 2022. On aug 5 th I added money of 60 k to wallet when I made transaction of 45 k and 15 k.. transaction was failed but money debited from my wallet mobikwik refunded 15 k...for remaining 45 k i am going on complaining about my issue... customer service never solve the issue nd they never pick up call....

I have paid 200rs. Of my zip bill but it is not updated in the mobikwik application...

I have paid all the outstanding amount but it's not reflecting in the zip account. ZIP account continues to reflect the same amount and now the company is slapping high penalty on the outstanding amount which was cleared last month.
I have lodged several complaints but none got resolved. I tried reaching out to the customer support but it's unreachable.

I believed that MobiKwik is a reliable platform for transactions but I was completely wrong. I initiated the mobile recharge through MobiKwik but it got failed and my money was also deducted from my A/C. I raised multiple complaints regarding this matter, and try to contact them via email but it showed an error that their mailbox is full not only this I also called them on their customer care number but nobody is responding. I want to let you know that From myntra its showing that refund for some order is credited to your mobikwik bank account but when I check on mobikwik account its not showing at all. Please resolve this issue ....

I would like to reinstate earlier the assumption but not the fact that the company Mobiqwik is run by criminals.
Yesterday evening I got a call from a person posing as a Mobiqwik 0fficer and in his process stating all details which concur with is with MobiKwik. They stated problems in my MobiKwik wallet which I could not be availed not avail due to problems with my KYC. This sort of information is very in detail...
