Dear reader,

I was paying on Milkbasket App via MobiKwik & razorpay gateway Rs. 1000.
Rs. 30 from Mobikwik wallet balance + Rs. 970 from Debit Card.

Transaction got failed but money deducted from bank account. Transaction was done on 30th August 2022 and still i haven't received the reversal of the same in my bank account.

      Still i am not received the withdrawal #2 loan amount Rs.4722, in my account, dated on[protected].
      I tried several times to customer care executive, not connected and very poor customer service.
      I complaint by email to [protected]@dmifinance.in dated on[protected], still no any reply and very poor customer service.

        I had purchased a make my trip gift card worth INR 1000 from mobikwik on 21st August 2022. The gift card is present in the mobikwik account however when I try to redeem the gift card, it gives error that the gift card details are invalid. Please reset the gift card pin and send the updated details.

        I have raised ticket via app, sent emails but still no resolution has been provided.

            Not received refunds. In the app its showing amount credited, but not credited in my account. Not able to raise a query in the app. After calling 10 times today in customer care, nobody is picking up the calls. The details of the transactions are given below.

              When I login to my mobikwik account, it says the user is disabled.
              My Mobile Number - +91 [protected]
              Email - [protected]@gmail.com

              I have 2 transactions of around 50, 000rs under process.
              1 transaction amount of 25, 000rs is under refund status and another transaction amount of 25, 000rs is under refund. I want the transaction updates ASAP. The first transaction happened on Aug 26, 2022 and another on Aug 30, 2022.

              I am not sure what is happening since I don't have any visibility on the status as i cannot able to login into my account. I have emailed many times and called many times, i got no response at all.
              This is really frustrating.

              I need some response from the mobikeik team as soon as possible.
              This is intolerable.

                    I had made payment to myntra for placing a order by adding my credit card in MobiKwik. Since I returned the product Myntra has refunded back the amount successfully but the amount is neither reflecting in bank account nor in MobiKwik wallet and myntra support is saying it has done they has given ARN number is[protected]

                    Please do the needful to sort out this issue at an early.

                      Recently I booked 4 train tickets in IRCTC
                      Ticket Details:
                      1. IRCTC Cancelled Transaction No: [protected] with PNR No. [protected] was paid through Mobikwik zip facility and Refund Amount is 990 and Mobikwik Order ID: [protected]
                      2. IRCTC Cancelled Transaction No: [protected] with PNR No.[protected] was paid through mobikwik zip facility and Refund Amount is 1480.56 and Mobikwik Order ID : [protected]
                      3. IRCTC Cancelled Transaction No: [protected] with PNR NO: [protected] was paid through Mobikwik zip facility and refund amount is 1770 and Mobikwik Order ID: [protected]
                      4. IRCTC Cancelled Transaction No: [protected] with PNR No: [protected] was paid through Mobikwik zip facility and Refund Amount is 965 and Mobikwik Order ID: [protected]
                      IRCTC is successfully processed my refund with Refund id is as same as IRCTC Cancelled Transaction ID but this amount is not reflected in my Mobikwik Zip Wallet or Normal Mobikwik Wallet. It has been more than a week now since the refund was processed by IRCTC but no actions have been taken by Mobikwik.
                      Even they never pick up their customer center calls, I have tried many a times.

                      Date of Payment - 22 Aug 2022 for First 3 Transactions & 04/08/2022 for 4th Transaction
                      Date of Refund initiated by IRCTC - 27 Aug 2022

                      I have even paid back my dues to Mobikwik Zip Facility.

                      Please take necessary actions and process my refund of Rs 5205/-

                            I have used the zip amount in mobikwik. Before due date I tried making the payment but it shows my account is blocked. Tried seeking help through customer care but I received only tickets after tickets. Till date no response from Mobikwik reached me. They send me a procedure of sending account details and then aadhaar card picture, I did that too still my issue is unresolved. I am feeling helpless and depressed about the entire situation. I have never failed my payments. Now, I am having over dues without my fault. Is there anyone to help me out from this frustrating situation?

                                But amount was deducted from my YES bank account but amount not credit to Credit card account stll it showing success status.. Kindly check on priority.. It's too urgent

                                  I paid a credit card bill of Rs. 7500 through mobikwik app on 12th Aug 2022, but it is not credited in credit card and not reversed in bank account.

                                  My registered mobile number is [protected]

                                  I raised a complaint through the mobikwik app in the help section but no proper reply was received.

                                  I tried calling the help line number, but it is either not reachable or not receiving calls. one time they received call and told me the amount is safe with mobikwik and will be reversed in my bank account within 7 working days, but till now it is not credited to my account.

                                  I raise a complaint in RBI also, you might get notification from them as well.

                                  I want to get my money back, please resolve ASAP or I need to escalate this matter further.

                                      03/06/2022 in my canara bank account cheating 86178 rupees . I complained cyber crime branch and it hold 70942 rupees on mobikwikbank. Mobikwikbank refund my 51178 rupees . But remaining 19764 amout not credited in my account . I call mobikwikbank customer care but not receive very poor customer service and then i mail to mobikwikbank fruadalert but no reply, so i request mobikwikbank to plz resolve my problem . I am giving all the documents you required.

                                        Dear Sir/Ma'am,

                                        This has been reported last Saturday to Mobiwik email id, but there is no revert and there call number is also of no use[protected].

                                        I processed a transaction of 899/-, money deducted also received cash back of 45/- but received the message from other payment gateway of RazorPay that this was a failed transaction and Mobikwik is neither bothered to revert over email and there number is also not reachable after multiple try.
