When I login to my mobikwik account, it says the user is disabled.

I have 2 transactions of around 50, 000rs under process.
1 transaction amount of 25, 000rs is under refund status and another transaction amount of 25, 000rs is under refund. I want the transaction updates ASAP. The first transaction happened on Aug 26, 2022 and another on Aug 30, 2022.
I am not sure what is happening since I don't have any visibility on the status as i cannot able to login into my account. I have emailed many times and called many times, i got no response at all.
This is really frustrating.
I need some response from the mobikeik team as soon as possible.
This is intolerable.
