I am complaining against mobikwik, i just would like to highlight that after settling amount in due still they showing late payment fees and that increases on daily basis, there customer service is pathetic no one even picking up the call.I request you to please take the action asap

I have done transaction mobikwik to citi credit card bill payment rs 15000 date 11/08/2022 Time 19:55:39, UPI/[protected], Mobikwik app ticket no: 26364623.
But amount was deducted from my YES bank account but amount not credit to Credit card account stll it showing success status.. Kindly check on priority.. It's too urgent

Hi,

I paid a credit card bill of Rs. 7500 through mobikwik app on 12th Aug 2022, but it is not credited in credit card and not reversed in bank account.

My registered mobile number is [protected]

UPI transaction id is: rrn:[protected]

I raised a complaint through the mobikwik app in the help section but no proper reply was received.

I tried calling the help line number, but it is either not reachable or not receiving calls. one time they received call and told me the amount is safe with mobikwik and will be reversed in my bank account within 7 working days, but till now it is not credited to my account.

I raise a complaint in RBI also, you might get notification from them as well.

I want to get my money back, please resolve ASAP or I need to escalate this matter further.

Debited by INR 563.07 at 15:33 on account of PRCR/[protected]. But ticket is not booked and also money is not refunded.

03/06/2022 in my canara bank account cheating 86178 rupees . I complained cyber crime branch and it hold 70942 rupees on mobikwikbank. Mobikwikbank refund my 51178 rupees . But remaining 19764 amout not credited in my account . I call mobikwikbank customer care but not receive very poor customer service and then i mail to mobikwikbank fruadalert but no reply, so i request mobikwikbank to plz resolve my problem . I am giving all the documents you required.

This has been reported last Saturday to Mobiwik email id, but there is no revert and there call number is also of no use[protected].

I processed a transaction of 899/-, money deducted also received cash back of 45/- but received the message from other payment gateway of RazorPay that this was a failed transaction and Mobikwik is neither bothered to revert over email and there number is also not reachable after multiple try.

Please check and screw such types of merchant who is doing fraudulent activities in the market.

August 9 2022 money deduct my wallet and transaction failed and today is 30th August 2022 money is not refund I put up a complaint but no solution provide me

Transportation failed but amount debited don't worry customer care

I used the Mobikwik Zip payment service to pay for an online transaction. I had to pay the bill amount of 3140 on August 20th. But the repayment system in the Mobikwik app is not functioning correctly. The transaction was always failing. The very next day they charged me with a fine of Rs.500 for the delay in re-payment for which the reason was issued in the payment process of the app. I had raised a complaint regarding this for which the support I received was delayed and incorrect. Even after this, the company is asking me to pay a late fee of Rs.641 now and threatening to charge another Rs.500 if I don't pay the bill and fine before September 1st. They are not addressing the complaint raised and not waiving the late fee, which shouldn't have been charged since it was a mistake on the company's end. The company is threatening to report to CIBIL and asking me to repay the amount including the fine without listening to the complaint raised. I would also like to point out that I raised a complaint regarding this a month ago as well when the same issue happened.

I paid for a myntra order through my mobikwik wallet and then had to return it. Myntra has sent me ARN number for the refund transaction but it is not showing in my bank account nor in mobikwik wallet

I shop on myntra and pay through mobikwik wallet, I return the item and my refund initiated but I'm not get money neither wallet.
