Hi,

Though I cleared the Mobikwik bill, they imposed fine of Rs.2110 for no reason and threatening me day in and day out.

I am getting voice calls, messages, whatsapp messages etc.

Logically I cleared all the outstanding balance and still they imposed fines and asking me to pay. Which I did pay all these months. And seems this is never ending process. They already collected lot of money from me & they are unstoppable.

I request the designated authorities to clear my fines and make me free from all these headaches. Bu the way I deleted my mobikwik account long back.

    I paid zip balance due amount before date on 4/08/22 and debited money from by bank account and shows balance received in history…and they charged fine after 5/08/2022 and refund money after to my account.and i again paid money including fine..mobikwik make fraud to customers

      Iam sbi Bank Credit card holder. I made a credit card bill payment of Rs.2600 on 22/07/22 through Mobikwik app UPI. Amount was deducted from my account but was not credited to my credit card account.I tried to contact the Mobikwik customer care multiple times by their Number-[protected], but no customer executive was assigned to me. Now my credit card banking partner has started levying Late Charges and Interest on my Card.. sbi card clearly told mobikwik is a fraud app dont use it.

          I got refund from Netmeds but Mobikwik didn't deposit my refund in my wallet or account.
          I made payment through Mobikwik Zip Wallet to Netmeds on 1st june.
          More than 40 days but Mobikwik didn't deposit my refund. Netmeds said "upon checking the amount was refunded to your account Rs.473.96 Refunded to bank. On Jul 11 2022 7:52PM".
          And They provide transaction references ID: NM[protected]A-1.

          Mobikwik customer support is very poor. Mobikwik acts like a fraud company.

            Dear sir/ mam I pay my credit by card bill but bs my payment is failed and vo money debited but bs refund not credited plz provide by my refund of I pay on 6 August i complain on help support my ticket no.[protected] they promise 24 hrs i give money but not credited and I try so many times to chat her but no one rply me and customer care no. I also try they take 1 hrs but no one speak i wait one hr in call the company is totally fraud plz help me and give my money 5000 back in my account plz help the company is totally fraud

                Third Class Customer Care Support Provided by MobiKwik I continuesly Raise Complaint or Help regarding Close my ZIP Account but each & Every Time MobiKwik not close my ZIP Account Yesterday i done one Recharge that time MobiKwik not give me any other Payment Mode like UPI, Wallet, Online, Card They Give me only one 1 option ie ZIP Pay & after cancel my two transction automatically Pay by ZIP PAY & They Charge me 317/-₹ for 118/-₹ Recharge I continuosly call customer care since last 7-8 days but no one Responded MobiKwik is one of the Best Cashback & Rewards earning Mobile App but they Charge Some Hidden charges like in ZIP PAY. whenever i Activate ZIP Pay that time they mention no Extra Charge or No Activation fees🙃

                  I made a Zip Bill Repayment on 13th June 2022, which was paid using your Zip EMI Service
                  he amount got deducted from my Mobikwik Wallet and I received the receipt but the bill wasn't settled yet

                  Now it has been 60 days since the first transaction done, and I didn't receive my refund of Rs. 16131 in Mobikwik Wallet even after raising two Queries on the App and Calling Customer Service thrice for the same the payment transaction ID[protected]

                  The angency employe calling to me make the EMI amount he is torturing me

                    Epto gave me refund but mobikwik sent me the message that your amount has been added to your wallet but in realitu amount was not added to my wallet i try to contact with them but their customer support is very slow and they are not responding and now it's time to pay the zip bill soo why will I pay wrong bill zepto refunded the money but mobikwik steal that please help me.

                      My Name is Sayed Sahid Anwar and Iam ICICI Bank Credit card holder. I made a credit card bill payment of Rs.18000 on 07/08/22 through Mobikwik app by Paytm UPI. Amount was deducted from my account but was not credited to my credit card account.I tried to contact the Mobikwik customer care multiple times by their Number-[protected], but no customer executive was assigned to me. Now my credit card banking partner has started levying Late Charges and Interest on my Card. Please resolve my issue as soon as possible.

                        I recharge my bsnl no for Rs.797 on 6.08.22 .Transaction shows sucessful but recharge is not done.I reached out my district bsnl head office they said no recharge has been done.Amount will be refunded by them 2 to 3 business day.I register complaint in help support it says it need written letter from the operator.Your customer line are busy.Reach out me soon as possible

                          I tried to order food online on 4 August 2022 from swiggy, which is 698/- and I saw that if I'm making the payment through MobiKwik I'll get a cashback but I didn't get that's not the issue now. attaching all the proofs for your reference. But the transaction was a failure but money is deducted from the wallet. I contacted both the bank and swiggy they replied that they already processed it. I need to contact Mobikwik but I couldn't contact them yet. Their number is not reachable, many times I tried. Also, they don't have any emails for complaining. I'm not sure about the actual time range for the refund. The money debited from a wallet is not credited yet.
                          Swiggy told me that the money will come to my actual source account which is my MobiKwik wallet.
                          I can see that there are a lot of people complaining and reviewing these people's unethics on social media.

                            I would like to bring your notice your service and specially customer care service are becoming worst day by day.on 4th August, 2022 i have added money from my debit card and made zip payment of Rs 1911.My payment got debited from my wallet but my zip balance was showing outstanding.On 5th Aug, 2022 i made payment again to avoid late fee and interest charges and to avoid negative cibil score.i raised complainant through help section but still no one has reverted.i have raised complainant for many cashback which was not credited till now.my supercash got expired but no message from your end about expiry and debiting from my account.

                            kindly provide my Rs 1911, Rs 22 refund from zepto which is not reflecting in my wallet and many cashback which are pending on urgent basis or else i have to lodge customer complainant against your company.

                              As I have placed an order on pharmeasy app and I canceled the order the refund amount has been initiated by pharmeasy and the status in the mobiwik app is credited but I didn't received the amount in my bank please resolve the issue.

                                      I already paid to zip pay letter Rs 7544 thrown EMI payment option in mobikwik

                                        Hello I transferred money to BUY Test Series through mobikwik.The balance was added from my Phone pe Account and my bank was credited with the amount but the vendor did not receive the payment and it is now showing in my wallet either.
                                        Please resolve my issue ASAP.
