Sir www.mobikwik.com is cheating to his customer
my name is priyanka jain.
I placed an order on swiggy 3 times in july giving the same offer as in august..have placed the pic of the below . I payed through mobikwik wallet so as per offer i must receive 100Rs cash back everytime that is 300/- within 14 days which i have not. my mail id is wassup.[protected]@gmail.com

    The bill generated 600 rs. I couldn't make the payment on time due to some unwanted circumstances however paid on July 1st 2022. The executive also promised me that the penalty will be waived in 15 says however the same was not done. Now I am calling the executive and they have blocked my number. Till date there is no solution provided, moreover they have levied penalty on penalty and its accumulated over 500 INR now. Kindly help me waive the penalty as these people promise but still scamming innocent people. Attaching screenshot of the conversation as well.

            I have already complained via Mobikwik Help page whose Ticket ID is
            26293011 dated 08/08/2022. Since my mobile number is disabled by mobikwik [ it is showing "user is disabled" . Therefore I am not able to check the status of my issue. I have provided the email ID along with mobile number to communicate to me.
            please email me regarding my unresolved issue or call me.

              I have loan with mobikwik which is provaided by fullerton india credit limited and its first emi starts on auguest 5th 2022 so i paid it on 4th aug 2022 using fullerton app and they confirmed that.but after that they blocked my zip paylater service and put due and late payment fee too and contenously they sending messeges on official mobikwik messeging and their recovery agent call and messeging and he uses bad words, i ask help to mobikwik after 100 plus atempt they said give the screenshot, as per request i sent after that they blocked me from help section, so i have no otther way so im going file a case aganist mobikwik

                I have placed an order with Bookmyshow via Mobikwik which in turn I did via creditcard for insufficient balance. The payment faied at BMS end but its still not reversed to credit card.

                  The complaint is against Mobikwik.
                  I have been a loyal customer since the time they started the Services.
                  On 2-Aug I added money into the Mobikwik wallet, with the value of each transaction being 20000 to make it a total of 60000 to be transferred the account.
                  Attatched here below are the transaction details and the status clearly shown as pending
                  Please refer row 37, 38 with the status shown in Column D and Invoice details in Column E.
                  I also have audio call recordings where in the agents completely refuse to give reason and only state the back end is working on the issue. As per their timeline for getting it resolved is 5 to 7 working. These transactions were done on 2nd Aug which now completes the wait time. Refund the amount immediately.

                    While doing purchase from meesho app on 6.08.22, I tried to pay by adding money on mobikwik wallet.But transaction got failed and money got debited from my account, money is not refunded yet. I tried to contact them on their customer care number. But they are not picking up the calls.please do the needful ASAP transaction details are attached.my registered email id is [protected]@gmail.com.

                          I get an personal loan from mobikwik, which is provided by Fullerton India credit limited for 6 month tenure, so my first emi starts on 5th August 2022, and on 4th August 2022 i made my payment of 5598 and Fullerton India credit limited confirm that, after that i contenosly getting messages I have dues and make it otherwise you will get affected, I tired many times to contact almost 100 times i called the customer support and they says you have no dues it will update as soon as possible, and after few day nothing happened and also I get these messages and past two days i get calls and they using bad words and abusing they ask for the payment proof and i send it after that they says, I have dues Pay pay pay and using bad words again and again, and i called Fullerton India credit limited they again confirmed I have no dues with them, and they send an confirmation and pdf which showing i paid on correct date and no dues, as per they give an support mail id of mobikwik and I mailed no response, so they contenosly calling messaging and abusing, i need to solve this, they never going to solve this

                            Hi,

                            Though I cleared the Mobikwik bill, they imposed fine of Rs.2110 for no reason and threatening me day in and day out.

                            I am getting voice calls, messages, whatsapp messages etc.

                            Logically I cleared all the outstanding balance and still they imposed fines and asking me to pay. Which I did pay all these months. And seems this is never ending process. They already collected lot of money from me & they are unstoppable.

                            I request the designated authorities to clear my fines and make me free from all these headaches. Bu the way I deleted my mobikwik account long back.

                                Iam sbi Bank Credit card holder. I made a credit card bill payment of Rs.2600 on 22/07/22 through Mobikwik app UPI. Amount was deducted from my account but was not credited to my credit card account.I tried to contact the Mobikwik customer care multiple times by their Number-[protected], but no customer executive was assigned to me. Now my credit card banking partner has started levying Late Charges and Interest on my Card.. sbi card clearly told mobikwik is a fraud app dont use it.

                                    I got refund from Netmeds but Mobikwik didn't deposit my refund in my wallet or account.
                                    I made payment through Mobikwik Zip Wallet to Netmeds on 1st june.
                                    More than 40 days but Mobikwik didn't deposit my refund. Netmeds said "upon checking the amount was refunded to your account Rs.473.96 Refunded to bank. On Jul 11 2022 7:52PM".
                                    And They provide transaction references ID: NM[protected]A-1.

                                    Mobikwik customer support is very poor. Mobikwik acts like a fraud company.
