Doe to some issue, I got 10min late.to pay my due in mobikwik pay later, earlier they said 800rs. Will be charged as late fees i[censored] got late but When I see there is Rs.1500 late charge, no company is charging Rs.1500 as late fees, late fees should be Rs.500
This company should be banned and I want refund.

        I have made fund transfer of Rs 45000 on 16August 2022.Money deducted but not received to beneficiary account. I have contacted customer care they told that it will credited within 48hours but till now it is still showing as pending.Ticket ID[protected].Please resolve my issue ASAP

          For your references, attaching the transactions screenshot made in mobikwik, which clearly suggests that a amount 2664rs has been struck in mobikwik payment gateway.
          Simple equation is that out of my 30, 000rs credit limit, used 16, 929rs(Electricity bill)on 16-7-22, so 13, 071rs ramins.In between done small transactions, which were failed and amount refunded too. Again 531rs(electricity)used on 28-7-22, so 12, 540rs was balanced by me to mobikwik.
          On 30th July, made payment of 2953rs to PepperFry(previously too made some transactions to them), out of some fee(89rs) charged by PepperFry for cancelling the order, an amount of 2864rs refunded and credited back into my mobikwik account.So a total of 17, 549rs was due to mobikwik by me, but a bill of 20, 413rs was generated against me by mobikwik. When enquired with so called busiest customer care executives of mobikwik(who will connect to ur calls by luck, after dailing/waiting on hold for not less than 2hours)said that a bill of 20, 413rs was generated on me bcoz the refund initiated by PepperFry for previous transaction was not taken into account at the time of bill generation and this extra 2864/2664₹ will b calculated and transferred back in 7-10days.
          But from August 4th to August 20th, 16Full days/12working days completed, still am waiting for my refund amount. But my 3rd repayment bill too was generated and paid by me without fail, neither mobikwik nor its executives showing such sincerity and willingness to solve my problem.

          The amount 2864rs which can be seen in screenshot was refunded amount and it added into my Mobikwik wallet seperately so when in tried to initiate an order from pepperfry again for 3044rs, wallet amount of 2864rs and zip Paylater amount of 380rs was debited from my mobikwik account.But don't know, payment failed and within minutes 380rs of zip pay later credited back into zip pay later account. But wallet amount of 2864rs still missing. So pls help me in getting my amount back from MobiKwik.My mobikwik email I'd is [protected]@gmail.com
          i give any try for customer care service if they didnt answer my call then i'll register a complaint against the mobiwik as a fraud, why because the far most important is the availibilty of the customer service and that is where they lack . if they don't answer the customer call then how can they resolved the issues.

              I am all ready complain to app help dashbord not solved my complain company side not contect me, i trai company no. not contect any person.
              my security pin is blocked so not payment clear in outstanding bill in zip account for compani. not paid any other charges paid and not available other way to company payment option

                    I have made payment to zestmoney of Rs12447 on 04/08/2022 thru mobiwik wallet. Transation was failed but amount was deducted 12061 from mobiwik main wallet and 386 mobiwik pay later wallet and failed transation doesn't see on history. Rs386 was refunded on mobiwki paylater wallet but Rs12061 is not refuded till date i.e. 19/08/2022. everytime when i called customer care they do not give any satisfactory answer, they say only refund will provided but dont give time. i have already raise complain but unsatifactory response. Ticket ID 26271995

                        I have withdraw my money from mobikwik xtra service. According to their terms and conditions the money should reflect in my account under 24 hours after withdrawl but it have been more than 45 hours still i haven't received amount in my account.

                                    Hi,
                                    I am writing this complaint after getting no resolution from mobiwik customer service. I have 2 complaints against mobiwik wallet.
                                    1. My transaction list are not upto date. What ever transactions I did after 8th-jul-2022, is not showing in my wallet transactions.

                                    2. I had 1 failed transactions from merchant Ajio side and for that i have used Rs. 1155 mobiwik wallet balance and added Rs. 711 from sbi bank and in total I spent Rs. 1867.
                                    After that i got clearance from Ajio and received my Rs. 711 in my bank account but Mobiwik is not adding those Rs. 1155 refund into my wallet balance.

                                    I can not understand how these people maintaining their balance sheet.. Without transactions id/debit, How they updated my balance 0 from Rs. 1155. It's showing like scam.. I want strict action against mobiwik and save our hard earned money.

                                    I am attaching proof here.

                                      I have ordered a cake from Fern & Petal and accordingly make the payment for Rs 1265 on 9th August 2022 @ 10pm. However payment was showing pending in Merchant portal. I then checked up with Mobikwik and they requested me to put up the service request.
                                      I put Service request vide Ticket ID number 26325911 dated 10th August 2022 and I informed the payment made from HDFC account to them.
                                      upi mobikwijk ecommerce [protected]@icici- icic0dc0099- [protected]-collect pay- reque .ref num[protected] for Rs 1265 on 9th aug 2022.
                                      However there is neither a response nor refund of payment.
