      I had paid my credit card bill through MOBIKWIK app on 16 Aug 2022 but till date neither bill paid nor the amount refunded. Ihad paid a bill amounting Rs 12000. Please solve my issue and transaction detail is attached as under.

        Hi,
        I am writing this complaint after getting no resolution from mobiwik customer service. I have 2 complaints against mobiwik wallet.
        1. My transaction list are not upto date. What ever transactions I did after 8th-jul-2022, is not showing in my wallet transactions.

        2. I had 1 failed transactions from merchant Ajio side and for that i have used Rs. 1155 mobiwik wallet balance and added Rs. 711 from sbi bank and in total I spent Rs. 1867.
        After that i got clearance from Ajio and received my Rs. 711 in my bank account but Mobiwik is not adding those Rs. 1155 refund into my wallet balance.

        I can not understand how these people maintaining their balance sheet.. Without transactions id/debit, How they updated my balance 0 from Rs. 1155. It's showing like scam.. I want strict action against mobiwik and save our hard earned money.

          I have ordered a cake from Fern & Petal and accordingly make the payment for Rs 1265 on 9th August 2022 @ 10pm. However payment was showing pending in Merchant portal. I then checked up with Mobikwik and they requested me to put up the service request.
          I put Service request vide Ticket ID number 26325911 dated 10th August 2022 and I informed the payment made from HDFC account to them.
          upi mobikwijk ecommerce [protected]@icici- icic0dc0099- [protected]-collect pay- reque .ref num[protected] for Rs 1265 on 9th aug 2022.
          However there is neither a response nor refund of payment.

                    I paid Rs. 4, 622/- via mobikwik wallet to Myntra on 24th July, 2022 (Mobikwik Order ID- [protected]) for 4 products. Out of which 2 products were up for refund and the refund was initiated on 12th and 13th August respectively. It showed "credited instantly to mobikwik bank account".

                    But till today (17th aug, 5 days later also) I haven't received the refund amount of Rs. 1625 and Rs. 398 neither in my Mobikwik a/c nor in my Bank a/c. Kindly look into the matter as early as possible and refund the amount at your earliest convenience.

                      Am refferd Mobikwik to my friend and create a Mobikwik account of my friend, also active Mobikwik ZIP facility but before activation it's not showing any activation charge after activation not showing any activation fee, when he use 93 rs for a recharge after that showing activation fee 399 what is this limit 1000 only used 93 only and outstanding to pay 492 why this type of cheating with us.

                        Tried my best to register the complaint with mobikwik but they sent a legal notice instead of getting the fraudulent activity happened, despite of clearing the whole amount just to neither get my civil affected they didn’t even respond to any of my emails or get in touch with, despite several reminders nothing is still happening and I am still affecting my cibil without them acknowledging the error

                          I invested ₹ 15, 000 in MobiKwik Extra Earn 12% Investment (Funds Added on 02 Aug, 22 at 10:07 PM Transaction ID P2P-[protected]rana.una2010 Payment Mode DC ) successfully on 2nd August 2022. I withdrawal my full investments ₹ 15, 000 on 12th August 2022 (Withdrawal Pending on 12 Aug, 22 at 04:29 PM Transaction ID P2P-16603217931777164295429 Receiving Bank Account XXXXXXXX2095) but amount didn’t credit to my Punjab National Bank Account (Already Verified with the App). Please credit my invested ₹15, 000 plus interest rupees 44 sum of 15, 044 to my account as early as possible.

                            There's no transaction I'd
                            On aug 5 th I added money of 60 k to wallet when I made transaction of 45 k and 15 k.. transaction was failed but money debited from my wallet mobikwik refunded 15 k...for remaining 45 k i am going on complaining about my issue... customer service never solve the issue nd they never pick up call.

                                Hi Team,
                                I have paid all the outstanding amount but it's not reflecting in the zip account. ZIP account continues to reflect the same amount and now the company is slapping high penalty on the outstanding amount which was cleared last month.
                                I have lodged several complaints but none got resolved. I tried reaching out to the customer support but it's unreachable.

                                The support service which the company has inbuilt into the application, is not even resolving any of the issues. For all the queries, same resolve message comes which does not even solve the query. Once you manually type and convey the problem, it shows, query has been resolved.

                                The comapny is not evening repoting to the bureaus of the repayments.

                                I request the lender partner i.e. IDFC First Bank to take this issue and look into it and take necessary actions.

                                I want both the companies to take appropriate steps to resolve the issue and make it more transparent to their customers.

                                      This is the second time I'm complaining.after complaining for the first time, a representative from your side called me asked me to add 2200 rupees to mobikwik wallet to initiate the refund of 686 .I had to add the money twice as the first transaction was not successful..totally I lost my 2200+2200+686+100 rupees.the money that i added to my wallet got debited without permission..I attaching all the mails you guys send to me assuring that my money will be refunded back within 4 -24 working hours and its been 3 days..not a single rupee is refunded yet. If i dont get it within 24 hours, I'm going to consumer court.
