Address: Unit No. 102, 1st Floor, Block-B, Pegasus One, Golf Course Road, Sector-53, Gurugram, Haryana-122003

On 5th August 2022 I added money to my Mobikwik wallet it was Rs. 1750.

Total balance in wallet is now Rs. 1751.21.

Now I made a payment of about Rs. 1750 which FAILED but the amount got debited from my Mobikwik wallet as the balance the Mobikwik wallet is showing is Rs. 1.21.

Now where did my money go it didnt go to the merchant but it did get debited from my wallet.

If you see the Mobikwik transaction history it shows + 1750 means that 1750 is added to wallet but the wallet is showing 1.21 but there is no transaction history that money got debited.

So the money is just gone from my wallet with no history.

Give me my money back Mobikwik.

      I recharged mobikwik wallet for Rs1750 on August 5, 2022 & made payment of 1750Rs. The money got deducted from my wallet, but the transaction failed. The transaction is not present in history either. I need a refund of the debited amount. Here is screenshot when I recharged my wallet and after the amount got debited when the transaction failed. I need refund of the amount that was debited.

        3 moths back i have taken a loan from mobikwik (60000)
        and i am paying on time emis of everymoth last 2 months back 1 fraud transaction is happen on my accout thats the reason
        i have complainted and mobikwik team was deactivated my accout after that there is no option to pay my mothly emi and
        i have sended soo many mails to mobikwik due to give me a option to rerpay my loan but no one are not responded to my mails and
        there no option to pay my emis then payment was late and its late payment then mobikwik team was adding chrgses to my loan accout due to late payment.,
        here i dont have a option to pay then again adding charges how its possible ..
        I have so many times contacted but no response from mobikwik team
        So thats the reason iam complainting here
        i request you to please take an action regarding this issue

            On 5 August i did two transaction
            1 . By mobikwik blue card of 5395 rs which is failed and money is Debited and not showing in transaction history
            2. Is i did fastag recharge of 2605 and its failed both of time money is debited and not showing in transaction history

                15 days ago I made this payment from Pay later(ZIP). And 15 days are in processing.On the other hand, ZIP has deducted 2000 rupees.If I don't deposit that 2000 rupees by 5th.Then I have to deposit the money.

                But I did not use that 2000 rupees.Then why I need extra charge and why you are not refunding the money till now.We will charge you if we break your rules.

                But it's okay if you break the rules.As far as I know any processing payment is faild or complete within 48 hours.And that money will be refund within five days to seven days.

                But today it is in processing for 15 days.
                Why are you holding it back from Money?
                Why are you breaking the rules?

                    I made a payment for the service i use of MobiKwik which is called ZIP and it’s a pay later service . I paid the bill today and it went through UPI via there own portal. It is showing successful payment but the merchant still shows not paid. I am a student living on tight expense budget and cannot pay twice for 1 bill
                    . They also have charged 995rs/- extra charge for not paying .i made the payment on time but still got charged . Please help its a request.

                            Sir, 1. a sum of rs 4222.15/ is deducted from wallet while transaction in reliance store. The transaction was declined in store but message in the mobile show that the above amount is deducted from wallet
                            .2.when i open my mobikwik app.the deduction amount is not showing in transaction history. 3. i was upset thinking what to do.i ring to mobikwik customer care .but unfortunately they did not respond .so i request you to solve the problem as early as possible.

                              I have tried to ordered boat earphones of cost 1199 on myntra by mobikwik wallet...
                              Money deducted from my wallet but order was unsuccessful due to transaction failure...
                              And also there is no such kind of activity in mobikwik app...
                              Please respond me as soon as possible 🙏

                                On 26th july at 7: 51 PM my payment of 1800 deducted from my MobiKwik Zip wallet but not received in receiver’s account. On the next morning on 27th of july i raised a complaint over MobiKwik help desk in reply they asked transection id and screenshot of pending payment which i gave but after that i didnt get any reply and there is no option to ask them. Today it’s been 10 days but they are not responding, there is only one customer lcare...

                                      Mobikwik deducted my money from wallet then when I checked the transaction detail in wallet account there was no such entry. I also got message from them that money is deducted. I tried to call them and raise this issue in the app. But there was no response from them.
