Dear sir
I am a regular mobiwaik user since 2 days i am unable to recharge via sms .When i send sms to recharge recharge message send successful but there is no incomeing massage as recharge successfull or failure and donot have any delivary report.So kindly help me withen 24 hour because now i am in a tour and have wallet balance in my account.My register email [protected]@gmail.com
And primary activated no [protected] so kindly take action for this

    Two Days Before, I registered the account in mobikwik. They will send the message to me, i[censored] install mobikwik app and recharge Rs50 or add Rs50 in ur wallet or more than Rs50. You will get extra 50 rupees in ur wallet. So, I have installed this app and add the Rs 52 in my wallet. I have used the prefered promocode(from message)ENTERMOBI. Once i have used this promocode, i got this message "ur promocode is not valid". I have also post the ticket 2237997 in their site. They simply says" I regret to inform you that the mentioned promo code “ENTERMOBI” has already been expired, however, soon we will be launching new codes."

I told him my saving bank details which is situated at Hed branch. my account no. is [protected]. they are used my debit card and purchase from POS WWW MOBIKWIK.COM NEW DELHI a worth of Rs, 2801/- at 3.30 am. on 25.02.15 I had my complaint in Cyberabd Police Station.on this issue. Please look into this matter and find out who is that person. my cell no. [protected], mail id.[protected]@gmail.com. please inform me.

Please do the needful to get the cash back amount and mentioned below all the details specific to Prepaid recharge cash back issue. Yes, only one transaction and not received Rs 50 cash back for the same. The receipt of the rc do not shows whether it is top-up recharge or plan voucher recharge so kindly provide me the full details of the recharge done by me showing that i had done the top-up recharge with Rs99/- at your mobikwik site. So kindly look in to the matter and oblige. 2) Dear sir I only want to know that whether it was TOP-UP or PLAN VOUCHER recharge.but no proper reply is being given to me that i want to know.

                      This is to inform you that on a call some person named Deepak his mob no.[protected] fraudulently made three transactions of Rs.9999/-, Rs.1500/-and Rs.699/-on February 16, 2015; 12:21:07 hrs by convincing me that he is calling from online site ASKMEBAZAAR for refunding my money.Please refund the aforesaid amounts of immediately in order to avoid any litigation with your company since the transactions has been happend through the site MOBIKWIK COM.                                 I had made a payment through Mobikiwk for an order with fernsnpetals. Though the transaction was successful with mobikwik and money got deducted from my account, my order did not get placed. Transaction id from my account to Mobikwik wallet:[protected] Debit Transaction id from mobikwik to I don't know:OR[protected] Mobikwik claims that they have paid to the merchant and money got deducted from my wallet but I never got an email regarding this order from fernsnpetals.

However the amount god deducted from my account but the order was not place and d same was confirmed with dominos. Accordingly dominos people told me that amt will be refunded back into ur wallet within 7 days still the same has not been reflected into my account. I also lodged a ticket complaint thru our website bearing no 2184324 but no response yet.                                       They think the can do whatever they want, many a times I felt that my wallet amount is less than what it should be but I ignored. But I have seen this thing for sure many times.They don't even reply to tickets. Transaction history doesn't say anything about the deduction.. I will not leave these fraud people.
