      I am having online wallet account with mobikwik and I was having 3079 in my account till March 02, 2015.On Mar 02 23:39:10 someone has transferred Rs.3000 from my MOBIKWIK wallet to his mobikwik wallet account.Somehow he has hacked into my account and made this transaction.Details of the mobile no/email ID to which the amount has been transferred: [protected]/email:[protected]@gmail.com (Mobikwik transaction details: Dear MobiKwik User, [protected] has received Rs. 3000.0. Ref id is[protected] Please help me get back my money.I have contacted mobikwik regarding this and have not got my money back yet.

          I m a regular customer of mobikwik past 2 yrs and doing monthly transaction around 1000rs.the service was good but this time I have recharged 2 nos through mobikwik.. 1. [protected]. With Rs 200 airtel. On 09.02.15 2. [protected]. With Rs 200 airtel. On 09.02.15 Both transaction failed and the amount deducted from wallet that still not returned back after many complain through tickets and mails. The worst thing is they don't want to understand and there is no airtel dth id number is available.only option is ticket generation for that also u have to wait for a week.             I have raised one ticket # 2241125 at Mobikwik regarding the amount of Rs.250 which was deducted from my ICICI bank credit card on[protected] but my Mobikwik account is not updated till date. I have done 2 transaction of Rs.250 each from different credit cards but one is updated in Mobikwik and second one is not updated.

            They have closed my ticket by saying that amount has already been added in my mobikwik account but which is not. So I re-opened the ticket on[protected] and after that i have not received a single response from them.

            What I want from Mobikwik is to cancel the below transcation or will not claim of this transaction so that my amount will be reversed in my credit card automatically within 15 days as per bank.

              I placed two orders on Purplle.com on 12th Dec, 2014 and i paid through mobikwik wallet. I have received one order but for the another one Purplle was telling that they haven't received payment from mobikwik. If i ask mobikwik they were telling that they have made the payment to that merchant. I have sent many mails to both of them, but no response from them. Both are playing with me and still this issue not resolved. Below are the tickets raised on mobikwik site.               Once you login to Mobikwik, click on help then support. There you will get an option to raise the new ticket and track old tickets as well.

                      Hello, My name is md burhan. I added mobikwik balance on feb 6 for Rs 200 and did 199 recharge. It got failed and the amount debited. It's not recharged and even the same is not reflecting in the history of mobikwik transactions. I can see just the added balance of 200 and remaining balance as 6. I asked them Whr the hell 200 gone Thn. Nobody is givin any explanation. Pls help me filing against mobikwik for cheating with customers. My mobile [protected]

                              Two Days Before, I registered the account in mobikwik. They will send the message to me, i[censored] install mobikwik app and recharge Rs50 or add Rs50 in ur wallet or more than Rs50. You will get extra 50 rupees in ur wallet. So, I have installed this app and add the Rs 52 in my wallet. I have used the prefered promocode(from message)ENTERMOBI. Once i have used this promocode, i got this message "ur promocode is not valid". I have also post the ticket 2237997 in their site. They simply says" I regret to inform you that the mentioned promo code “ENTERMOBI” has already been expired, however, soon we will be launching new codes."

He asked me my debit card details. I told him my saving bank details which is situated at Hed branch. my account no. is [protected]. they are used my debit card and purchase from POS WWW MOBIKWIK.COM NEW DELHI a worth of Rs, 2801/- at 3.30 am. on 25.02.15 I had my complaint in Cyberabd Police Station.on this issue.
