Money Deducted from wallet but no cell recharge

I had 283 rupees in my wallet .. I tried recharging mobile ..but was unsuccessful for consecutive 3 to 4 attempts.. When I checked the wallet it is showing only 16 rupees left and in transaction history also not showing any transactions made.. .. I raised ticket 2-3 times. but no refund is done till time..and moreover I am not able to raise more query tickets.. I kindly request authorities to refund the amount ASAP....

Cashback not received two times

I have been using Mobikwik service without problems for most of the time. But I didn't get any support from them the only time I needed it. They were supposed to add cashbacks in my account for two Shopclues purchases on Dec 12, 2014. But I didn't receive those cashbacks. Dear Sir, I had recharged my mobikwik account with Rs. 500 on 07.02.2015. Thereafter I tried to make my bill of My videocon d2h number through wallet option that was of Rs. 372. The transaction got declined but my account balance got deducted of Rs. 372. Neither my bill was paid the transaction was showing any history of the same.
