      I added an amount of 55 and 28 to my mobikwik wallet by indian bank debit card and recharged that amount to my bsnl mobile. The amount was added only one time and recharge was done successfully once. But they deducted the amount twice from my bank account. For further details I attached the screen shot of the transaction history of mobikwik app and I also attached the receipt from atm with this. In those things you can find out that the money is deducted twice. This happened on 8th feb. I reported this to mobikwik team on the same day and requested for the refund. But till now I didn't got any solution. I need my money to be refund to my bank account or the mobikwik wallet. Please help me. Faithfully, ATHUL S S MOB: [protected]

        Sir,
        On 4/12/2014 i paid rs 155/- to mobikwik via sbi internet banking to recharge my mobile [protected].Recharge not effected then. Later. I was hospitalised for stomach troubles after 2 days . So i could not contact you till date. Now i am well .I got a reply from mobikwik saying that my wallet balance is rs. 155/- and it is semi closed... My transaction id. Is id[protected]. Now i want to get my mobile recharged for rs.150/- if possible . If not possible please refund rs. 155/- at the earliest.

          Its a Big Fraud Company. There is so many tickets and mails i have generated, not resolved till date. Even Mobikwik Team's CEO Mr. Bipin Preet Singh also not responding to my messages in facebook. Now they are blocked my e-wallet and including my balance also. My balance was 8142/- rupees in e-wallet . how to get back my money. Since 45 days i am fighting regarding this problem...They are cheating me.                 I had 283 rupees in my wallet .. I tried recharging mobile ..but was unsuccessful for consecutive 3 to 4 attempts.. When I checked the wallet it is showing only 16 rupees left and in transaction history also not showing any transactions made.. .. I raised ticket 2-3 times. but no refund is done till time..and moreover I am not able to raise more query tickets.. I kindly request authorities to refund the amount ASAP.

I have transferred 5000 first on 19/01/2015 18:11 2) Recharge of DTH Rs.300 was paid to airtel then Wallet Bal:4700/- on 19/1/2015 18:19. 3) Added Rs.300/- to Wallet, Bal =5000/- on 19/01/2015 18:43 4) Bill Paid to ICICI Pru[protected]Rs.5000/-, Wallet =0 on 21/01/2015 16:22 5) DTH Cash Back given by mobikwik added to wallet bal = 150/- on 26/01/2015 6) ICICI PRU as reversed the payment of 5000/- Ref :[protected] to mobikwik on 04/02/2015 Wallet Balance : 5150/- 7) On 06/02/2015 tried to pay another insurance premium for[protected]. but amount debited from wallet and premium not paid to biller. since then i been raising complaint tickets ( 2168888 & 2118730 & 2127910 ) with mobikwik but no respite nor resolution Please update my wallet and do the needful policy premium payment, So that i can pay my policy premium ontime to avoid lapse of my policy.

                        Dear Sir/Madam I am a victim of Online Fraud which has been done yesterday (12/02/2015). Based on the initial investigations done so far, it has been found that there has been an Online transaction done through my Debit Card at your website. The summary of transaction done at your website is available in my Bank statement. The same is attached for your reference (deepansi ICICI Statement.pdf). This incident involves transaction on the following websites at the same time which are being intimated in this email namely Flipkart, Mobikwik and PayTm. Further, this incident has been brought to the notice of Local Police Station (Copy of request to SHO attached- Request to Local SHO.pdf). Today, this incident has been reported to Cyber Crime Cell -Delhi (Copy of email attached) It is therefore requested to kindly help in sorting out this issue via immediate blocking of the transaction/ dispatch of the goods purchased. This incident has also been brought to the notice of local police station . I have also complaint to mobikwik customer care akosha but they didn't take any action and today they are saying that they do not deal with fraud cases.                               I have been using Mobikwik service without problems for most of the time. But I didn't get any support from them the only time I needed it. They were supposed to add cashbacks in my account for two Shopclues purchases on Dec 12, 2014. But I didn't receive those cashbacks. I waited and then opened one ticket in 14h Jan, 2015 (TICKET #1947036) regarding this issue. There wasn't any response for 1 month, and today (16th Feb) I get to know that my ticket has been marked as resolved, by just telling that, "As per our records, cashback has already been credited to you.", although the transaction history does not include any information about that cashbacks. I opened yet another TICKET #2194829 regarding this, but I have no hopes left. I want to mention that I also tried to contact MobikWik support via Facebook and Twitter but they haven't responded. Meanwhile, I have used Mobikwik and faced no problems. Conplaint details on TICKET #1947036 ************************************************************* Hi, Today, I was checking my transaction history and found out that I didn't receive cashbacks for two transactions in ShopClues till date. 1.                                   Hi Team, I have recharged my mobile using mobiwiki. The amount 222 was deducted from my bank account. However, neither my mobile was recharged nor the wallet balance is reflecting the amount. I tried your customer care helpline numbers available on the internet. However, my attempt was in vain because I couldn't get through anyone. Also, I've raised 2 tickets but I didn't receive any update as on date. Ticket numbers are as follows - 2165567 & 2170783. Also help me understand the turn around time tthat you take to resolve the customer issue.

                                  Is there anyone who looks into the customer issues. The ticket was raised on 16th Feb & I'm yet to hear an update on this issue.
