On 27th between 6-7 pm in bookmyshow, there is an offer of 150 rs cash back, if we pay through Mobikwik. I have done the transaction at 06:20 PM and this is my first booking on bookmyshow using my mobikwik wallet. Mobikwik A/C : [protected]@gmail.com - [protected] 18:20:02 hours Wallet Debit to BookMyShow - Rs.167.26 Transaction Id WEBIN[protected]-1 I am supposed to get Rs.150 cash back, But i got only Rs.26 cashback. I want my remaining cash back amount into my account. I dont know whether Mobikwik Email support people are well trained with proper info...I dont think so. Not even reading the full email, and they r closing the ticket. I want my remaining cash back into my Mobikwik Wallet.

            On 28/03/2015 at 13:29 hour a special recharge was done of Rs. 155 for BSNL Mobile No.- [protected] for a DATA usage. But still I have not received any DATA Usage. In this regard a complaint was sent to you thru Track Ticket just immediately after recharging having TRACK TICKET No.- 2377697. Plz response to my complaint & refund the amount immediately.

                  Today I have added money 700 using coupon code MAX200 but I didn't get cash back...you are too bad service, Yesterday I have raised tickets regarding cash back WORLDCUP but still not getting cash back... seriously I will FIR in near by police station...:) Thank you Amitava

                    Dear Sir, I recharged my uninor number [protected] through mobikwik wallet [user id : - [protected]@hotmail.com] by rs 160 on 27 nov 2014 but the recharge was unsuccessful. I Complaint at mobikwik.com[TICKET #1635146 AND #1611023] and as the result of reply i got to know that my refund of 160 rupees has been done but still I do not got my refund of 160 rupees into my mobikwik wallet. I, therefore request you to keep my complaint in consideration, and refund my 160 rupees as soon as possible.Otherwise I will take strict action against you.

I have made two transactions of Rs 216, and was debited twice from my Indusind bank account but it was not credited to mobikwik account. Please let me know, if the amount will be credited to mobikwik account or it will returned to my bank account and the date by which I can expect money in either of my accounts.                               Dear Sir, I have ordered food on just eat online food ordering web site on 22.02.2015 for Rs. 358.47. And tried paid with the payment option MOBIKWIK. I tried adding money through my ICICI bank after entering OTP i got a msg from Mobikwik transaction failed, I tried agian with the the bank and gain i received same message, Then i transferred amount with my Credit card. When i checked my bank statement i have been deducted twice below is the details, but my wallet was not updated. After my complaint they have added only one transaction amount of Rs. 358.47 to my Mobikwik wallet. Still 3598.47 is pending for the same I ma almost raising daily complaint for second issue but they just write stansdard mail the aount is already added.                                 SIR, ON 4/12/2014 I PAID MOBIKWIK Rs.155/- VIA SBI INTERNET BANKING TO RECHARGE MY MOBILE FOR Rs.155/-.AS PER TRANSACTION NUMBER [protected]. BUT RECHARGE NOT DONE..ON 18/2/2015, ON KNOWING ABOUT THIS SITE I LODGED A COMPLAINT. LATER MOBIKWIK CONTACTED ME AND ASKED MY ACCOUNT NUMBER SO AS TO REFUND. I INFORMED THEM I CANNOT DISCLOSE MY ACCOUNT NUMBER.. SIR, I CANNOT DISCLOSE MY A/C. No.DUE TO SECURITY REASONS IMPOSED BY BANKS TO THEIR CUSTOMERS. SO PLASE ASK MOBIKWIK TO TOP UP MY MOBILE NUMBER [protected] FOR Rs.150/-, AS I AM READY TO FORGO Rs.5/-..BSNL ALLOWS FULL TALK TIME TILL 23/3/2015 FOR Rs.150/-.                                   The money was deducted from my mobikwik wallet two days ago but the recharge is still not completed. I have also raised a ticket but there is no reply from their side. Mobikwik account email id- [protected]@gmail.com The same email can be used to contact me.

                                      yes you are right this whole website is running a big fraud business.do not get involved they are frauder. mobikwik deducted my balance and rollback in my wallet only for showing but actually not refunded my amount rs. 420.00 i had mailed so many times but they are not interested to repay amount rs. 420.00 in my wallet. so idecided not to recharge my wallet even i suggest nobody go with this frauder.and i feel looted by mobikwik. ghatiya service
