Dear Sir, I had recharged my mobikwik account with Rs. 500 on 07.02.2015. Thereafter I tried to make my bill of My videocon d2h number through wallet option that was of Rs. 372. The transaction got declined but my account balance got deducted of Rs. 372. Neither my bill was paid the transaction was showing any history of the same. It's been 4 day my account balance has not been updated the same amount.
