    I added 200 Rs in my Mobikwik wallet with Transaction ID[protected] at 09/02/2015 20:40:05. Then I recharged 100 Rs to [protected] number with Transaction ID [protected] at 09/02/2015 20:55:03. But it is showing 0 in Mobikwik wallet.
    I have added Ticket #2172215 and Ticket #2159450 in their website but got no response from their end.
    My email id is mr.ganes.[protected]@gmail.com and phone number is [protected].
    Mobikwik customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.

      Ebay has refunded an amount of 5865 which is being shown in the history of mobikwik but the same is not reflecting in my main wallet balance . The matter was mailed to mobikwik Ticket No - 2107638 on 03.02.2015. They replied that ss per their records I have received cash back. I again mailed them with the snapshots for proof on 04.02.2015. But they are not looking into the matter. They neither replied nor they have any customer care no. so that I can talk.

        Somebody from Mobikwik called me and said he is want to know the my account details like a/c number and atm pin because they are not able to transfer money to my mobikwik account. Then he stole 5200 rs from my a/c and bought something on ebay. I tried to talk to other mobikwik guy but they are not replying back. Such a FRAUD company. Seriously a big FRAUD company. I have already filed an FIR in the local police station. I am also going to file a complaint against the company also.

            so many messages regarding mobikwik are coming...i didnt add any money to my wallet .. but they r sending msgs like some amount lyk 30, 50, 230rupees, are pending and they r giving a TRX-ID ...plz unsubscribe it...i dont want to get messages to my mobile...

                    Got call from some fraud number asking about all the net banking and card details.

                    saying that they will refund my money into HDFC of ICIC bank directly.

                    But i doubt on this.

                    This is fraud, do not give them any details.

                      My cashback link is not working for a month. I tried to contact them through mail and there website complaint register but no response in last month. I am tired of asking it again. Details :- Transaction ID : BMBK[protected] Transaction amount : 295 CashBack amount : 148 ( not received yet) Registered email address : [protected]@gmail.com Please look into the matter. I want to file a complaint against these frauds as soon as possible.

                      Somebody from Mobikwik called and asked for my bank details and stole 5200 money from my bank account. Nobody from mobikwik is replying. Complete fraud website.

I shared it thinking that it might be required. But the person transferred around Rs 10, 000 from my account. I am going to file a Police complaint against this. I got a call from Mobikwik saying that we are not able to transfer money to your account. Please share your account details and 3D secure PIN. I shared it thinking that it might be required.
