Dear Sir, Transaction No.BMBK[protected] pay to Domino due to some technical issue order is cancelled on same day, Domino return back amt. to Mobiwik company, still i have not receive Refund amt. of Rs.430/- i waiting last 10 days. Please do needful on Urgent basis.

      Hi Team, TICKET #2137886 and TICKET #2128483 both is for same issue on Mobikwik. These tickets were logged on 5the feb. and 6th feb. But still not resolved. I got the recharge notification but recharge is still pending and the recharge amount is still not refunded to my wallet. My Recharge number is [protected] for 210.00 on Airtel. Its been 10 Day but there is no reply from the mobikwik team on the above logged tickets. Regards, Shahnawaz Ahmad

            Dear Sir, I had recharged my mobikwik account with Rs. 500 on 07.02.2015. Thereafter I tried to make my bill of My videocon d2h number through wallet option that was of Rs. 372. The transaction got declined but my account balance got deducted of Rs. 372. Neither my bill was paid the transaction was showing any history of the same. It's been 4 day my account balance has not been updated the same amount.             Sir since yesterday 4 times my payment debited from credit card..but amount not shown in wallet. & In history
            Hi Mobikwik,

            I have initiated an amount of 18000 from my credit card to my bank account.

            The money has been deducted from my credit card and had not been credited to my account neither the transaction of this huge amount was not been shown in the history of the transactions done.

            Need an immediate assistance mobikwik team, customer's urgency is also the vital thing that should be noted and carried away and resolve the task ASAP.
            R u getting your money. Because same thing happen with me today. Pls reply.

            How can i approach.

                  Respected Sir, i am Kanwarjit Singh, and i have a wallet in Mobikwik company with account email.. [protected]@yahoo.com and mobile no. [protected] m add 2500 rupees in my wallet with ref.[protected] on 5th feb 2015 and on same day pay bills of 1300 rupee but bills are not paid and money deducted from my wallet by Mobikwik... and m complaint to mobikwik on same day with ticket no.2122974 dt 5.2.15 and ticket no.2156689 dt 9.02.2015.. but instead solve my problem company locked my walled with my ballance..so please help me and refund my money. my contact no.                     I add 181 rs in my account wallet but 160 deducted without any reason even it is not showing in transaction history . In transaction history it is showing the details of adding rupees 181 but no details of deduction . It is clearly visible that there is some issue. So please look into the matter .

                        Hi I have added Rs.1200 in my wallet on 06/02/2015 with transaction id no.[protected] and then tried to pay bill of my postpaid no.[protected] for Rs.1150 but the recharge was unsuccessful and money deducted from my wallet and did not get any email or sms in this regard. I have applied two support ticket in this regard at the mobikwik website but there is no reply and till today i did not get back my balance plz help me or provide me the helpline number from where i can get back my money...

                                  Ebay has refunded an amount of 5865 which is being shown in the history of mobikwik but the same is not reflecting in my main wallet balance . The matter was mailed to mobikwik Ticket No - 2107638 on 03.02.2015. They replied that ss per their records I have received cash back. I again mailed them with the snapshots for proof on 04.02.2015. But they are not looking into the matter. They neither replied nor they have any customer care no. so that I can talk.

                                    Somebody from Mobikwik called me and said he is want to know the my account details like a/c number and atm pin because they are not able to transfer money to my mobikwik account. Then he stole 5200 rs from my a/c and bought something on ebay. I tried to talk to other mobikwik guy but they are not replying back. Such a FRAUD company. Seriously a big FRAUD company. I have already filed an FIR in the local police station. I am also going to file a complaint against the company also.

                                        so many messages regarding mobikwik are coming...i didnt add any money to my wallet .. but they r sending msgs like some amount lyk 30, 50, 230rupees, are pending and they r giving a TRX-ID ...plz unsubscribe it...i dont want to get messages to my mobile...
