                  Hi, This is regarding Transaction Id CCACB1ALI552. The amount 1751 was deducted from my mobikwik account but jabong did not receive the money. I have got a mail from jabong that the payment has been failed. But Mobikwik team is telling that from there the amount has been deducted. I had raised the ticket for the same, they closed the ticket saying that if they get the money back they will refund into my mobikwik wallet. But still i have not got the money back. The transaction date was Feb 8, 2015. Please help.

                          I recharge my sim through Mobikwik but on 8th Feb 2015 at evening I wanted to recharge my number ([protected]) with Rs.195, it was not successful then try again it was unsuccessful and twice Rs. 195(195+195=390) deducted from my wallet balance. TRotal wallet balance was Rs. 428, after unsuccessful recharge it was only Rs. 38. I thought it will be refund but they didn't refund. I already complaint there but still not getting any call only they answer twice but not refunding me, last I was given all details (On 8 th feb 2015 at 13.56 IST my wallet balance was 428 (you also send me through mail) at evening I have to added another 200 because the wallet balance was only 38. At this time I did not recharge any money after added 200 I recharge 195 at [protected], Transaction Id [protected]. 8th Feb to 15th Feb I added Rs 400 and Recharge Rs. 346. So Total balance will be 828 and Recharge balance is 346 then the actual balance will be 828-346 =482. Now its showing only 92.                                 Dear Admin I did recharge of 100 with Transaction Id[protected] but I cannot get cash back and also for transfer of Rs.50 with Transaction Id[protected]. But mobikwik team sent message your money incremented manually but i posted complaint on Feb 2015 issue happened on jan 2015 still today they increment my cash back. I wrote many complaint's but no response. Mobikwik cheating customers with cash backs my id is prakash.[protected]@gmail.com mobile:[protected]

                                on 29th march i purchased following items from shopclues and there was 100% cashback from the company when paid through mobikwik wallet:

                                3 shopclues gift certificate each of 100rs
                                3 more products worth rs86+ rs69+ rs50
                                i recieved all the cashback by evening that day.
                                but on next day a message came that it was system fault and your cashback will be taken back and they removed money from my wallet without my consent.
                                pls help...i do have the invoice of cashback also

                                  Sir, I have not yet received any response from Mobikwik, I have already contact twice with reliance, they said that rechared was failed from mobikwik end but mobikwik said that recharged was succesfully pls contact with reliance customer care.. What can I do ??

It shows recharge successfull and by default it as taken as prepaid but payment has not made in real. Please refund my amount as soon as possible.
