1) I got recharge my mobile number [protected] with top-up of Rs99/- vide transaction id [protected] on dt 01/012015. The receipt of the rc do not shows whether it is top-up recharge or plan voucher recharge so kindly provide me the full details of the recharge done by me showing that i had done the top-up recharge with Rs99/- at your mobikwik site. Sir my email id is [protected]@yahoo.com and mobile no. is [protected]. So kindly look in to the matter and oblige. 2) Dear sir I only want to know that whether it was TOP-UP or PLAN VOUCHER recharge.but no proper reply is being given to me that i want to know.

        This is to inform you that on a call some person named Deepak his mob no.[protected] fraudulently made three transactions of Rs.9999/-, Rs.1500/-and Rs.699/-on February 16, 2015; 12:21:07 hrs by convincing me that he is calling from online site ASKMEBAZAAR for refunding my money.Please refund the aforesaid amounts of immediately in order to avoid any litigation with your company since the transactions has been happend through the site MOBIKWIK COM.                   I had made a payment through Mobikiwk for an order with fernsnpetals. Though the transaction was successful with mobikwik and money got deducted from my account, my order did not get placed. Transaction id from my account to Mobikwik wallet:[protected] Debit Transaction id from mobikwik to I don't know:OR[protected] Mobikwik claims that they have paid to the merchant and money got deducted from my wallet but I never got an email regarding this order from fernsnpetals.

However the amount god deducted from my account but the order was not place and d same was confirmed with dominos. Accordingly dominos people told me that amt will be refunded back into ur wallet within 7 days still the same has not been reflected into my account. I also lodged a ticket complaint thru our website bearing no 2184324 but no response yet.                         They think the can do whatever they want, many a times I felt that my wallet amount is less than what it should be but I ignored. But I have seen this thing for sure many times.They don't even reply to tickets. Transaction history doesn't say anything about the deduction.. I will not leave these fraud people.

                            sir i am a victim of online fraud which has been done on 14 Feb 2015 . Online tranction done through my debit card at your website fraudly . All the transaction details are : Rs 4997 Txn no. 022875, Rs 4995 Txn no. 022193, Rs 2500 Txn no. 020592, Rs 4999 Txn no. 019840, Rs 2500 Txn no. 019473, Rs 9990 Txn no. 018633 . This incident has also been brought to the notice of local police station . I have also complaint to mobikwik customer care akosha but they didn't take any action and today they are saying that they do not deal with fraud cases.                                 I had opened a Mobikik account on 6th February 2015 and created a wallet with Rs.1100 rupees balance. Ever since, when I try to log in from my App, it says that my wallet is locked because the payment gateway has found the transaction suspicious. Now I have been writing every single to the customer support, and they give me some vague answers. I don't know what to do to get my money back.

                                        Second time I am again submitting my complain. I had added an amount of 15000/- on my mobikwik wallet to purchase the yoga 8 tablet from snapdeal. I Tried the transactions many times but each time it failed. Then, I tried to book my ticket from Make My Trip and again transaction failed through mobikwik. Now I have purchased yoga 8 and booked my trip by making direct payment. Hence, I want the money from Mobikwik wallet back as it is of no use to me now.. I can not afford to keep my amount in wallet for a long time as it is not serving any purpose. Please refund my amount into my respective account. I am trying to contact customer care but the service is very poor and of no help. This state of affair has caused me great mental agony. Failing any action from your side, I will be forced to go for other options like filing FIR or case in consumer court.
